The two staff at Mandurah Forum shop were fantastically helpful. I was looking to replace my old Swarovski tennis bracelet which I have worn continuously for many years. Unfortunately Swarovski no longer make the exact same bracelet but Mel and Met managed to find me one within minutes. They helped me buy it online and it was delivered to my door the next day. "Gift wrapping" is a joke

I bought a bracelet online (click and collect) and paid an extra $5.50 for gift wrapping. When I went to the store to collect the gift, it was handed to me in a white bag with a bit of pink ribbon. I stated that I had paid extra for gift wrapping and was told - that was the gift wrapping. I pointed out that it looked nothing like the images online and asked for my $5.50 back. I was told I had to contact customer service. I did this - the "chat" function is a disaster and when I phoned, I was again told "thats the wrapping". The pictures on the website DO NOT reflect what you actually get and the customer service is socking. I feel ripped off. Show details

Poor quality

This jewellery is just bad quality and will not last much longer than the warranty period after which Swarovski is not interested and in addition, you can’t even get a repair without visiting a shop. It’s way too expensive to last only a year or so. Clearly their “ Sustainability policies don’t extend to the life of the product their Show details

I WISH I COULD PUT NEGATIVE STARS

Worst quality jewelry I have ever purchased. The pink matrix tennis bracelet fell off my wrist twice and the second time i didn't even know and lost my bracelet. The clasp is the most important thing that you should be able to rely on and it was the worst thing about it. The product is also so overpriced. The customer service hung up on me and did not offer any compensation or a replacement and only offered a 10% "welcome" discount which is rediculous considering a $330 bracelet just fell off my wrist after owning it for a week and only going out for dinner. Show details

Bad customer service

I shopped online and chose click n collect order option. It was a gift and i asked for a gift receipt and the lady at the fountain gate store told me they cant give one because its online order and asked me to use the original receipt instead (not politely). Although i cant find fault with the jewellery, i really didnt like the attitude of the sales person and would think twice about visiting the store again. Show details

Reading Frames are terrible!!

I'll be glad to replace my Swarovski frames. Terrible quality. The arm screws continuously come loose and the frames go out of shape so they are stretched and the arms are floppy. So uncomfortable and ive is put up with it for a year. So disappointed. Looking forward to binning them in 2024. Show details

Cannot buy product without joining their club

My wife has been looking at a set of Cheetah's for some time. I thought i would like to buy them for our wedding anniversary. We attended the Eastgardens store and asked to buy them. We were told as they were as special edition, we had to join thier club 1 year $70 and 3 years $160. All we wanted was to buy the goods and not have to join the club but to no avail. We left the store and did not purchase the Cheetah's. What has happened to just buying a product without giving all your details (and the resulting marketing material that follows) So they have lost a sale. Now i have to find another present for my wife. Show details

I received a used item for my 10th Anniversary as a gift from hubby :(!

I received a pendant from my husband for our 10th anniversary. It did not come in the protective film that it usually comes with, and that's okay, but it clearly looked like either someone used/returned it or it was a display item. It had fine scratches and looked like it was exposed to the elements. I tried to complain but they just apologized and asked me to return it. I realized today that I have to pay for the shipping!!! Why should I? They ruined our anniversary gifting and now they want me to pay for shipping as well? Show details

too small

ordered some stud type earrings, which looked gorgeous on the model in the photos but too small. Look rather tacky and insignificant in real life. I think they must choose models with the smallest ears then blow the images of the jewellery up. I probably won't wear them, so a waste of money Show details

Anyone else had issues with black phone case? $119 and it's rubbish.
Brand new watch $1,000 band deteriorated in just a few months and customer service couldnt care less.
