I had ancc be experience with my delivery which did not arrive when the notification came up on my phone. I had to find out where it was through the courier service. Very frustrating, The topper is lovely and very comfortable. Show reply

Love the topper so lovely to sleep on. Would be a 5 star, but the only issue while very small is that the elastic holding the topper on the mattress is a little lose. Thank you Show reply

I had been using a Kmart topper until I purchased the Marshmellow one. Cost / comfort comparison, I am just as happy with the Kmart one and am sorry I purchased the SuperSleeper one. Show details

I prefer the original bamboo topper which was much more comfortable. Its hard to clean, the stuffing loses its comfort over time. You can buy the same generic brands with the full skirt for around $40 ( Dimmys) and I can take to laundromat periodically. Nothings Free, your paying for the pillows and advertising. I was disapointed especially after I tried the $40 one which seemed to be the same.

Unfortunately, I did not find the topper at all comfortable. I rang to ask if I could get an extension on the return, as I have to save to buy another type. I told the lady my mattress was too uncomfortable to sleep on on its own and that I had thrown the existing topper away as it was so old, which is why I purchased the new one. Being a senior now, my newish pillow top mattress wasn’t cutting it when it comes to arthritis pain. Tossing and turning all night and never able to sleep in due to hip pain. Not anymore, with our marshmallow topper we are both hardly moving all night, and sleeping in. Brilliant! Show details ·  1

Initially it felt strange and I felt that I may roll out of bed. However, after a few nights it began to feel more comfortable and I am happy with the product. The 2 free pillows were far too thick for me and apart from being uncomfortable were difficult to fit into a conventional pillow case. I donated them to a local charity. Show reply

I've had serious operations on my lumbar spine and even though I had a soft mattress I could feel the lumps of metal. Now, the feeling no longer is there and I can now sleep comfortably on my back, soundly and for a much longer time. Good stuff. Show reply
