Swimart Rose Bay
exceptional service, awesome knowledgeable team and will go out of their way to make your swimming experience amazing. I was advised exceptionally well by Oliver in the store about how to turn around my green pool and when the other young technician came over to check my filter not priming it was also a great experience with the problem solved quickly.
Will use again and recommend to friends for sure.
I gave swimart a chlorinator for repair. They rang and said it cost $629.00 for repairs and a new cell. I checked on the web and the price for a new cell was $460.00. 2 other local swimart stores charge $570.00. When I told them i only wanted to pay for the chlorinator they said the cost was $130.00. I asked how is it that if the cell cost $570.00 at other stores why was my cost $130.00. Their reply was their price for the cell was $680.00 and they made a mistake with the first quote. Needless to say I won't be dealing with these operators again.
Swimart Rose Bay - appalling customer service in every aspect
I signed up for regular pool cleaning. Each time, the cleaner put used chemical bags in the wrong garbage or recycling bins, and left spilt chemicals on pool surrounds. There was no communication from the shop about what, if any, services such as backwashing the filter were actually performed on each visit.
The shop took an automatic credit card payment without notifying me, and also emailed an invoice requesting payment, which I paid. After nearly 4 months and multiple calls and visits, I am still receiving demands for a payment I have made twice. Last phone call the manager hung up on me.

Unimpressed poolpipe repairs
Been dealing with Swimart Tingalpa for some time so got them in to do some pipe repairs and modifications and ended up having 2 leaks from the repairs they did and when I got them back several days late to fix their repairs they were going to charge me additional costs to repair their leaking joints.I did the repairs myself because the pump and chlorinator wouldn't run and starting to lose the pool with the summer heat, needless to say this is now one non returning customer
Bought a pool pump and filter online for a quarter of the price similar brands and when asked to install they didn’t have any available time except if you bought it from them!! At 3 times the price even installed. I buy all my chemicals from this business For my pool and have done for years. I am disappointed that even though I have supported their business for all this time and they dismissed me because I was trying to save some money on equipment. I’m resurfacing my pool and that’s not a cheep exercise so any expense saved is appreciated. So ...I will not be ever buying anymore chemicals from swimsmart erindale or asking for advise from this business anymore. They are obviously more about the money they can get from you then the help and advise they can give you...very disappointed in the response and will not support business who don’t support people!!
Dissatisfied customer. Don't let them near your pool
I have just spent $250 to fix the mess that swimmart has left my pool in. The boy they sent had no idea how to properly clean the pool and it went green. He had the clorinator on the lowest setting there was mould growing on the steps and algae in the water. I asked him what happened and all I got from him was I dont know what went wrong. I called them to complain and was screamed at by the operator who told me its not our fault your pool went green. I called pool werx and the guy found out the settings were wrong on the pump and it cost me $25...0 for him to cone out 3 times to fix the problem. Dont let swimmart anywhere near your pool. They have no idea what they are doing and scream at you when you ask them to explain what they have done. They are unprofessional and rude. If you need your pool clean ring Pool Werx they do a fantastic job.

