because of irresponsible people that do not apply customer service. I will not purchase anything from them - period. Bunnings have a great customer service - will deal with them.

Had a tree fall during a storm. Fortunately, only had to replace 2 fence cappings. Took sample to Stratco and had them order 2 for me. Picked up about a week later and they were different. Bought a carport and pergola. The council application was done by Stratco officer and despite council's officer enquiries for multiple rounds which delayed my project and had nothing to do with Stratco's products and service, everything else else was to a good level of quality and customer service. Show reply

Ordered a shed, everyone was with customers, short wait – Shed service counter busy with customers, they asked for assistance from other team members and two came to help manning all work stations.
