We have owned 3 supreme caravans. This is our first brand new one and we are disappointed in the handover, and after sales service and quality of this van. Until now, we would have rated Supreme quite highly. Upon receiving our van, it hadn’t been cleaned and wasn’t ready to go.our handover was rushed, due to customers before us, taking too… Read more

long. Supreme then had to deliver the van to us , days later after cleaning it. Once we had a good look at the van, we realised some cupboard doors were warped , outside latches were a mix between chrome and black ( not all the same) and most importantly above the door, the panel alignment was uneven. ( very obvious). This was brought to supremes attention at the first service. Supreme refused to fix the top panels , they threw in some latches for us to take home and replace ourselves. They also said they would order some new cupboard doors and post out to us, That was twelve months ago and the doors have still not arrived, despite someone calling us, three weeks ago, stating there were doors sitting in a storeroom, with our chassis number on it. Our fridge died in the first three days and we were told to ring dometic and not go through supreme. We feel they wanted the sale, but once this happened, there obligations to us, ceased. Very disappointing.

Disappoint Customer – George Day perth .( the worst thing is the manager’s attitude , not even interested in having happy customers and resolving issues ) Brought a Supreem caravan , they were all happy and smiles when I paid them and that is were the smiles stopped . It all started from the hand over , the bloke told me “ I better be quick as he didn’t have much time… Read more

“ the hand over took 5 minits , I pointed out visual problems like scratches , silicon glue speed on head board , I felt very disappointed by his attitude and just wanted to get out of there , over the next few days I went over van , there were screws sticking out of tool box , I found this after cutting my hand on one , the dust extraction fan leaked water the next day when I drove in rain , the floor was covered in water , the boot filled up with water as they had siliconed the sides but not the top so water was running straight into my front boot , I had a lot of trouble opening the door as key lock wasn’t working correctly, park brake was rusty , fuse bolt fell off , the bash plate had broken screws on it so it was just hanging there , the rock protector was loose and scratched the A-frame after tightening it it was still loose I had to put rubber under it , the camera on rear was glue in position it’s ment to be adjustable and it was facing straight down , braking system keeps beeping , and not fully loaded the ball weight was 370 kgs , my biggest dramer is after sales , Warrenty issues, I was told they had a bad reputation for warranty issues but I didn’t expect them to be as bad as what they are , I had to wait 2 months to get the van in there to get fixed , they fixed half the things and told me they were all dun , had to wait another 2 month wich I found more defects , after complaining regularly now they don’t respond to me at all , emails , phone calls , I’m thinking about seeking legal advice as after 3 times in there to have problems resolved they still haven’t got it right , I can’t enter my van now as the key didn’t unlock the door , What do I do ? They are ment by law to fix my van . Though the majority of issues are minor by law they are obligated to fix which they are not interested in .

2018 Supreme Eclipse(Classic) – We purchase our Supreme Eclipse from an elderly couple who had it five months from new, not even used once, everything was still wrapped in plastic and beautifully clean. First caravan we ever had, towed it home 200km, no issues, tows soundly on the back of a Prado. As we got to use it we realised that ergonomics was probably not something that… Read more

was factored into the design. GPO’s have been fitted where the wardrobe doors open to and hit whatever plug might be installed. The wardrobe door bottoms open so close to the bedside shelf, that only a magazine can be placed on the shelf without having to be removed. All the overhead cupboards fitted with spring loaders to hold open were fitted by someone who does not understand cantilever force! All were too close to the hinge and could not hold the weight. Easy solution, move the door side away from hinge by length of fitting, drill another hole, works perfectly. Bed side draw is in a cupboard behind a door and is not practical to access. Kitchen draw as per bedside draw, painfully frustrating to access the draw, especially when you forget to shut the door and turn around to walk into it! Oh, and now onto the leaks! First rain we were out in we discovered the first leak from the front window. Laying in bed water starts dripping on our heads! So immediately home, took frame out and re-sealed. Then one day I was nosing in the wardrobe as it smelt a bit damp, and I noticed the back of the RH wardrobe was very soft to touch. In fact so soft I could push my fingers in through the wall liner to find it very damp. At this stage the caravan was less than one year old. Imagine my frustration when I found out how naïve I was not to know that warranties for Supreme Caravans are not transferrable, WTF! For this leak, I stripped all the silicon off the roof and re-sealed, but still it leaked. Pulled the plastic insert out to uncover the screws, re=sealed all screws from back to front. Eventually I decided to silicon the RH side window across the top. I was so happy when it stopped the leak that was obviously(say that now) tracking forward all the way to the front of the caravan where it expressed itself in the back of the wardrobe. We have had the caravan just over four years now, been to 26 destinations. All in all, we are pretty happy with what we have. Going to modify the draws and doors to suit our needs, purchased a quality mattress, had it made shorter by 90mm to fit and its all pretty good now. However, can’t say that I am particularly keen on another Supreme based upon the level of support, but then we have no experience of any other caravan supplier.

