I ordered two float loungers and they arrived quickly. One wasn’t holding air properly, so I emailed SunnyLife about the problem yesterday afternoon. I woke up today to an order confirmation for a replacement float, no additional questions asked. That was the most pleasant customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Super impressed. Super fast postage and product was exactly as described and my granddaughter thought it was the best bed. Until unfortunately the mattress wouldn't keep the air in it but the company was wonderful and prompt to replace the mattress. Super happy to deal with the company and its products. was told the refund wouldn’t reach my account for two days, but they still expected me to pay again on the spot and just “trust” that the refund would go through. In the end, I left the pathetic-looking pop-up store $80 out of pocket and with no product.
When I spoke to the manager, she was rude and dismissive, referring to me in the third person (“can she hear me?”) while the assistant was on the phone. The entire experience was disgusting. Absolutely no customer satisfaction or care.
Every price tag in that shop appears to be $10 higher than advertised, and the whole setup feels like a deliberate scam. Sunnylife should be ashamed — avoid these pop-up stores at all costs!
amazing customer service – I ordered the twin lux float for my little sister for Christmas. She opened it on Christmas and one of the headrest weren’t attached and where it was supposed to be attached. There were two small holes. at 8:30 am in the morning and by 12 pm lunchtime they had ordered a second one to be shipped to my house free of charge and we are still able to keep the original one. They all have repair kit in it so we were able to easily repair the floaty and now we have two, the customer service was really really quick and very kind and I really appreciate how quick it was considering that it was Christmas and Boxing Day. The product itself is beautiful high-quality and I love it and so does my little sister. The whole family’s been using. It definitely will order again in the future.
Don’t buy there beach chairs!! – I’m giving the company a 2 star review. that hooks to recline on the chair under the arm rest is make out of plastic and completely fell apart. They quickly sent me a new chair and I used that chair 2 days last summer and 3 this summer (hence I don’t go to the beach often) and after 5 uses it broke in the same place. The chair completely fell apart and you couldn’t put your back against the back of the chair without it complete falling all the way back because that same piece broke. I should have read more reviews before spending $144 bucks on my chair but I will not purchase from this store again and have let my friends know not to order from there. I say stick with the Tommy Bahamas ( they might not be cute but they last! )

Parcel did NOT arrive! Customer service is now IGNORING me for over 1.5 months! – Parcel was meant to arrive 12th of December 2023. Today its the 24th of Jan 2024 and it still hasn't been resolved. I put a complaint through and received an email on the 26th of December. since then I have sent two more emails and have been ignored. Phoned numerous times and can never get through to anyone. Impeccable service when I was faced with a fault on my Sunnylife beach chair. I contacted Sunnylife and although my chair was outside its warranty period Sunnylife provided great customer service in keeping me up to date with possible solutions and consequently organised a replacement chair free of charge. Wonderful and such a pleasure to deal with.

Bought my young child the Sunnylife snorkelling set comprising of mask, snorkel and fins. The mask kept fogging up despite using known anti-fogging treatments - turns out the mask is not tempered glass so basically a toy rather than being functional or practical for snorkeling. child's feet given how hard they were. Fins are usually silicone or rubber, not hard plastic. The stickers included for application to the fins were not vinyl - paper stickers - for a snorkeling set so they came off after a swim and polluted the water. I won't be buying Sunnylife again as nothing I have bought to date has been fit for purpose - floaties and pool toys usually deflate and get holes quickly. It's all design/fluff.

Customer service is 10/10. I received not one but two faulty floats (the canopy on the baby float would not stay in the proper place) and the customer service was exceptional and FAST! I am excited to receive the third (upgraded/different model) float and use it with my baby this summer.
I am very satisfied with Sunnylife, their floats are so fun and their customer service is even better!! When we opened our float and blew it up, there was a small little hole, this sometimes can happen no big deal, so I emailed and sent a picture in and they immediately got back to me, saying they will send me another one and not to send back the damaged one!
