Great product listing for a non car person
Very happy with the online store as well as physical stores, when clicking and collecting. Accurate descriptions and stock availability at both Osborne Park an Mirrabooka stores. Easy site navigation, payment and pick up instructions.
Website full of bugs.
Website is constantly full of bugs, be careful in putting gift card codes and letting sit before finishing... If webpage reloads it will take the funds of the gift card without making a purchase, will have to do a run around to get the funds back, then told it's not refundable when you pay with a different payment source.
Way too slow for W.A customers to be worth it
was wondering why my Order was taking so long and called up the help line and was told that all online orders are done in Victoria. This makes no sense, even the person I spoke to at supercheap said it wasn't fair to W.A customers.
website not accurate
I tried to place an on line order on Jan25th on their sale, but when I placed my postcode, it seemed to get confused, and gave my preferred store, as some store in Nth Brisbane, which is about 1.5hrs drive away. Then I stated that I was already a club+plus member, but it tried to charge me $5 extra. I at this point, gave up, as the the time spent on the computer was outweighing the savings on the item I tried to purchase. Neil Pedley.

Best store online and in-store. Prices are not really super cheap very often but product range is good. I have completed 30 plus orders online and been in-store hundreds of times. Never disappointed
Online Product purchase inquiry
I visited their website to purchase a specific product for my car. I had a credit on my account but couldnt work out if the system would apply 100% of my credit to reduce the price.
I sent this query in by email.
And I got a very brief useless copy/paste response that was unrelated to my query.
No choice but to visit a store where the customer service was basically non existant.
I ordered the unit online at about 1600hrs Sunday and it's just arrived 1330hrs Tuesday. I cannot believe a delivery can happen so fast, especially at this time of year. Kudos to Supercheap and TNT. I've ticked 'yes' to recommend to a friend and normally I would never make a recommendation, but that's how impressed I am.
Extremely poor customer service
Ordered membership club card almost three months ago, still has not arrived. Contacted customer service on several occasions without any reply. I was invited to leave a review on their Website, which was negative, it was rejected. This place is pretty much the worst I have experience buying automotive items. I will not buy products from Supercheap Auto anymore.

Easy to use
This site was very easy to use. Its was very easy to find the part I wanted as all you need to do is enter your number plate and the state of registration. From there you are given all the options of parts that fit your vehicle. This was much faster than using other sites.
Very satisfied with level of support
I've been a customer of Supercheap for some time and am quite satisfied with the level of service received when using online store in conjunction with staff support in local store outlet.
There's been some hiccups along the way , usually with sale items and website not working fluidly, however issues usually get sorted out along the way.

