bought one jacket a few months ago. wear it outside a t-shirt and dye for the t-shirt. put it on a chair back and dye the chair back. total waste.
Ella Bomber Jacket
As a clothing designer it's clear this jacket was approved for mass production before being 'test driven' or has been designed by amateurs. It looks great but the heavy hood has a very weak zip that attaches it to the jacket and press studs that hold it in place at the collar. These press studs are also not strong enough to hold the weight of the hood and come apart leaving the hood hanging down at the back when the hood is not worn on the head. This puts all the strain on the cheap zip which has now begun to tear off the jacket. I bought this ...jacket only a couple of months ago and have worn it minimally. I paid about $175 for it. I noticed the price has come down significantly since I bought it. Great style but unfortunately bad quality. Im pretty disappointed after paying that much for it

WORST customer service
I have been a long time purchaser of super dry but I have to say this will be my last time due to the complete lack of customer service. It has been 30 days since my initial order was placed and still no delivery. I have contacted support 3 times for tracking info or ANY information regarding my order only to get responses saying just keep waiting. I asked if I could collect from the warehouse, question Was never answered. I live in Melbourne, the warehouse is in Melbourne , I know due to covid that there are some delays on shipping but I have ...ordered things from other states and they have arrived within a week. My partner ordered dog food from Queensland it arrived in 3 days! So I don’t believe based on other recent experiences there are significant delays in delivery’s. Not once has Superdry said hey I’ll look into it and see if I can track down your order or anything of the sort so I am left here out of pocket, no product and no ideas of when or if I will even receive my jacket. It is SO frustrating and I feel very little care or empathy has been given from there end so that is why I will never shop Superdry ever again and I will discourage friends and family from doing so also!

MIsleading advertisement and extremely poor customer service
A couple of days ago i was looking for a new jacket and deciding between one from Superdry and another brand. After not ordering from Superdry they sent me a reminder to finish the checkout and offering free shipping on all orders. Here is the entire text of the offer:
"We noticed you left some great items in your cart. Hurry back before they are gone!
Remember we have free local shipping on all orders."
I thought fair enough, with free shipping i will take it and tried to check out the purchase. Despite offering the free shipping i was not a...ble to check out without paying for postage so i simply just didn't order. I contacted the customer service and asked why it keeps wanting to charge me for shipping if i was offered free shipping in the email i received from Superdry. Without any mentions of minimum order or any terms and conditions. I also attached a screenshot of the email to make sure the customer service could verify what i am talking about. A few days later i received a reply. Free shipping only on orders over a minimum order amount. I replied that this is a misleading advertisement, they can't offer me one thing and then just change the rules as they want to but the customer service team simply didn't care. I got an email saying that they apologize for the confusion caused and that was it. Not caring about the fact that they are violating Australian common law. Not that i care too much about the jacket anymore anyways but such companies should be fined for misleading customers and believing they can do whatever they want.
Poor quality and terrible customer service
I used to be a loyal customer of Superdry until recently. I purchased a pair of thongs from them expecting good quality. Instead the paint/coating peeled off within days. I contacted them and heard nothing back. I followed up a week later and still, no reply. Really disappointing customer service. Wont be shopping with them moving forward.

Purchased a t-shirt online, after only 4 washes, several small holes appeared in the chest area, where the material had deteriorated. Photographs were sent, but the response was that I must have snagged the shirt and caused these holes. One small hole, yes that can happen, but after only 4 washes, and in an area of the shirt very difficult to snag at all... I expected better for the price paid.
Waste of time and money, worst customer service
Placed my first order several days ago. They put order on hold due to some "security measures" and sent me an email to confirm information from my order to manually verify my account. I provided the information, the completed their verification and proceeded with the order. On the following day they sent me another email saying they ran out of size for one of item that I ordered! Why was it even on the website then? So that I could order a non-existing item and they could take my money? I decided to ask for a refund and take my time to order so...mething else in a separate order. So few days after I put another order through their website, and now they are sending me an email again with their list of questions to verify my account! Again! Waste of time and money! Worst customer service ever. Simply outrageous!
Fake japan brand
Made in China nothing to do with Japan, no identity, no specification explanation on the various models and extremely expensive jackets. I don't understand why people are buying this. I regret buying this.
Product failed, then company failed!
I bought the jacket less than one year ago, Superdry has a one year warranty for the jacket, seam under the left arm split open, Superdry refused to replace/repair the jacket. Don't buy products from this company, they do not honor their warranties!
Zero customer service - Absolute rubbish
Purchased a jacket in the wrong size so i sent back the item and asked for a different colour and size. I received the same jacket in the same colour in the same size. It's like they just returned the same jacket to me and i had paid for the return myself. I contacted Superdry and i was told that i would be sent a new jacket once a photo of the return mail receipt had been sent to them and a refund of the postage paid back to me because it was their mistake. Sent a photo of the receipt and had not heard back from them for weeks even after mult...iple emails and phonecalls, nothing. Then i received an email telling me the item had been refunded weeks later. Emailed superdry again and told them that i wanted an exchange, they completely ignored me once again and said the money was refunded and pretty much bad luck. I will never recommend superdry ever to my friends nor will i purchase one single piece of their clothing ever again.

recently superdry has a sale one 2 for the price of 3. i got 2 shirts and a beautiful winter jumper. the customer service was immaculate. even though it was busy they took their time and effort to serve each customer equally.

Awful! I will never buy
I bought "Chevron Faux Fur Super Fuji Jacket" for $239.95 AUD. Stitching was bad, stained bad condition. I returned it requesting the full refund, I had to pay for the postage of $ 19 AUD. to get the refund it took more than 3 weeks. Shame of superdry. STAY AWAY!! definitely overpriced crap they sell.

Superdry Shoes given as gift only used for a few day literally fall to pieces.
In good fail I purchased three sets of superdry shoes from you for gifts, at least one set of shoes literally fell to pieces after ONLY days of use.
This left a friend while in a City In Vietnam having to walk Barefoot to get home as the shoe sole came completely away.

Stay away from AU online shop. Old cloth shipped from UK no Australian Customer Service.
I bought a Ski Parka jacket for $ 350 AUD from their AU online store. The jacket arrived stained and with worn marks all over the sleeves. I have contacted the customer service from the AU online shop via email but received no reply. There is no Australian customer service phone number but only UK number. They have a return label included with the purchase but when I took it to the Australian Post I was told that I had to pay for the return shipping. They may look like a local online shop but have no local services. Be aware.

I received a US 9 and a US 11 in a obviously beaten up box and used for fitting. The membrane under the zippers were shredded.

Disgusting, slow customer service
Do not go near this mob. Horrible quality clothes that do not fit, everything is manufactured for the cheapest price possible yet they ask for the highest price possible. Returned some clothing and have been waiting 2+ weeks for a refund. They do not have an Australian contact number, all customer service is handled from the UK. That's right, there are no Australian staff to handle online orders. An absolutely disgraceful company and I will never buy from them again.
