smile, and we were told the item wasn’t available at this location. We asked if another store (Malaga) might have it, and they simply said they didn’t know. There was no effort to check stock or offer to help further.

We left the store feeling unwelcome and frustrated. It was clear the staff had no interest in helping customers. Based on this experience, we won’t be returning to this store. Very poor service.

Poor service – Extremely poor service waited at service desk for well over 5 minutes. Customer service was at desk chatting to friends. No acknowledgement by staff member that she would be with us soon.

Poor customer service – Called stratco a few times to get a quote for a decent backyard size shed. Spoke to a lady in Canning Vale store who was rude and accused me of spelling my last name wrong to which the quote never got sent. must’ve misheard, not a nice way to respond for an error no matter whose at fault. Get the feeling Stratco only want the big commercial jobs, it’s all to hard won’t be going through them. Bad attitude and customer service wouldn’t waste your time. Very disappointing.

Closed Warehouse without public Notice – They promised delivery by 22/1/24. Said open on Saturdays from 7-10am only for pick up. I arranged trailer hire and came on 27/1/24. They were open. But when I arrived, they sent me to pick up from the warehouse. Went to wharehouse and found it closed. No apologies. This people have no respect for the public. Fantastic service by great team members – After accidentally arriving very close to closing time, I would like to send a big "thankyou" to the staff who let me make my purchase. They left the gate open and let me know that too. I was impressed with Leanne's assistance and attention to detail with my special order product. Shed Extension – The Stratco team that erected my shed extension were exceptional. They arrived on time and worked non stop to complete my extension in two days. Wouldn't give me what I paid for because I had the wrong shoes – I went to the Canning Vale store in Perth just before Christmas to purchase PVC downpipes and accessories. wouldn’t give me my purchase because I had open-toed shoes. I talked to the manager and asked him what was the difference between me taking the items to the car from the store as compared to me taking the items from him. He told me that what they did at the store had nothing to do with him, which I found a bit surprising. There was nothing to stop me from driving into the warehouse car park, walk to the counter with the shoes I had on. But I couldn’t take the items that I had already paid for. So I told the manager to cancel the order and refund my money. He said he couldn’t refund my money. He wouldn’t give me the items that I’d paid for and wouldn’t refund my money. He told me that the store that I purchased the items from should have told me I couldn’t wear open-toed shoes. When I went back to the store to get my refund they were surprised by what the manager at the warehouse had done. I later went to Bunnings and bought what I needed. They didn’t worry about what shoes I was wearing.

Service – Went to stratco canningvale on Easter Saturday to pick up a few items for a project. It was busy a lot of people waiting to be served. All staff had greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance. Ash (Ashleigh) was particularly helpful, she did tell me she was new and still learning. But she was very helpful and patient with myself, even helped load my goods into the car. Was a pleasant experience. Will definitely return. Show details ·  1

Nice looking shed – I bought a Stubbie Shed 3m x 3m. The sales person Kylie was very efficient and helpful. I erected it myself and had to clarify a couple of items on the "How to Build it document" - Kylie was helpful again. The instructions were quite well written and relatively easy to follow. of it on my own. The shed looks very impressive and sturdy. My only disappointment is the paint finish on the roof and wall cladding. It scratched very easily, not as strong as Colorbond and in fact a couple of sheets were quite badly scratched when I opened the box.

Can’t be bothered informing tradesmen of delays – Told the wait for an order was 2 weeks Then called up to see progress and it had been delayed 6 weeks due to supply issues for a product that could be substituted Leaving a house with out a roof Gyprock plasterers booked in And huge delays in building project. years and it still looks brand new - great products these garden sheds. My only challenge at Stratford is to get someone to help me with a pergola- just can’t seem to jag a person to help with that.

Excellent customer service – Went to store with my measurements and the staff organised quote for shed quickly and efficiently. Ordered shed and was kept informed of its progress and delivery. Poor in every aspect – Poor communication about when the shed was being built. Delivery of goods damaged my property Rubbish from shed builder left all over my yard, wet cardboard, left over bags of concrete left in rain and set, nuts and bolts left in wheelbarrow full of water.  Show details

Gable shed – Purchased a 6x9 gable shed. Quality is good but installation instruction are poor. Some sheeting incorrectly supplied, correct sheeting supplied but delay of a week.
