We have recently purchased a queen sized gas lift bed frame and bed side table from this company. We were initially concerned by the poor reviews. However, our experience has only been positive. The shop staff were very helfful. The delivery was quicker than expected and the deliverey men were also extrmemly helpful. wife liked the dark blue colour I agreed . Try this button so ,we walked out of SUPREME FURNITURE with a lounge that did everything except pour me a cold beer.The thing was that the delivery arrived on time as stated , but we would have to wait for the single chair to arrive in 12 weeks ,it took an extra 2 weeks but no probs and we were notified in advance and delivery of the single chair happened as promised. Many Thanks to John the salesman who gave us a great deal and the lads who delivered and assembled the lounge for us. A pleasant experience from whoa to go and so I feel obliged to put in a good word for the people at SUPREME !

bought a positano couch at end of financial year sale. said would be 3 weeks for delivery. called at the end of 3 weeks to check said they’re too busy, waited 5 weeks to get a couch. delivered wet around the edges and with a faulty headrest. BUYER BEWARE!! Do not purchase from here! I wish I had looked at reviews earlier. They have a 30% cancellation fee when no furniture is even custom made. Required minimal assembly (back rest and wings) and was able to do myself, backrest required a bit more force to slide in place than I thought but was fine as was just being cautios to not damage the product. Staff was very friendly and supportive, made the experience smoother and relaxing. The chair was also on sale so exceptional value for money.
