After all this mess, they offered me a free install, but the installer was patronizing and full of attitude. Customer service was lacking throughout the ordeal – it felt like no one really cared about resolving the problems.

For the price I paid, I expected a premium product and professional service - I received neither. The whole experience was pathetic and disappointing. I would never trust Stratco to build anything again.

Good neighbour fence and sliding gate – It was an excellent experience dealing with Kenny at Deer Park, the fence and gate arrived in a very short time considering we live over 3 hours away. Woeful service – Deer Park Sales receipted my order guaranteed ready for pickup from main warehouse at Epping after 2.00pm Fri 8/12 if any change I would be contacted. custom service and information – AS a Stratco installer would not return my customers call after purchasing there shed , i was hired a registar builder to install a 6.4x5.9 shed with 2 roller doors . l would not install another shed that had been supplied by Stratco. and a half to sort out the material, the instructions didnt show where certain items should be installed, had to go down to the Stratco store 4 different days to get a understanding of how some componenets went together and the saleman said to us did you [google it], it had been delivered with missing parts and when delivered no holes to bolt in ? another day lost and hours lost driving to the store. Had to you tube another company suppling sheds/roller doors for more info. stracto website no good . salesman help no good , structual product easy to installed no good.

Rude manager or Supervisor – My husband and I arrived to purchase a large Patio kit. The man at the check point was rude from the start. I checked in at 1:46 p.m. and showed him my certificate but my husband didn't have his mobile and the tall old man with grey hair told us rudely to "go out of the door". I think he cost your company at least 10-15 thousand dollars. Is this the way how you operate your business? Show details

End to end patio process – Kenny from deer park was fantastic to deal with us novices answering any questions and organising our patio to be delivered and getting us in contact with George from GE trade services who went above and beyond in the installation process of the patio. Outback Patio - Average – Delivery took about a month. Wrong roof sheeting was delivered. Down pipe was missing. Top of column connectors were missing. Rubber packing along wall was missing. Front beam to side beam connectors were wrong size. Show details

Looks like not interested in business – I have contacted them 7-8 times in the last 2 months to get a quote for covered roof pergola which would have given them a business of around 19000 which they are not interested in. structure i want is L shaped and only stores can provide it. I tried their call centre multiple times and not much help there either. They themselves tried to contact store with no luck. They gave me the store contact number which is always answered. I was asked to drop an email to the call centre person with the plans so she can forward them to the store which i did but that didn't get anywhere either. I was always promised that the store will call me back soon which never happened. I looked around online and found much better products available and better price than stratco from where i was able to get the quote in less than 2 hours. Just close your stores if you can't serve your customers. My project got delayed by 2 months just because of these guys.
