Was sent the wrong product, returned it, sent the wrong product again, returned it, was told to go into the store, even though I had paid for postage not once but twice. The worst, buy from any other online outlet other than these guys.

I have placed four online orders with these guys. They have gotten 3 out of my 4 orders incorrect. That's 75%. First one, they never delivered but charged me. Two others they sen me shoes that were each a different size, or mismatched. This is a terrible track record. Can't justify buying from them again. Complete waste of money and time.

My shoes arrived in a very damaged box. Took over 10 days to get a return confirmation which only can AFTER sending an enquiry email. Then when the return was processed it was not for the entire amount. Apparently a pair of socks that I returned (due to being incorrect size) were not ‘found’ by the return warehouse, despite them being packaged by me into the same bag as the shoes. I am a loyal customer to style runner and have purchased multiple orders. I recently spent $169 on a hoodie which you would assume is good quality. However within only a few years the protective thread has come off and it’s pulling threads now the NEW YORK label is falling off. I have kindly contacted them and they have ignored my emails. VERY DISSAPOINTING. Do not order expensive items as they will not help if it’s faulty. Show details

Ordered my NB shoes for $50 less than I could find anywhere else. Order placed late Thursday night before the Easter long weekend. Shoes dispatched Easter Saturday and arrived in perfect condition Wednesday after Easter - very good dispatch and delivery times. Would not hesitate buying again from Stylerunner. Show details

Terrible Customer Service – Unfortunately Stylerunner have terrible customer service - returned items and did not receive full refund. Have emailed 4 times and issue still not rectified so now making a complaint outside of their business. I understand everyone is busy so close to Christmas but the issue should have been dealt with and finalised in a timely manner.

More style, no runners – I am an avid Hokka Bondi runner, and they had a pair in shifting sand for almost $100 off. I purchased from the girl, in the store, and she ordered them online for me, to be delivered. I told her I had many many pairs as they are my favourite running shoe, and said I am a US 8. size.i said, no, those are wide.i need regular width..reiterated that many times…..and then what do I get? A US 7D. I am a US 8 B or regular. I drive 40minutes each way to return the shoes. Same girl there. I said they are the wrong size, I even phoned Hokka , to see if I was losing my mind. He said , wrong size. You can see the photos below. The stylerunner girl said, that colour is unisex, so it’s different sizing. I said no, it’s not…I have the same colour already in a US. 8 reg. So long story short. Go to a running shop or running online …who know their product. I tried emailing them, and they just come back with a standard rote reply on sizing. Their bit chat literally did not understand one sentence. Whole experience was extremely frustrating. Style runner are primarily fashion and really do not know the slightest thing about running, or their running shoes.

Do not order through Stylerunner – Bought a pair of NB sneakers and within 5 weeks a hole appeared. Then a second hole appeared so I contacted customer service. They requested photos and details of the shoe. The same shoe has a third hole appearing but they refuse to replace them. Very disappointed and will not order shoes through them again. Show details

I guess I got lucky? – After reading all these bad reviews I hesitated to purchase shoes from this store. However they had some Veja shoes on special and I thought I'd take a chance. Much to my suprise I received the correct shoes (both matching) and the correct size. They arrived within 2 days after ordering. Either I got lucky or this store isn't so bad after all?

Disappointing - limited releases – Just another website that offers “limited releases” so limited that even having 4 people attempting to purchase a pair of shoes the second the release goes live, we all came out with nothing. Took me all the way to the confirmation of purchase screen to then bounce me back as the shoe had sold out. So disappointing, shouldn’t have to fight tooth and nail to try to purchase a pair of sneakers? What a joke