Very Poor after sales service – Handover was only 2 days ago - arrived home with van to find jockey wheel badly squashed on one side and we had not even touched it yet, incorrect jack supplied not as contract, minor damage to edge strip on lounge not just dirt actual grooves. pointed it out - attitude bad - not yes we can fix that dont worry will organise - then after one night the 240V in the house, caravan and all safety switches blew, tried new leads, change power points checked everything but every time we plugged into the caravan - blackout! This is a major issue but after calling and emailing no return calls as yet 24hrs - so much for were here to help just phone etc etc.......then it rained , now we have a leak in bathroom cupboard and all this in only a few days in our driveway after bringing it home! Our dreams are being dashed and leaving a bad taste. Lift your game Supreme - customer satisfaction is the key to good sales and word of mouth.

We purchased our Classic Tourer in 2023. We've been around Australia, & to the top & bottom of Oz on separate trips. It tows beautifully & we love the interior layout & finishes. On saying that...we have had our issues, even major ones. Without dwelling on them what I will say is that they have all been rectified under warranty. We had a… Read more

major issue happen on our latest trip to SA and was able to take it into the Craigieburn, Melbourne Service Centre. Daniel, the Service Manager, was excellent. He didn't quibble over anything. He took a running list of all issues both major & minor and assured us it would all be rectified. They had the van for 3 days and, true to his word, everything we had mentioned was done. He was a pleasure to deal with we can't thank him enough for his professional & friendly service.

Happy customer – Supreme in quality and supreme in customer service. Especially Jake and Riley. They’re 2 guys who have always been willing to sort out our minor van issues . Nothing is ever too much trouble. Would recommend a Supreme Caravan to anyone who is looking to buy a well constructed caravan

Great service from the team at the Australian Caravan Centre Chindera NSW – Had a warranty claim with our Supreme Eclipse Sunray. It was booked in promptly after the claim was submitted and the van was ready for collection as per the original expected completion date. The service provided by the team at the Australian Caravan Centre Chindera was terrific. The work has been done successfully and we are very happy to have our van back. We are very happy with our Eclipse Sunray. Show details

Leaks – My supreme classic tourer leaks. The van is only about 3years old,we had other issues fixed but these things should have been done when the van was built.the final inspection before delivery should be better.you invest a lot of money in a new van and you should not have any issues with it. I would recommend you to look at more companies before you purchase a new van. I want my money back Show details

Poor manufacturing – I have just got a new supreme spirit caravan that cost well over 100,000 dollars and the 12 volt in the front bedroom can’t even run a 12 volt tv because the cable that was used is not adequate to handle the run from the power board to the outlets. I have been told that they will run new cables or a dedicated circuit for my cpap machine but in the… Read more

meantime off grid I must use the inverter for it to work, I think that the cables should be replaced with at least 6mm for 12 volt as 4mm is not enough, so if anyone in management of this company actually reads this can you please do something about it as it is very annoying when you pay this much for something. The service manager at Childers is a legend he tried everything to fix the problem all day but in the end it is a Manufacturing fault.

Beware: Dishonesty and Lack of Compassion – I'm writing to express our disappointment and frustration with our recent experience with your company. Unfortunately, what was supposed to be the realization of our dream to own a caravan turned into a nightmare due to the handling of our situation. Our journey began at a caravan expo where we discovered what we believed to be our dream van. The… Read more

salesperson promised us a great deal, and despite our initial scepticism and desire to ensure we had the funds available, we felt pressured into signing the papers that day. The salesperson assured us that even if we faced financial trouble, the company would work to provide a solution for its customers, contradicting the contract.

Initially overjoyed, we thought the company was the perfect match for us. However, when we contacted the company to discuss our financial struggles and requested a meeting, we were met with delays and sweet-talked into pushing back the build date multiple times, ultimately extending it by a year, a fact the company was fully aware of.

