Fantastic experience from start to finish! – We are able to enjoy our pool more now with the heat pump installed. Troy was spot on when he recommend us the ix19 for our 60K pool when others were recommending more expensive unit. The ix19 heats up our pool with ease. Love it! Show reply
Troy has great customer service – Troy from NSW office has been fantastic. Turned around an updated quote overnight and within a week we had a unit installed! He also followed up with a wifi unit - and we’re very happy with the iX19 unit. Heats our small plunge pool in a day in the middle of winter. Fingers crossed no issues over the coming years, and if so - I have confidence in Troy and his team addressing any concerns if it arises. Show reply

In all aspects Sunlover have been great to deal with. Lots of expert advice and detail, all our questions answered, installed on the agreed date/time and a good quality result.
As an illustration of the extra care given to customers, Troy was able to follow up with me post-install to help figure out how to integrate the pump into our solar/home automation setup. He came in person and wired extra cabling for us free of charge. Really happy that we can now tailor the pump operation to fit with our household electricity usage and save some $$$ on heating costs.

Better than I expected – Just installed an Oasis heat pump from Sunlover. Pool has gone from 21/22 to now around 27/28 No blanket so we lose 1.5 to 2 degrees overnight Then we are back up to 27/28 by midday using solar power We installed a 15 amp power point so it was plug and play for the X19 model Mick did a great job installing it at Sunshine Beach property Game changer!!! All in a days work – Our project was to update our 20 plus year old pool and from the initial consultation with Troy to the final installation by the team the whole process was both smooth and painless.The scope of the project included converting from chlorinated to saltwater setup, replacing the filter unit, replacing the rooftop solar with a heat pump and finishing off with a pool blanket. Great job many thanks to all.

Not worth the money overpriced spare parts – Have a choice to buy a 3rd replacement $102 pipe sensor, or get rid of the whole thing and try another brand, Sunlover are no help how can they charge $102 for one sensor when you can buy a whole new controller with 2 sensors for about $300. Wouldn't recommend them and their after sales is a joke.
Poor product, price gouging service call – A third "warranty" callout in 3 years, costing $175, $225 - and the latest gouge is $300. It's bad enough that a product should fail so often, and to have to pay for a warranty repair - but $300? Seriously bad service. $700 in 3 years for "warranty" is ridiculous and amounts to gouging.

Poor quality pool cover ! – Purchased this pool cover with 60 months of warranty. Splits down a material join in the middle of the cover after 22 months. Cover is stored as per the manufacturers guidelines and used in a chemical free pool. I have been offered the pro rata amount but expected to pay again for Delivery, Fitting for another cover that might last 2 years... Pass ! Then disposal of the faulty cover Pass !

Warranty repair - third party – Had a faulty gas heater at commission. Logged warranty call 14:30 Friday, issue resolved 11:30 the following Tuesday. Having dealt with every manufacturer in Australia - it does not get any better than that. Show reply
Smooth Installation – Just wanted to say thanks for all the help from Sunlover, the guys were great and everything seems to have gone smoothly. Problem solved over FaceTime! – Very good help in reconnecting all the connections, as the company, swimart Doncaster that fitted the new chlorinator dislodged all the connections of the heat pump and caused me undue stress over the Christmas period.
