Sends wrong item, won't refund – EDIT: Post this review, head office have sorted a refund of the incorrectly sent item. incorrect and b) clearly used and had scratches and dirt all over it. We notified the store manager who sent us the order immediately when it arrived. He said he was "looking into it". It's now been weeks and many emails and calls, and the store doesn't respond and when they do, they refuse to refund us for the incorrect item. We have had to make a jig out of leftover plastic because the item stratco sent was wrong (and used), so we could do our fence. Yet, they are still "looking into it". If you sell is a $180 item that isn't right, you are legally obligated to refund it. Whatever internal processes and suppliers you use are not our issue. As mentioned, the items that are right are great. Good luck if they send you the wrong thing.

can't get hold of you by phone – Hervey Bay website says the store is open at 7.30 am I tried to ring at 8.15 then at 830 and the phone went to a store on the north coast. they tried to contact Hervey Bay and ended up giving me a direct phone no. I tried the number and was eventually answered by an answering service who took my number to get the store to ring me.so far 10 minutes has passed Show details

Outstanding service – Firstly went into the Hervey Bay store and were greeted by a friendly fellow who was able to answer all our questions on a patio awning. Patio roof replacement – After removing an existing treated pine patio structure, I installed a Stratco patio in Cooldeck Classic (50mm), and found the whole installation went smoothly. foam sealing tape, silicone, guttering, and colour coded downpipe with elbows. My only complaint is that the flat bottom of the guttering is only 75mm wide, and although suits the provided PVC, is not compatible with standard 80mm rainwater UPVC fittings. Other than that I was very happy with how it all came together. The owner is thrilled with the finished job. The daggy treated pine is now gone!

The following day we received a phone call from the staff to advise and confirm they had put the 4 items aside for us to collect when eligible to travel. Very impressed they took the time to keep us informed.

We were finally able to travel today and pick up the items from Hervey Bay. As expected, the staff were extremely helpful and professional.
