Purchased a stubbie shed. Was kept in the loop the entire time with a delivery date. As a back yard handy man I found the shed very easy to erect. Only required a small amount of assistance with the lifting otherwise I was able to complete the build by myself. Show details ·  1

Outstanding service – Sophia and Dene went out of their way to assist us. We went in regularly with questions about erecting two verandahs and decks. They gave us outstanding advice and we were always welcomed. They designed all our projects and happily redesigned them when we measured incorrectly. Show details ·  3

Helpful staff, easy to deal with – Ordered our shed with Mark from Bunbury store. He was great, helpful, good advice and a good bloke to deal with. The store itself REALLY needs a dedicated phone person, as trying to contact anyone instore is virtually impossible, with calls going through the Perth office and even they had trouble getting someone to answer a phone. Bitterly disappointed in trying to get a simple patio from this company – Bitterly disappointed in trying to get a simple patio from this company. Keep getting non-supply of materials,been trying to get a local company and people for over 5 months. Now, my December 22 build is off, and the tradies are on holiday until Jan 10th. Can't supply product. Can't pass info on to sub-contract builder. Very tardy in every respect. Would I deal with, or recommend to anyone ? Never and no! Show details

give us another week .... heard nothing. Called into Bunbury store got fobbed off to Mark and had to go through whole scenario again. Finally documentation was located - had sat in a drawer for 3 months! Got put into council and was told not to push them as they would only take longer .....!!!! Once council finally approved still waited another 5 weeks. Was told now it was in the manufacturers hands and would have to wait ... Received an email in April to do this product review!!! Still no shed. Finally, SIX months later was contacted by contractors who were brilliant and sympathetic. Insufficient communication between Stratco and client. Never again using Bunbury Stratco. Thank you to the contractors for a great job! Pick up your game, Stratco Bunbury! Six months to get my shed!! Not a happy customer!

Horrendous customer service! – I recently went tonStratco Bunbury to buy a shelving unit for a shed. I chose to shop there due to its close vicinity to where my storage shed is (about 250 metres away). at first confused as there were 2 unmanned counters at the front of the store and one to the side where a line existed (trade desk) and 1 staff member, who was seemingly giving a customer a lot of attention which is great. Another staff member appeared busy too with a customer but that was all I could see. I moved from counter to counter and finally a 3rd staff member came to the front counter with a customer who has specific items and required assistance. So far I understand that these 3 staff were busy. Only 1 other staff member was inside the store (a manager of sorts) who stood at the trade desk and chatted to what appeared to be a delivery driver. At this point I had been waiting close to 10 minutes with my goods to pay for. The lady who did come to the front counter went away to ask the manager questions and returned to spend more time with the same customer. I finally had to be a little rude and ask her if there were other staff that could process my transaction so I could move on. The customer allowed me to be served, to a relatively rude staff member and I was eventually on my way. The experience took me 20 minutes! In that time I saw at least 20 customers in the shop, with apparently 3 staff and a manager. Given the requirement of assistance in these stores I understand they can be busy, however I cannot understand why the front counter does not have a staff member stationed at all times. The experience made me realise that although Bunnings was a 5 minute drive away, it would have been quicker and a more pleasant shopping experience.

Terrible service – I have been waiting for service so long I now have time to write this review. You need someone on the counter to make purchases not run around the store for 20 min with 1 customer. Show details

Stratco DIY made easy – Great online platform, unfortunate not all items have a price but not a big issue. When in store the customer service was great making sure I had everything for the job. Products were ordered and were all correct and received timely. Show details

Excellent Service – We cannot thank the staff at Bunbury (especially Rowan) for their care and attention when buying and supplying our shed. great staff – All the staff are great and very helpful, the store is set out very well. I thought I would have a problem altering my patio size after placing a deposit but this was not the case.

Complete balls up from start to finish – Walked into store at Banbury looking for a basic patio and was up sold to the best product they had which is ok. Then took nearly an hour to sort it all out. Had to go back several times as to finalize the order. Superb Service – The Bunbury team, especially "Super" Dave (as we now call him) gave us exceptional service when we purchased a new patio recently. We spent an hour or so discussing the ins and outs of what we wanted and they were very patient and thorough. We left with full drawings, specifications, how to guides and a highly discounted price. Pretty good but a bit unorganized – They couldn't find the wheelbarrow then it had the wrong price on it and had to fix it when I got it home even though it said assembled as part of the price . Need better training or management.
