Flowers blooming – Had a half wine barrel doing nothing. Decided would look good with some colour in this dull covid19 period. Told the assistant what i wanted to do. He gave me advice on how much soil i would need and then all i had to do was choose the plants! Happy to say moved the barrel to a better position, filled it with the quality soil mix and planted. aesthetics got some pine bark mulch. Plants went into shock but after a couple of days, are blooming happily. I also asked about what plants to plant for another spare garden patch. Was happily advised! No problems at all. Went home very happy and now more advised. A shout out to the Stratco assistant!
I love my tree! – I have been looking for just the right tree to plant in my new garden to provide shade and interest. After looking around I finally found what I was looking for at Stratco. The one I saw was on hold so the lovely staff ordered one in for me as none were in stock. It came in quickly and is a really healthy specimen. I can't wait to plant it! Show details · 1

Excellent quality plants – I attended my local Stratco after visiting a competitive warehouse to purchase some outdoor plants. Stratco had a wide range of both indoor and outdoor plants within their garden centre. I am very pleased with the quality and condition the plants were in. Well watered and healthy. Shed installation ‘quote’ system needs to be better – Purchased a large stubbie shed from Stratco, which included quote for installation from a 3rd party installer. On the day before installation was due (after waiting about 8 weeks), the installer contacted me and said installation would in fact be significantly more than quoted price. Worst Customer Service and management – Ordered 2 sheds. Waiting time for installation: 2.5 weeks. We have booked in all other tradies back to back. Wrong shed delivered on the installation date and they cant install in the said date. Now the installation date has been postponed and all my back to back job (electricians, movers etc) needs to be postponed. No response from Stratco. Worst… Read more

A few follow ups – All the staff have been good but there were bits left off the initial order that we needed that I had to chase up, other pieces didn't arrive, i also ordered more posts that didn't arrive at the nominated store lucky they gave me 2 they had in stock but they have different base plates and top caps so back to the store again Show details

Sale item – First time visiting Stratco / St Marys, plenty of parking, I shopped on-line not to miss the sale. Arriving to collect my items, the sign that read pick-up this area was for Trade items. Gardening and other items are held at the main entrance, thankfully the trolleys were easy to maneuver and the staff were pleasant and very helpful. To much to see, I will return. Show details · 1
