paid, I did a direct debit to your BSB and account with OSKO. I was told they couldn't give me a receipt until the payment cleared. It is my information that OSKO clears immediately, however, I never received the final payment receipt. I was also overcharged by error. I was informed the monies owing to me would be repaid by accounts over a week later. I complained and my payment was expediated, thankyou. Perhaps a senior salesperson should check all options have been covered prior to sign off. I definately would have gone the higher and wider option. Overall I am satisfied, my shed is currently under construction and looks great. My small critisisms are meant to be constructive, for learning, not for any adverse action against the salesperson.
Lonsdale stratco. For reputable company you wouldn't think it would be that hard to send someone out for a quote. Weeks have gone by phone calls even a visit to the lonsdale site. give the driver a hand removing a way too heavy 150kg package by hand because he didn't have a trolley or any equipment to remove it! Took a local shop keeper and a neighbour (four of us) to get it 100 metres to my garage. I removed the packaging to find the framework missing. Constantly chasing, never getting calls back when promised, no one knows what's happening, constant head scratching and excuses. There seems to be no system in place at all where customer service can follow up where my stuff is. A waste of my time and money. enjoyed a few pats and cuddles along the way. They also went ‘above and beyond’ replacing some old broken roof tiles and dealing with an existing gutter problem. Their clean-up and finish was perfect too. I can’t speak highly enough of Tim and Stu, and of Patrick from Lonsdale Stratco. I was also impressed with the care and consideration of the Stratco delivery driver – he took a lot of trouble to deposit the materials where I wanted them (which was as far as the crane could reach). My whole experience from initial visit to Stratco and discussions with Patrick through to sitting outside under the new verandah has been excellent. Thank you again.

It was the first time for me working with colorbond and I was a bit apprehensive to do it myself, however with the big help of Jason, his expertise and a bit of hard work I have been through , manage to do it and I got a great result. Jason has been very patient because my English wasn't the best ( bloody French people!) I got lost in translation a couples of time.... I have to say that his explanations and knowledge of the products gave me the reinsurance to solve all the technical questions I had. Jason and Patrick set up the Payright finance in no time and everything was good to go. The all team is very friendly, I don't know all their names but Steve is a really nice man too, anyway... as long you arrive with a smile on your face you will be welcomed and served as you should be. Everyone is there to make your experience as good as it could be. I bought 2 sheds as well and more stuff, and I am really happy with the quality. Defenetely recommend this store and their products.

Poor customer service and knowledge – I found on line that Stratco Kadina sold Digital Tap Timers, so I got there whilst being a quiet part of the day, there wouldn’t have been 5 shoppers in store at the time. Total waste of money, useless design the cover is too short to fit over air conditioner – The product measurements fail to state that the top piece sits 7cm lower then the side pieces when constructed, therefore when placed over air conditioner you lose the 7 cm in height.