brand themselves. The shoe brand let me know that the product is in fact faulty and that if I purchased from them they would provide me a refund. I have a record of those communications with the brand also. However Stylerunner customer service are refusing to let me return the product via the mail/post or handle this issue online. Stylerunner are insisting I go in store for the shoe to be "assessed", even though I live more than an hours drive away from the closest store. The shoes were $250 and have literally injured me to the point if I walk more than a block in the sneakers I cant wear other shoes for weeks. The brand themselves have confirmed an issue with this shoe, in writing. I am taking this to the ACCC but wanted to post here. Buyer beware, Stylerunner customer service is terrible and I will never purchase from there again. I deem these shoes to have a major problem. Detailed below is what constitutes a 'major problem" according to ACCC: A major problem means the product: - is unsafe - is very different from the description or sample - has either one serious problem or several smaller problems that would stop someone buying the product if they knew about them beforehand - can’t be used for its normal purpose, or another purpose the consumer told the seller about before they bought it, and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time. This product is unsafe. It is injuring my feet, repeatedly, and making it impossible for me to wear other shoes for weeks. The description of this product is a sneaker shoe. Shoes are to be worn when walking. I can not walk anywhere in these shoes without injury due to the way the leather is treated and not softening (confirmed by the manufacture/brand as a fault). This shoe has a problem that would have stopped me buying the shoe if I had known at the time. I would not have bought these shoes if I knew the leather would never soften and the shoes would injure me (more than once). This shoe, can not be used for its normal purpose (worn on feet for walking) I have never returned a pair of shoes. Ive also never written a public review of an online store. But I am incredibly frustrated by this experience and the lack of customer service or concern.

with my online returns and much to my surprise that there is a $10 return postage fee that needs to be paid for a returns label. I raised this with their customer service team that no where on the returns page states a $10 return postage fee and said they will give feedback to the team with no much other help. They recommended to return in store but i shop online cause i cant get into one of your stores!

Unhappy with outcome and DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing from STYLERUNER UNLESS YOU ARE 100% SURE on sizing and fit.

order to not have to pay $10 return shipping I had to submit my return for assessment. Obviously I’m happy to return the odd shoes but Stylerunner are telling me they can’t provide an “exchange” for me as my order is an online order (I have no stylerunner store in my state!). Which again, so fine. I don’t want an exchange. I simply want to return the odd shoes and have them send me the correct pair however now they’re telling me they cannot “place an order on my behalf” and that I’m “welcome to order another pair” but the extra 30% off sale is no longer active. I have honestly never had so much trouble trying to organise returning an item for the company to send me the correct one. I’m failing to understand how due to no fault of my own I am still waiting for them to approve a pre paid return label AND that they are unwilling to resend me the matching pair of shoes I ordered!? So basically it’ll be 3 weeks if not more since I ordered before I even see a refund (if I ever do at this rate) and after the 3 weeks I literally will have gotten no where, except for gaining 100% certainty that I’ll never shop at Stylerunner again. I can’t believe that in 2023 a company as big as this can get away with the most useless customer service and heaps of negative experiences similar to mine!? It baffles me.

because no stock was available. Once i asked why i had received a refund- i was told the product wasn’t in stock.

If i never asked about my second pair- no one in the company was going to let me know? And no options for my item to be sent when their shipment arrived- just a refund with no explanation

Just dont expect much in their service- if something isn’t right, check for yourself. Or you might be missing a pair of shoes from your order!!

SHOES DONT FIT – Ordered the Air Zoom SuperRep2 shoes in my normal size and cant even get my feet into them to wear they are extremely small at best a size 6. When I wrote to Stylerunner got told they were final sale and to enjoy my purchase. These are not fit for purpose so should not have been sold in the first place as they are unwearable. Had I been informed that I could return straight to a store I wouldn’t have gone through the returns portal.

I have ordered from Stylerunner many times throughout the years (clearly never returned anything) but I won’t be ordering from them again. It’s terrible customer service and no wonder Stylerunner has such bad reviews.

Sort out your returns process because it’s ridiculous. As I explained to you, I am extremely sick but you had me running around like a headless chook trying to return these two items.

And then you offer me a 20% discount code on my next order. Nah nah, I don’t think so. Just pay me back the $10 I didn’t end up using returning the goods back. Bloody ridiculous!
