SUREdeal has closed their doors – I have also been down the same road as many of you. I lodged a complaint with Fair Trading who I just got off the phone with & they advised SUREdeal have closed their doors and I won't be able to get my money back. $179 down the drain!

Scammers and thieves – I purchased some flip flop thongs but after several weeks did not receive. When emailed Suredeal they assured me of my refund but to this date (from Dec this problem) I have emailed them over and over but no reply and money had never been returned. These people should be charged with theft and fraud....

Still waiting 3 months – Can't believe it! Will not be buying from SUREDEAL no more. They take no responsibility. Paid for the Camel waterproof jacket in March 2015 and to date have not receive item. Send an email on the 29th May 2015 and have not receive no reply. Definitely, no customer service!

SureDeal..yep..them crooks!! – Same old..same old..got scammed buying their so-called cheap-as uggs..and found out they are closed after taking my money!! Will try to approach CBA for refund and probably file a complaint through ombudsman or whichever authority to deal with these vermins!!

contacting the bank that your credit card is from and telling them what happened and asking them to help you get your money back.

Nutribullet complete fraud from suredeal – I purchased a Nutribullet last year before Christmas from this fraudulent company Nutribullet. They kept saying that there was a hold up from their supplier in America... ?... what they were just plain fraudulent and knew that they were in trouble and continued to lie about their position.Most infuriating and disappointed at my journey through the online purchase..

deliver the Nutribullet (customer choice). Consumer Protection said it will take some time for them to respond to everyone (not sure how long it takes to email all affected customers?)

So, if you have been unable to get refund by your bank, then watch this space. Hope this helps!!

Suredeal Not Trading! Got charged 5 times on 1 April, 2015.Check your Card Statement – Be warned. I purchased 2 dog harnesses on 21st February, 2015. Price $17 for one or $27 for 2. Suredeal wrote and they have made a decision to close down and regret this. I went on their website and and it says "Sorry we are closed" . I thought it was closed for the night but had not time to check during trading hours. Well I thought I check on my computer and typed Suredeal not trading but nothing until I clicked on reviews. I was disgusted that so many people have been conned. Well I thought I check on my credit card statement and was shocked to find out Suredeal charged me on 1st April, 2015

4 x $34 and one at $17, plus my 1st charge of $34 on 21st February, 2015. In total I was charged $ 187. You all better check your Credit card Statement as some of you bought items just under $200 for drink processor and pool cover.

all of the detail I-gave them . The watch took ages to arrive , was meant to be sent by registered mail from Malaysia- it did not as Australia Post contacted me. It was sent by ordinary mail and sat in a hot letterbox. Total waste of time and money .Was told by the company that in order to gain a refund I need to send the item to Western Australia at my cost. Couldn't be bothered and am I glad that I didn't as they are out of business. No surprise to me that they failed

I was also waiting on a refund from a cafe I purchased a deal from them who have shut down. Guess I won't be seeing that refund anytime soon. DODGY!

got sucked in again. I am the queen of online shopping. Been doing it for years. How does this happen??? Can't believe that people can basically steal your money and there is nothing we can do. Shouldn't they be charged with theft? Losing my faith in humans.

Not happy Jam – There has been no reports of them closing in the media that I had noticed. I actually emailed them just before Easter and received a definite "you'll get it" even after some of these reviews were posted. So clearly they were lying. So I'll ring the bank and cancel the transaction. They have to prove I authorised it which means making contact or they automatically lose the money. :-(

Scam – I placed orders with Suredeal mid march and received confirmation of my orders by email, the money was debited from my account immediately. After not receiving my orders with the 3 weeks as advised, I followed up and received an email that they had closed up for business. I should have know their goods where too low priced for it not to be a scam. Lesson learned but very disappointed as items where for my granddaughters birthday.

Nutribullet bought 26 March – I've had no contact from Suredeal other than taking my $189. How come they were still selling 2 weeks ago when they stopped trading Dec? If they had am ABN then one would think our Aussie govt would step in. I didn't know I was scammed . Was following up its delivery as we were so excited as we not well off and it was a huge decision to buy it:-(

trading anymore. I am overseas at the moment and I will be going to CBA to request a refund when I come back in 2 weeks. We must do something to catch this guys. They are scammers and they should be caught. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM SPREETS EITHER as I believe they are part of this scheme as well.

I took a Nutribullet – Ordered in December. Like everyone else several emails to string me along. Have they sold them too cheap and unable to honour their contract. I really don't like that they have lied about them arriving in Australia and clearing customs etc. Very calculated excuses taken in good faith. How do you lodge a complaint with Dept of fair trading

New I had now been scammed, so advised them that if I hadn't received my order within 7 days, I would do what ever it takes and will be contacting the Consumer Affairs etc. which I did only to be advised that Suredeal is a us Business. Very next email from Suredeal was to advise me they had stopped trading, This is the first time I have been scammed buying online and will be doing plenty of research before using these type of online sellers again. Dispute your payment and contact your bank to do a chargeback – This happened to me! I made the purchase and payment on 04.01.15, went back and forth we emails only to notice a couple of days on their website that they had 'closed'. 'Disputes Team' approved my dispute for the payment made back in January (over 4 months ago). They referred to it as a chargeback, meaning that I will be refunded by the bank, the $179 I paid, which will be in my account within 2-3 business days. ANZ will give SUREdeal 45 days to make contact with them (not me) and explain whether or not they have delivered the Nutri-Bullet (which I'm sure they won't since they haven't the entire time, why start now?) Please try this as I know I was not the only one scammed by this! Hope this helps!

Nutri Bullet - Sure Deal – In the same boat as everyone else with this issue. Clearly these people couldn't deliver on anything they promised. I am surprised they advertise so much and only now we are seeing the fall out. I am referring the issue to the consumer and business services to see if they can look into it. Sorry to say, but glad that I am not alone in this situation.

Pool Blanket – We bought a pool blanket on the 19th March for AUD199.00 - so I am sure they where aware they where going out of business, I have been scamed. Called Consumer Affairs and they have said it is was a US business and gave me a www.bbb.org email address which was useless. Does anyone else have any other ideas???

Nutribullet – I thought I was the only one dealing with this company. All the emails about how it was held up etc.etc. etc. So upset!!! What a waste of money. Have contacted my bank and they will look into for me - This has been 4 months now waiting for product and I bought dog flea collars, they havent arrived either. Will definitely never buy from Spreets again - apparently they sent us to Suredeal.....

Same Issue with the Nutri-Bullet – Cant believe I have got sucked in by this - really should know better! What it has done for me is I can now stop receiving/reading all these Deal emails that come in - I would never trust purchasing from any of these sites - Spreets/Our Deal etc etc ever. Just wish I did my research first! I hope more and more people realize this and all these stupid companies go out of business!

Nutri Bullet Rip Off – Same issue as everybody else, ordered 28/12/2014, had to chase up repeatedly, second last email, advised US supplier sent product 04/03/2015, held up here in Customs 18/03/2015. (Not so) Suredeal advised I will get an email with a tracking number by 27/03/2015. I followed up 02/04/2015 and now get a response saying they are no longer trading anymore. What the?! Stick to ebay!
