I rang straight away with in 2 minutes about the order with order number. I mistakenly got single for the free one instead of the queen and got the machine saying you will get back to me. Still waiting. So needless to say i received one i cant use. Very poor service.

This is our second Super Sleeper Pro. There is nothing wrong with the old topper just the cover , however we thought with the improvements this one would be better for us. I would highly recommend this topper particularly for elderly. I used to struggle getting up now no issues, no more sore backs for , my husband has had a disc removed pain free , comfort for sleeping Show reply

We followed instructions found topper not as good as expected, we are going to remove it and replace with previous topper and check the differences, also leave your topper out to see if it shapes up better, depending on how my wife likes original topper may try again, if not place on our visitor bed.

allow for air flow so creates too much heat making sleep unbearable (even in Tassie.) The item was returned for a full refund, however requiring the purchase of several vacuum bags and the return postage puts a good hole in the refund!

I'm really happy with my purchase. This arrived quickly and was easy to roll out onto my bed. I unpacked it in the afternoon and it was fine for me to sleep on that night, by the next day it was fully expanded. The packing odour has also gone by the next day.
