But Sunshower itself has been really helpful in giving me advice on splitting the current system in our back yard into two separate zones - I didn't need the professionals to do that bit - and sending me off with all of the things I needed, including a new dual zone timer. Again, they were honest and gave sensible advice, and didn't try to sell me the most expensive timer. So I have come away with from my two visits to their shop feeling very positive about their honesty and practical knowledge.

Could not be happier with the service that I received from sun shower sun shower. Unfortunately, the first smart plug they sent out was lost by Australia Post and they had a new one out to me by the following day. Terrible Customer Service | Charge for Express Post without providing the Service – Atrocious customer service, charges extra cost for Express Post postage and send the package on normal post, then blames AusPost. Fail!! – I purchased this pump for my fish pond online, after phoning 1st to confirm which pump would be most suitable. I paid $328.15. with a staff member who said to send all the parts back including the solar panel, & they could replace the necessary parts at my expense. Never heard from them again!!!

So no pump for the fish pond, try Bunnnings, their pumps are not as powerful but al least you get service.!!!
