completed modules, though the biggest problem is their training materials, that are spread out randomly. They are purely rubbish, student support services non-existent and no one responds to emails. overall I'm out of pocket with fees and other expenses for this course.

The worst course I've ever done – Reading the positive reviews makes no sense to me. I have completed several degrees, a diploma and certificate 4 in other institutions. class room. It was so time consuming and when I got things wrong, the assessors didn't help at all. I literally had 10 mins to talk with them and they were reluctant to chat, constantly giving excuses why they didn't call or contact me. It is very cheap but you get what you pay for. If you are busy like me you will find this a very stressful, unproductive course where you will learn very little except for the fact that there systems are very outdated. One assessment requires you to upload video footage 2 x 40 min lectures and 2 x 20 min lectures. When submitting they said they would provide a link but they don't actually have a place to submit them so you have to work out a way to deliver the files. The problem is there system doesn't allow any other means so you end up having to submit a USB. A week later they told me there systems couldn't read the USB. This is one of many cases.

The worst in online education – I have studied my TAE threw studywell, it was the worst online education I've ever used, my trainers were useless, the workbooks were difficult to read and interpret, I would not recommend this college to anybody,

responsibility adoption lay on poor learning environment that couldn't support students to be field-independent learner. When I need to take the certificate IV in training and assessment, therefore, I challenged myself to test this particular environment. Instead of taking one week face-to-face course, I tried my luck on an online distance course which could save my expenses as well.

My first impression of the course were stressful. I need to manage my time effectively. Fortunately, the learning environment could help me addressed my learning limitation. I could planning my resources to support my assignment, planning the outcome and find a suitable approach. The learning materials could help me to understand about the requirements of the course. The assistance from the trainers was terrific. Two thumbs for those experiences. However, it would be an advantage if you also provide online video tutorials for the specific subject in your learning support system. As you have highlighted the diversity in learning style, this kind of tutorial will help the visual type students to be success in your online course. All the best!

each module. She advised me a specific work plan to follow with which modules would be better to do in which order. I became overwhelmed as any course is hard to do externally, but Ashley continuously spoke me through the processes for everything as she was extremely patient, professional, knowledgeable and positively mentored me every step of the way. I was able to give her feedback on some of the templates that were hard to alter to submit work and the modules themselves as they repeating the tasks. She then took this information on with open hands. The markings of these modules were always quite efficient and I found if I chipped away at the work and kept in contact with her through regular bookings/chats (you get allocated amount of assistance) and also through emails to verify quick points it then worked well. I still keep in contact with my trainer now and we talk about how I can use my training in the role I am in. Recently I have been offered a more permanent position at work therefore I feel that this has made a difference to my life and I would not have been able to finish my studies and think about my future without my trainers help. I would do another course with Studywell College as in my case I felt that even though some of the templates/modules needed work the feedback I gave was taken on for future students, the staff were great and the correspondence in receiving my certificate was prompt and professional. I think also obtaining the text book TAE helped a lot as that seemed easier to refer to for quick updates on information. Another vital point is also making sure you are organised from the start to allow yourself enough time to make your way through everything and get the best out of the one on one help provided. close to the end, eventually you get 'offered' an extension at a cheaper rate. This is false information because the course online for $199, cheaper that when I started 6 months before, which was $275.

Also the course offered 10 short calls of 10 minutes each. Eventually they cut them to calls of 7 minutes each. This means that instead of having 100 minutes, now you have only 70 minutes, Half an hour less. The calls are used also to talk to administration instead of being fully dedicated to speak to the trainer.

The short call sessions get filled up very quickly because of the large number of students. Before they used to have only 2 teachers, now they have 3 but it is difficult to book the times you want.

continued to struggle and was going to give it up, Then i received a phone call out of the blue from Ashley while i was stuck in Bali, She asked how i was going and went from there, Ashley was extremely helpful and i was then able to finish the course and am happy with her help and direction.

is significantly higher than what a Cert IV should be in comparison to other studies I have done, I have had to obtain two extensions on my course and am still going as I work full-time. I almost gave up before my last extension but thought I should persevere since I had completed most of the units. I think they need to review that aspect of the program so that it is realistically achievable for people and they are not set up to fail.

Don't believe these five star reviews – While the trainers mentioned might be genuine, the college is just a marketing arm for course materials that are broken and convoluted. These 5 star reviews cannot be genuine. Just don't do it. All in all, quite a good course – I did my Cert IV in WHS, my trainer was Max. Max was really helpful and very supportive. The material needs to be worked on, feels like a rush job.

Excellent support for online training – Completed my Cert IV in both Business and Workplace Health and Safety over the course of 18 months with Studywell College. Satisfactory – Having done training with Studywell in Front line Management, I can confirm that a good knowledge base is delivered to participants. Excellent support was obtained from the training officer, Bilal Akram. Questions asked were always answered punctually and with a strong grasp of the training concepts. Cert IV TAE – I started the course with some time constraints due to working away and some communication hurdles which were quickly addressed when raised. content and some of the questions somewhat unclear which caused a lot of frustration, although i found you can work around this by contacting your trainer or using other sources of information such as the Act, Regs, Codes of Practice etc.

As a lot of my work was done on nightshift last year it was a relief to know Max understood and was flexible with our arrangement for correspondence.

I have recently enrolled in a Diploma of Leadership and Management with Studywell College as I believe they are a well organised and structured learning provider.

My trainer and I have already discussed the nightshift aspect of my work and the availability of communication or should I say the limits of communication.

I would recommend anyone to enrol with Studywell.
