Wrong colour - Wouldn’t exchange. Offered refund. Never got it – Bed was the wrong colour and took 3 weeks to get a response before I got an offer to have small amount refunded and refused to exchange for the correct bed. Now I have the wrong bed. Scammers BEWARE – I have no idea how this company is still actively trading. This has been a nightmare. I ordered a bed in august and received no responses or communication after endless calls and emails. Everyone please contact your bank to dispute this. I ordered a bed in august, eventually disputed it in November and just got my money back through NAB today (jan 2022). They don’t deserve anyone’s money. Show details

were seized and returned to liquidator as they still belong to sender until delivered, no notification to customers. Waited months due to covid. Current Google street view shows their address as abandoned commercial unit for lease with Mercedes in front. Luckily came on here saw the reviews and disputed transaction with bank , got every cent back. Freight company says they have closed all of this senders accounts. Thanks to this website and the other brave people who gave reviews we got our money back.
Scam, Do Not Buy From Here – I pre ordered a bed 2-3 months ago and they are not picking up their phone. They are not replying to my emails. I’m so upset I’ve been waiting thins long for my bed to arrive.
They told me to leave & blocked me – First 2 screenshots is me trying to get a refund after 6 months, then I was blocked. (I left a bad review on this page) Right screenshot is my friend messaging them. All I can say is leave all the bad reviews you can, and keep harassing them, then take them to ACCC, they obviously hate being caught out lol Show details

Do not buy from these theives – No communications, no product, but of course kept our money. Complete scam! Purchased product online because it looked fantastic. Was easy to order. Reached out to shipping company - told to contact the supplier.
After a couple of months the tracking number stopped being recognised on the shipping companies site.
6 months later, no product and money lost. Though we do have the gift of silence.

contact with the company you’ve bought the goods from. This can be as simple as collecting emails, snapshot of the phone records etc. Hand this over to your credit card company and they will follow the right legal process.
I personally got my money back into my account within 2 weeks.
Don't Bother – I purchased a TV cabinet and coffee table in April. Received the TV cabinet (it is beautiful, I live it) but with over 20 emails and unanswered phone calls there is no response as to where the coffee table is. No idea where to go from here. Show details

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! – Do not buy any product from this shop if you want your head free of stress and frustrate. I had an order since July nothing arrived. Rarely communication with them by email, no phone picking up. But i was able to get my money back from the bank by lodge a dispute transaction. Just go to the bank they will help you take back the money from this scammer.

what I did.
Lodge a dispute transaction with your bank all you have to do is send them proof of you emailing and calling them along with your invoice. It only took me 3 days to hear back from my back who provided me with a charge back. Basically they charge back to your account and the merchant (superior furniture) has 30 days to respond or dispute back but since they are scam artists they can't dispute your transaction because they have no plans to send you your product. Hope this helps
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY – This company is totally a scam , I have ordered my tv unit and coffee table on april 2021 and yet I havent received my product. There is no respinds to my emails and no answer to my calls. I have already sent them a complaint letter and will take a legal action towards. Please evwryone do the same and report this company