I've been dealing with Supercheap for some years now as I like the huge range they have and the really good specials. I normally order online to take advantage of specials and select pickup from the store closest to me. I've always found the orders get picked super fast, and notification it's ready for pickup is usually very shortly after the store opens for the day. I've also always found the staff polite, friendly, and very helpful on every occasion!
I think a lot of other businesses could take a leaf out of their page when it comes to custo...mer service. I recently had an issue where I discovered a credit I had was going to expire at midnight Friday that night, so promptly placed an order, however, the credit got swallowed up by the system when I inadvertently placed, and then changed an order after applying the credit just before. To Supercheaps credit, I emailed support, and rung through Sat morning to try and recover it. The online accounts staff, on a Saturday, had it fixed and I was able to complete the original order and picked up the order around an hour later. I couldn't be happier with the response, and service from Supercheap. I would consider them a great company to deal with, extremely prompt and professional at all times. The lady at the Dandenong store (really sorry, don't know your name) deserves special mention, as I've found her to be especially helpful and polite every time I've been there, not a misery guts like a lot of people can be.
Terrible online customer service
I purchased over 700 dollars worth of car stereo equipment and never recieved the headunit. Emailed them and they said they would file a dispute with the shipping company and resend it. Cool. 15 days later no headunit or update so i email the AGAIN. No response at all so after a week I went into my local store (nambour qld). Bloke was absolutely lovely, apologized and called them up. I got a refund theough bank. He saod comeback in and i will get 30% off. Ok sweet i think! Come back few days later and different manager and she says that she can...t do it at the same price as the other manager who said he would do the 30% off on top of the current sale price. Mind you I have been waiting over a month for this headunit. And been messed around profusely. So I said stuff yous and i went to autobarn and got it for cheaper than her price. Fix your online customer service! I got 0 responses from 4 different emails! Supercheap upu have lost a valued customer!
Australian Ripp Off in Perfection - Turtle Wax Shine N Shine
I am always keen to keep my new Toyota Prius in top condition especially on the outside as it is an image one projects when arriving in your car. To protect my car I was advised to use Turtle Wax Spray N Shine a product with ceramic ingredients. This protects the lacquer and gives an excellent shine for many months after a single application. I saw the product performing in a YouTube editorial comparing the product with other similar products in the market. The US market street price and on Amazon is US$ 6.97 or in Australian Dollars converted ...it would be about $9.80. I contacted several Supercheap and other retailers an enquired about the product and price and was told that the price in Australia would be $25.99 this making it about 250% more expensive than in the USA. This is one of the rips offs Australian retailers are using when it comes to excellent products made overseas. Amazone Australia sells the item to a far better price at A$11.90 this is a fair deal. Often Australian retail companies complaining about the lack of sales, loss of income and that customers make more purchases online than in retail shops. The reason is clear, it is the typical Australian Ripp Off caused by the profit by the importer, followed by the wholesaler and last not least by the retailer. All of them profiting on the price of an item escalating the price and the consumer pays. Why should anyone pay twice as much and more as much as a customer in the USA? A large number of products are shipped cheaply in container ships or by air making the retail item less than 5% more expensive. The exchange rate is steady as well. Someone must make a heap of a profit and who that is is clear, the Australian sellers taking customers for a ride.

Ordered a club plus membership, never received it.
I had ordered a club plus membership on the 21st of June and have not heard anything back. Following that, on the 25th of June, I chased this up via the customer service form and I did not receive a reply. Additionally today (5th July), I called the customer service number, and it was noted there was no club plus membership for my account.
Waste of time.
Finding the item I was looking for was easy. It said buy this on 15th June get it on 19th June, well time of writing this revue is 2nd July and still it has not arrived. I have written seven Emails to supercheap with only one reply that said its due to circumstances beyond our control. Customer service will not answer my Emails, I have asked for a refund but still no answer. I am appalled by this terrible service and will never use supercheap again.
Club Plus Price Promise
When I was initially offered a SCA Club Plus Membership, I was told one of the best benefits of this benefit is the Club Plus Price Promise where SCA credit the difference for the price of a product you’ve purchased which goes on special within two weeks. And they told me this is for any SCA store or online.
I purchase something from their official SCA EBay store on Thursday and on Saturday they reduce the price by almost $50.00. I call them up and I'm told that I can't enjoy Club Plus Membership benefits if I purchase something from their off...icial EBay store. I did remind them that it is still SCA's official store and they don't mention anywhere on their website, EBay store or in-store that I can't enjoy Club Plus Membership benefits on EBay. Supercheap Auto's Club Plus Price Promise is a big lie just like the lies they tell you when they sign you up for the Club Plus Membership.
Very bad since changes to website and club account
I have been a club member and frequent purchaser over the years doing the vast majority of my purchases online. I became a club member primarily for the transaction history , Not having to keep receipts as having them in my order history meant i could reprint them if required for warranty and returns purposes. I also would like to add the credit offered to your account if a recently purchased item is reduced in price and a credit applied to your account.
I noticed about mid 2018 not all my transactions were showing in my order history and som...e of these missing invoices were for big ticket items sort of defeating the purpose of SCA claiming for members there is no need to retain your invoice because they are stored in your order history in your club account. After another considerable purchase this week i noticed it also was not appearing in my order history so i emailed Supercheap Auto asking why the IT issues with my account since last year. I got this reply "Thank you for your email. We launched a new web platform last year and unfortunately not all members have access to their online order history.
