1 Tracy  · NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THE COLLINS STREET STORE – care more about the packaging being returned in original condition.
1 Swat  · Terrible Customer service – Staff is not helpful at all.... Not delivered what has been promised... Never going to shop in warringah mall store....
1 Steve  · Quality? None Here – It looks pretty when you buy it, then it falls apart. Do not buy anything from these crooks, you are better off buying from aliexpress.

I have always admired Swarovski’s jewelry, which is why I was very disappointed with my recent experience. I took my necklace to the store because it had lost a few crystals over time. I was happy to pay for the repair, but my request was simply rejected without any repair option being offered. For a premium brand, I expected better after-sales… Read more

service, especially when I wasn’t asking for a free repair. It’s disappointing that a beautiful piece has become unusable when I was willing to pay to restore it. This experience has made me reconsider buying Swarovski jewelry in the future.

Very Disappointing Experience at Swarovski Perth City Yesterday, I visited the Swarovski store in Perth City Centre with my two daughters. My youngest is only three years old. She became excited when she saw the sparkling display couch and innocently jumped onto it with her shoes on, as young children often do. Instead of speaking to me politely,… Read more

an older staff member immediately started lecturing my three-year-old. She repeatedly said, "This is a $25,000 couch. You should only look at it. If you want to sit, sit like this." I understand that expensive furniture should be treated with care, and I would have happily asked my daughter to get down if the staff member had simply spoken to me. However, expecting a three-year-old to understand the value of a $25,000 couch and speaking to her in that manner was unnecessary and upsetting. If the couch is so valuable that customers, especially young children, cannot accidentally touch or sit on it, then perhaps it should be protected behind a barrier or kept in a display area instead of being left accessible on the showroom floor. This experience made us feel unwelcome, and it was disappointing to see such a lack of understanding and kindness toward a young child. Customer service should include empathy, especially when families with small children visit the store.

Worst experience of online shopping on Swarovski's website, they take your money quickly and then tell you the items out of stock event they are still listed availabel on the website. Customer service is slow and refund process is messy, have to send numurous emails to chase up. Totally wasting time.

This ring is not even 6months old. When I went to store been told this is the result of using handwash while wearing ring. R u joking? Got $25 ring from prouds and still in way much better condition after 3years with regular wear.

This company has been the most unsatisfactory experience I have encountered. They excessively praise their jewelry, which appears inexpensive, lacks sparkle, and exhibits poor quality. Furthermore, their customer service is subpar. The return policy is particularly problematic, as it allows for a 14-day return period, whereas the process of withdrawing funds from an account can be completed in mere seconds.

I complained about a ring after 2.5 months being totally wrecked and this was my reply below. You cant get this "Jewellery" wet aparently, so dont wash your hands after going to the bathroom..... Disappointed the item does not match the online description. You can see based on the pictures. I was expecting a nice light blue stone, the one I received was soo dark it was almost black. The quality is fine. It's just misleading advertising. Show details

Don't be fooled by the look of the jewellery, it's all fake and falls apart is less than 2 months. other words they will not replace and are covering themselves for the poor quality jewellery.... I'm a very disappointed customer.

Went to Kotara Swarovski store as it is closer to home but disappointed in their service or lack of service, they palmed me off to online, I was not impressed, then I went to the Greenhills store which I should have just gone to anyway as I have had great experiences there before. Thank You Lucy at Doncaster Branch – I had purchased a bracelet in Feb this year for a 60th that is in November. I purchased it early as it was on sale, only to find out I need one size bigger. I emailed customer service and did not get much help from them at all. I did not want to return the bracelet, all I want is a bigger size and I am happy to pay in the difference, but all… Read more

customer service did was tell me about their 30 day policy and that they cannot guarentee an exchange. I then decided to call the Doncaster store myself and Lucy answered the phone. There were no questions asked, she checked if there was a bigger size in stock and said she would put it aside for me. That is what customer service is all about. Thank you Lucy, I hope Swarovsky hold onto you tightly.

Awesome shopping experience – I went into the store after a certain necklace, to find out, that it had been discontinued. I found the photo of the necklace and the staff member found the code and discovered that their last 2 necklaces had been sent over to the Canberra store. She went out of her way to track it down for me and I was able to order it and at a great sale price. The staff were excellent. I highly recommend the great service at the Hobart store. The customer service experience was extremely frustrating. Additionally, the return process is unclear and poorly managed, leaving customers feeling trapped rather than supported. For a brand that positions itself as luxury and trustworthy, this behavior feels misleading and disrespectful.

