I would like to thank Damien manager of Stratco Mandurah for his kindness, prompt and efficient customer service. My husband has spent over $20,000.00 at Mandurah Stratco, and is currently receiving Chemotherapy. Damien through the kindness of his heart moved mountains for Us acknowledge our past purchases and waivered the delivery fee and had our materials for our patio and gate delivered to our home from Stratco factory in Cannington.

We are soo grateful for this service and highly recommend and will return to Stratco Mandurah for ongoing building materials.

(1) The black half height cupboard SS-10487 has faulty instructions. ( step 8 ) and no video. Does not explain how to remove Doors. Finally worked it out myself. the phone, they still will not answer the phone or return a phone call. Potentially, the worst company I have dealt with in this town. Millennial‘s must be supervised !

The communication between the ‘click n collect’ and the branch is very disappointing . The email after ordering and paying online said your order will be ready within 4 hours , I drove down and still after 5 hours the lovely lady in the store chased them up for the paperwork. Amazing costumer service – Staff were great, a Young sales assistant Alisha helped me decide what different options I could choose from in regards for my future shed I will be adding to my new home the advice she gave me was very help full. Customers waiting in too long of lines for service. Not enough staff on Saturday to make positive impact. Saw 5 customers walk out of shop. correct pricing. I feel that there is definitely room for improvement. The service we received on Saturday 22nd March was good but the amount of customers waiting in line for service was very poor I asked why are there people waiting and a long time. I was told only 8 staff on for the Saturday for the whole show.. I was disappointed in the business as it was not by no means anything to do with the staff they were doing the best they can for the staff they had on. Our goods have been paid for but some goods have to come from your canningvale office and due approx 8th april 2025..

TERRIBLE – DO NOT USE PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased Mo-Flo from Stratco Mandurah recently and after using it as per the directions on the bottle my toilet broke. outright refused to consider replacement or compensation.

[Name Removed] has said that if you have EVER used another toilet cleaning product, even 6+ months ago which is when a product was used last, you cannot use Mo-Flo because it will cause a chemical reaction and Momar won’t care.

[Name Removed] also said that nobody ever uses toilet clearing products as a preventative measure, which is what I was using it for. The bottle directly states that it can be used as a preventive measure.

Stratco have passed the buck to Momar Australia, who have in turn just refused to help.

Now I have no working toilet due to a product purchased from this company.

If they aren’t willing to come to the table for this issue, there is absolutely no doubt they wouldn’t be willing compensate for any larger scale issues that may arise from their products.

If you want bad products and terrible customer service Stratco Mandurah is your place to go.

Paying extra for catalogue item – Went to buy a fan listed in front page of current catalogue. None in stock yet over 1 week to go for sale. Staff informed me in stock at warehouse but I would need to pay for item in full to get to Mandurah Stratco store. visit, despite our obvious interest in the HM7 shed. I figured that the staff must have reached their sales target for the day to be ignored so badly. Either that or the boss wasn’t present and they couldn’t be bothered. Either way they have lost business today. The shed alone was $974 by memory. With the concrete fasteners, shelves, skylight panels, louvre window, and other items, I’m guessing that was a sale of $1500 at least that will go elsewhere. Extremely disappointing.

Disappointed – We wanted a tool shed cabinet set and went several times and nothing in stock. So ordered it and needed it delivered. dent is at back of cabinet. As we were part of the loyalty club for this $3000 purchase we were given a Voucher to use. So we thought we would wait until shed was built and all shelving in place to see what we needed. After several trips for items and again no stock for metal cabinets. Staff would take our name and number on scraps of paper snd say they would contact us when stock came in.

No they did not. This happened twice over different items.

We would then turn up on a Sunday to use voucher. Not open. We then wanted to use it before the voucher expired over the Christmas break but store not open. So I remembered the voucher one day after it expired on 29th December and went to store and they will not honour it.

No wonder people go to their opposition in Mandurah. Very disappointed with lack of real help and if they want loyal customers they should look after them.

Trading with them 6 years strong – Dealing with mandurah for several years until I recently moved near Cockburn. After dealing with canning Vale I never knew how good I had it. Extremely Poor customer service and lack of communication – Once stratco have your money they don’t follow up on your purchase, even if you have paid for installation. Have booked two dates to have a carport installed only to ring up on the install dates to be told they have made mistakes and it won’t be getting installed and they can’t install it for another month. Stubbie Shed – Ordered a 4 x 3 Stubbie Shed that had a few variations staff couldn't be more helpful, shed arrived on projected date, assembly was easy as per instructions, everything fitted perfectly, lots of comments on the quality and strength of design, very happy with end result. Customer Service – Last three times I visited Stratco Mandurah had to wait far too long to be served. 10 -15 minutes. Last time several staff sitting at their desk but did not get up to serve waiting customers
