Their inclusions are better value and the quality of finish is excellent. What blew my mind is their project time management. They were able to finish the build in just 7 months. Excellent communication and report with the whole team.

Fantastic experience with Brad Acheson – I built an investment property with Brad Acheson in 2024, and it was an absolute pleasure beginning to end. The team were detail oriented, diligent, approachable, and always delivered on their promises. The house turned out fantastic, and I am beyond pleased. The house that Brad built! – Very happy with the build. Good workmanship and communication. A pleasure to work with Brad. Final cost to be determined but should be well within the budget. As we were absent for the build we relied on Brad to deliver a quality product which he did.

Phenomenal Home, Fantastic Team – My new home is phenomenal! I selected a practical floor plan & had a vision for the front facade. Brad & his team made my vision reality. I had loads of variations from the beginning & Every detail of my home is above my expectations. Communication thru out was first class with weekly updates on Voxer & if I had any questions you put into Voxer & 1 of his team answered promptly. The entire process was smooth, professional & nothing was ever a problem. The hand over was exceptional as well with Brad taking me through the entire house & ensuring I knew every aspect of all appliances, fittings etc. I honestly can’t fault any of processes undertaken from quoting to completion. Having built numerous times I would recommend Brad Acheson (Stroud Homes) above all others.
