sales terms. If you shopped here on 13th April check your dockets and make sure you actually received the advertised discount correctly. If anybody else has had a similar issue regarding this sale on 13th April 2024 with this item or any other item please consider raising your concerns with Stratco in writing to a given email address, and then elevating to the ACCC if necessary. You will need to call Stratco to get the email address for a customer service manager. I can't share it here.

Steel Cabinet (SKU: HW-12937) – The 2-door steel cabinet 1850x900x450 was easy for my husband to construct. It is a sturdy four-shelf cabinet with lockable doors. It is perfect for our needs (i.e. cat food storage unit to keep vermin out) and I absolutely LOVE it! Can't deliver on time even after ordering and paying for the item over 7 weeks in advance – I ordered a Stratco stubbie shed in October to be delivered by the 4th of December 2020. This was for a new house build and the date was vital due to the removal truck being locked in for the 11th December and the shed installer for the 10th. Landscaping was the due on the 12th. Ring Stratco and get told we sent you an email on the 27th November advising the delivery date was the 10th December. Firstly, the writing on that email of the date was so small you can hardly make it out but more importantly who set this date? I was pretty explicit that it had to come by the 4th and given that your website says the client sets the date of delivery at purchase which I did - who authorized this change? No one contacted me prior to this email to say there were manufacturing delays, no one contacted me to say is this date suitable. Your email just said order and delivery confirmation. I then try and salvage the situation with the shed installer by requesting Stratco deliver the shed 1st thing as a priority on the 10th so he can install it that day still so I have it ready to move stuff into on the 11th. What happens - I get a phone call at 8.30am advising it hasn't even been loaded yet and will be delivered sometime after lunch on the 10th. This is after the assistant manager had told me the dsy before that he had sent an email requesting the priority delivery. So I'm sorry but your sales follow up and delivery services are horrible. This was disappointing as a client and I would not recommend this company, especially as I chose Stratco for being reputable and to avoid the problems that I experienced.