This is the first time I've seen a store with a considerable reputation in the market treat customers in such a disgusting and unreasonable way. My son gave me a bracelet as a Boxing Day gift, but it was size Medium. I saw that the store in Westpoint Blacktown had size Small, so I put it back in a box. Today, December 30th, 2025, I went to the… Read more

store, but I've never seen such terrible customer service. I also work in the customer service industry, but I wouldn't even give this company a one-star rating. Their customer service was incredibly clumsy and idiotic. I didn't ask for a refund, only an exchange. After speaking with my son on the phone to prove the receipt, for some reason, they absolutely refused to let me exchange it. A reputable, large-scale company, yet they treat customers in such a petty and despicable manner. What is the reason for not allowing the exchange? I thought that after exchanging it, I would buy a few more items because I had already chosen some from their website and I decided to buy gifts for some relatives. Their service is incredibly st^pid. I urge you to be cautious, or better yet, avoid buying anything from this branch. Their business practices are utterly disgusting.

I would never buy Swarovski. It is overpriced costume jewellery. A relative gave me a pair of Swarovski earrings which cost $159. On opening the box, one of the clasps was broken. Don't waste your money on Swarovski jewelry. I bought a watch and after only 3 weeks—and just 4 wears—the back has already faded and changed colors. When I went to the store, the manager told me it was due to the rose gold material, but since it wasn’t her location, she said I needed to return the next day to speak with another manager. I went… Read more

back, only to be told the 3-year warranty only covers the crystals. She also said things like lotion, water, or sanitizer could cause the discoloration. I reminded her that I barely wore the watch. None of my other watches have ever done this, and this one is made from the cheapest material I’ve ever experienced—despite the high price tag. Total rip-off. The receipt doesn’t even say the warranty is only for gems; that’s just what the manager claimed. What kind of brand sells products that tarnish in under a month? Avoid it.

I am absolutely frustrated with my experience. After waiting four weeks for my ring to be delivered, I made five calls to customer service. phone without any real resolution.

Eventually, I received an email saying my order was cancelled and a refund had been issued. The problem? I never received the refund. I contacted customer service again, only to be told they had sent me an e-gift card instead. After checking both my inbox and junk mail, I found nothing. I reached out again asking for the card to be reissued—no response. I sent a follow-up email, and still nothing. It’s now been THREE MONTHS, and I am still $200 out of pocket with no resolution in sight.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. I will never purchase from them again.

Rude and did not last – Bought one of their elaborate pens as shown in photo. Only used occasionally as it was my handbag pen. Went to use it and it was in pieces with all the crystals at the bottom of my bag. Went back to the shop in Southland and the young girl said we can’t do anything. It looks like it had been used too much. Don't waste your money on such a cheap made but over priced pen that you aren't suppose to use.

No Loyalty To Customers – Ok,so I’ve been a Swarovski member for 17yrs and have bought $90,000+ in product including Disney, Pixar, Marvel, DC as well as nature items here and there. their fault and ‘can’t be fixed’ from head office. Then not honouring vouchers that clearly should be available to a loyal customer of longstanding business. They take your money but can’t back it up with their silly rules and regulations. For a high end company they do not respect you as a customer. I am more than disappointed and for this reason, unfortunately, I will be making my last order today purely because I have a voucher online that should have gone back to my credit card as a credit BUT they couldn’t do this unless I took all my product back to the store, get it credited then repurchase it! Absolutely ridiculous! And when you get angry about it they make it out to be your fault.

shipped. If I had not done so, I would have been left with no presents to give at Christmas.

Moreover, the order was cancelled with no explanation. This is appalling again so close to festivities leaving myself to scramble around and try to find a replacement that would arrive in time for the holidays.

I was only offered a generic discount code that is available on the Swarovski website to everyone. I do not feel that my complaint has been taken seriously, nor the customer service rendered has been appropriate for the inconvenience that this has caused.

Please stay away.

Not fit for purpose - key ring – Purchased the Key ring 'infinity'. The product is not fit for purpose - there are only 2 keys on the ring, so not overloaded.
