order and hoping for support, but I received no real help. Instead, I was told that because I reported the issue after 14 days, they would not assist due to company policy. Their response was:

“As the case was reported beyond 14 working days as per the company policy. We understand how disappointing this news can be, and we want to assure you that we took your concerns seriously. Unfortunately, based on the available evidence and our policies, there is nothing further we can do at this moment.”

This was extremely frustrating and unfair, especially when the delay was already far beyond what they had promised. Poor delivery, poor customer service, and no accountability.

a little slower than Beauty Amora, but with all the poor reviews out there, I thought it was best to provide a genuine update. Since I received my package in about two and a half weeks, I will continue to order from them when they have good deals.

I ordered:

I provided clear photos and video evidence to Stylevana. Rather than addressing the internal mold issue, they stated the problem does not affect functionality and declined assistance because it is outside their one-year warranty.

Warranty terms do not change the expectation that a $300+ electronic skincare device should be durable and remain hygienic beyond 14 months.

Very disappointed with both the product quality and the retailer’s unwillingness to properly address a legitimate safety concern.

DO ORDER FROM THIS THEIF I requested to cancel my order immediately. They waited until they shipped the goods to let me know that they can’t process the cancellation because goods have been shipped. Liers. Ordered a product with express delivery. Didnt recieved it so i followed Followed up and asked to cancel the order as its taking too long but not answers from them. The tracking number says standard shipping but i paid for express delivery.

Paid for express shipping and received my order a full month later — well beyond the 6-day delivery promise. I had to chase the team myself just to get an update, and was then told it would ship within 7 days. It didn’t. I only paid the extra cost because I had run out of the product and needed it urgently. took 3 days) and responses are clearly template copy-paste, often contradicting each other (“ready to be released”, then “waiting for courier pickup”, then back to “being prepared for dispatch due to order volume”). At this point the order appears to be simply sitting unprocessed, and there is no reliable indication of when — or if — it will ship. If you order from this vendor, assume it may take well over a month and be aware that if something goes wrong, support provides generic scripted replies rather than concrete answers. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend purchasing here.

This company appears to be a total scam. Two weeks after placing my order, I received a package of junk goods that had nothing to do with what I ordered and paid for. I immediately contacted Stylevana and arranged for return of those goods with the promise mine would be delivered. itself, orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. None of that has happened.

More than 10 days have passed, and:

the order has not been shipped,

the payment has not been validated,

and customer support has failed to resolve anything.

I contacted support multiple times, sent proof of payment, and explained clearly that my card number has changed, but the transaction was completed successfully and is being charged normally. Even so, the company keeps claiming they “cannot validate” the payment.

The most serious and unacceptable part of this situation is that support started demanding that I send all my card details, including the security code (CVV), by email.

This is completely unacceptable, irresponsible, and unsafe. No customer should ever be asked to send CVV details by email. This exposes consumers to fraud and shows a shocking lack of professionalism and basic payment security standards.

So, to summarize:

they take the customer’s money,

do not ship the order,

do not solve the issue,

and then try to shift responsibility onto the customer by requesting sensitive card information.

To make things even worse, despite this unresolved issue, Stylevana keeps sending me notifications encouraging me to complete another order from a second shopping cart I had created. This is absurd: the company cannot handle one paid order but keeps pushing the customer to make another payment.

This was my first purchase with Stylevana and also my first time buying from an Asian beauty retailer here in Australia. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, raising serious doubts about the company’s reliability. So far, what I have seen is poor organization, lack of accountability, and total disrespect for the customer.

At this point, I am asking for something very basic:

either ship my order immediately,

or cancel it and refund my money in full.

If this is not resolved, I will proceed with a chargeback through my bank and continue documenting this situation on all available consumer review platforms. Consumers deserve better than this.

I returned the product exactly as instructed. They received the item back, and since then I have had no response at all.

It has now been over a month of follow-up emails, all ignored. No refund. No explanation. No communication.

Because of this, I am now forced to initiate a chargeback through my bank, despite the company already having the returned product in their possession.

This experience shows: • Poor accountability • Zero post-return support • Only taking action when legal escalation is mentioned

I would strongly caution others before purchasing from this brand.

will only issue a refund once the order is returned. I explained that if the items ever arrive, they will no longer be needed, as I have to replace the gifts now due to the delay. I therefore asked for a prepaid return label, since the delay is entirely their responsibility. Their response was that return shipping would be at my expense.

Stylevana has taken no responsibility for a delivery failure that has left me out of pocket, stressed, and scrambling just before Christmas. Do not order from them!

excatly 'Safe Place' means, but it is annyoing that now i have to pick up at the collection hub which is a bit far from my place. Aramex asked me to pay extra of $5.50 to be re-delivered. I referred Stylevana to my friend and she experienced the same thing. Definitely will not order from Stylevana again.

no, don’t even touch it, it’s really bad. beauty amora is much easier to deal with. if I can give zero star to stylevana, I would. it saves you so much pain even if it costs you couple bucks more, not worth to mess with them, complete waste of time. Called Aus Post tried to have parcel redirected to the nearest post office to where I work so i can pick up on lunch break. If you are urgently needing items don’t buy from here because it takes a long time! Everything i ordered was received & the pricing is very reasonable, shame they dont use star track couriers to deliver, Aus post is their biggest down fall.

Stylevana lies about what is in stock, has taken over a month to dispatch and it's still going to be weeks before it arrives...on things listed as in stock and usually ships within 24 hours. Even though it was allegedly dispatched 5 days ago, there is still no tracking information and their website is saying the order is complete. This company is awful, yes style, lilabeauty and beauty amora are much better.

previous order was 2 months delayed. So it’s clearly not just a one-off mistake — it’s how they run their business. Listing items as “in stock” when they’re not is misleading and creates false expectations for customers.

On top of that, their customer service is awful. I specifically asked for an apology three separate times in my emails, and every single time it was ignored. Instead of taking responsibility or showing even a little accountability, they completely ignored my complaints and asked me whether I wanted to cancel or change the product. It feels like they just don’t care about customers once they have your money.

No single apology, no accountability. Misleading, frustrating, and not worth the hassle.

notice about this change. When I contacted their customer service, they said I could return it, but I would need to cover the return shipping cost myself, even though it wasn’t my fault.

I’ve been a customer of Stylevana for years, and they used to be good, but this experience has been disappointing. Luckily, this was just the free item, but it made me think: what if this happened with something I actually paid for?

I’ll probably avoid ordering from them again because of the poor communication and lack of responsibility. That said, if you’re only after some promotion and don’t mind the risk of issues like mine, Stylevana might still be worth considering.

Purposefully deciptful stock levels. Last three orders had issues where the product was "in stock" and was actually waiting for stock to arrive in two weeks. When they advised on the delay stock still showed as available. Buy from Amora instead.

only store credit that can’t even be used with their promotion codes (supposedly valid on every purchase).

They’re essentially forcing you to spend more money on their site, despite not being able to guarantee product quality, having no real refund policy, and offering zero helpful customer service.

Their customer service is slow, unhelpful, and hides behind confusing terms and conditions. This is unacceptable and absolutely feels like a scam.

Don’t WASTE your money or time on this company!!!