Subsequently, when floods hit, making our situation even more challenging, our attempts to communicate with the customer service were met with rudeness and unhelpfulness. The manager engaged in unprofessional behaviour, passing us back and forth and making disparaging comments about the situation.

Despite providing proof of job loss, the company insisted on cancelling the contract, raising the price by an additional amount. This contradicted previous assurances that the company would look after us if we couldn't secure the funds initially. A $5000 deposit may not be significant for a large corporation, but it holds substantial value for an average individual.

This entire experience has left us deeply disillusioned and frustrated. It appears that the company prioritizes money over the well-being of its customers. I share this review in the hope that it prompts the company to re-evaluate its customer service practices and prioritize the genuine concerns and difficulties faced by individuals. If not, my intention is to provide potential customers with valuable insights into the nature of this company.

believe how professional the entire team, including the staff, are at this service centre. Daniel bent over backwards, coming up with different suggestions, on resolving some of the issues that we had. Both my partner and I could not fault them. It was a pleasurable experience. Pick up was on time as promised. Both Daniel and Jillian came out, and went through the list of everything that had to be completed. Everything was spot on. We had an issue with one of the dimmer switches, when I asked Daniel what if it happens again? Daniel explained, how to replace it, and gave us two spare dimmer switches. I happened to mention to Daniel, that I wasn't totally happy with the jockey wheel. Daniel made some suggestions, and I ended up purchasing a blackjack jockey system. I asked if he could fit it, he didn't hesitate, he quickly got his team out, and before you know, it was all done. We can't fault Supreme Caravan Service Centre Craigieburn. Our new van is fantastic. We love it. We highly recommend Supreme Caravans. To all the team at Supreme Caravan Service Cente Craigieburn. Well done, and keep up the good work.

Handovers WILL NOT RETURN ANY FORM OF CONTACT !!!!! AFTER NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS NOTHING !!!!!!! ONCE YOUR MONEY IS IN THEIR BANK THEY ARE FINISHED WITH YOU !!!!!

Problems are as follows

A gas oven that was part of a national recall wasn't rectified in their check.

A ''2020 ''caravan with ''2017'' failing house battery's not replaced. We were told by Salesman [Name Removed] that the battery's would be charged and tested.

A broken window blind not replaced or repaired and the broken cord tucked out of site when we picked it up.

Empty gas bottle, again we were told by [Name Removed] they would be filled before pick up

We were told the van's brakes and bearing's would be checked and tested - given the list of things not done, we are now having them checked, to be sure.

When we negotiated the deal, everyone was happy and we shook on it.

Hand shake's and words mean little to this company BEWARE ...

New Supreme Territory is well made – Picked up our new 20ft Territory in early March 2023. Dealer (Leigh at Childers Qld) and staff were very helpful all the way through the process. Unhappy Customer – I agree with your Cheryl from WA - would never go near Supreme Caravans again and would definitely never recommend to anyone. We purchased a second hand van in April this year. tyre. The tyre company that replaced it said that all the tyres were badly shredded and that the brakes had not been checked either. Again when we collected the van the Service Manager assured us that everything has been looked over. We had to spend another $500 getting the new tyres put on and when we called Wayne at Supreme Caravans in Campbellfield he said he would get management to call us back re some compensation for the tyres. This never happened and after numerous calls and emails both Wayne and management are refusing to deal with the matter or even acknowledge that when we collected the van, we were told by the Handover person that "we should take the van out and if there were any problems to bring it back" and now they are all denying that this was said. So now we are left with a van that we are unsure is safe and are worried about taking it anywhere.

Supreme Caravans are a despicable company and from the looks of the reviews that have been posted there are a lot of unhappy people. You should be ashamed of yourselves and if anyone reading this goes to the Campbellfield branch - do not deal with Wayne or even buy from these dodgy people. Not even worth a one star rating.

Would never touch a supreme again – We have a 3 year old supreme classic. Nice van but have just had our 7th major thing go wrong. This time an illeagal power inlet to van which fused onto our cord. Very frustrating and shocked now to find out this electrical fitting is illeagal.

replaced very quickly by George Day Caravans in Perth. Our handover was comprehensive and they even delivered the caravan to our home address as our tow vehicle had not arrived. The van was immaculate inside and out, well finished, and had everything I needed. The inclusions are many compared to other manufacturers and we love the automatic rain sensor hatches. We predominantly do off-road work and free camp so the Territory was perfect for our needs with plenty of solar and battery power. Our only upgrade was the Alko ESC and upgraded batteries for more storage.