As Swimart is a franchise… I am sure customer experiences vary from store to store. I have only been dealing with Swimart in Cheltenham, Victoria. So my comments refer entirely to that store.
I have been a customer of Swimart Cheltenham for approximately 10 months, following the building of our first pool. I relied on them 100% initially for keeping our pool water balanced. But as my knowledge and experience with swimming pool chemicals and maintenance has increased... I have become less dependant on what store staff advise and more aware of...what my pool needs. Their staff on the whole are knowledgeable and friendly. On busy days you may need to wait a while for pool water testing - But this can usually be avoided by going there during weekdays or at non-peak times of the day. A few times i have had to wait a little while even when they are not busy... But i put that down to low staff numbers at those times. Their chemical prices are not too high... I find they are on par with other pool shops. And of course they have the full range of chemicals in store. As well as an assortment of spare parts and accessories including pumps, chlorinators, filters and cleaning robots. Not too many pool toys though - But that's probably a good thing !! They do push their own "home brand" of robot pool cleaners(Trident) at almost every chance they get... They do sound very good - But are too expensive compared to all the other brands i've seen. They must have a very good margin on them... So I totally understand their efforts to sell. Just look around if you are in the market...
THANK YOU SWIMART MOSMAN YOU MAKE THE DIFFERENCE
I've been a customer of SWIMART MOSMAN for 12 years and can highly recommend their pool products and service. In my experience John and the team are knowledgeable, reliable and courteous in all aspects of home pool maintenance. Their technical advice over the years has also been so helpful. It's a pleasure to visit the store for free pool water testing and advice. It's not always easy going keeping a home pool functional and crystal clear, however, Swimart Mosman has positively made the difference for us.
Swimart Maroochydore - they sparkle!
After two local pool service businesses struggled to stabilise the pool at swimming standard over a few months of servicing, I tried Swimart Maroochydore.
It was a difficult to access pool, on the lower terrace of a big steeply sloping property. One pool service company used to leave the (3-4) heavy bags of salt on the driveway for us to cart down and empty into the pool. (No reduction in service price for that short-cut either!) No Swimart technician, without exception, EVER complained about the hard yards involved in the trips from the pool...
Rude and unpleasant.
I was in the Baulkham Hills store and noticed a young member of staff being rudely and unfairly reprimanded. It wasn't easy to tell if it was a joke so I let it go. Yesterday I noticed it again in front of 6 customers. This behaviour is a disgrace and I hope that young man will soon find a better job. Nobody deserves that. I will not be going back.
DONCASTER SWIM MART - DON'T TRUST THEM!!
I spent $1,900 at DONCASTER Swim Mart. I should have been wary when they insisted that I pay in advance. Stupidly I paid and they didn't complete the work.... but they don't care!! When I rang to follow up the repairs the Manager, just hung up on me!!
I can't believe that they are still in business. Not to be trusted!!
ps...First time I've left feedback on ANY website about ANYTHING....that's how bad it was!
They tend of oversell products you don't need I can understand that, its a shady practice but its legal and its expected. Whats not expected is being told someone can pop out to show you how to use your very expensive new pool filter for free as a courtesy, then receiving a $100 bill in your inbox for .15 units of work. What a joke. Will avoid ever going back and will most certainly recommend other places to friends and family from now on.

Cost me $93.50 just have the tech park in my driveway, then $42.50 just to undo two plastic pipes. He then took the pump away and quoted me to repair the pump, the other alternative was a very expensive new replacement pump.
I opted for the repair thus the tech came back again and replace the pump (two plastic pipes tightened up and another $42.50 later all is well.
I could have replaced the pump myself by buying a brand new pump elsewhere and got it for a lot less. Sorry guys you just don't cut it as far as service goes in repairs in the sho...

Really Poor Service
Swimart Carlingford- told us we needed a new pump- sold us and installed a pump for $700 with a 3 yr warranty, broke before 3yrs, now telling us they didn't install that pump even though we have the receipt. Told us that the receipt has the wrong product and signature of a person who hasn't worked there for years. Change of owners now so he doesn't want to repair or replace pump. Will not recommend or go there again.
The staff at Swimart Shellharbour are helpful and professional. Have been dealing with them for over 12 years and have found them excellent in all their services. I did "transgress" and went to another pool centre in Albion Park, but found them too expensive and no way as knowledgeable as the team at Shellharbour. Needless to say, I have not strayed again. Well done, you can do no better than have this team on your side. The servicemen are polite, professional and friendly and do their job, have a chat, and leave. Keep it up guys.
Swimart Rockhampton - told us to go elsewhere
Swimart Rockhampton serviced our pool for 2-3 years. In-shop and technicians were friendly and helpful. We were happy until new technician left our pool on backwash after servicing. Was not angry - any one can make a mistake and technician was new - but asked Swimart to come and re-balance water again after I filled pool overnight. Insisted recall and any chemicals be their expense. Manager came reluctantly - told me that our pool took longer to service than any other because we wanted it brushed, vacuumed and skimmed at each service. There...fore we would have to pay an extra $15 per service or we could go somewhere else. We went somewhere else. Thank you Brandt .... you did us a favour. We would never have left if you hadn't pushed us. Now we won't ever be back!
Too many chemicals
Amount of chemicals and cost went up month after month, decided to test pH after they left... it was 8.5, after apparently pouring in 1.5 Ltrs of acid. Amount of chemicals used described to me as "bombing" by a pool builder, the sort of thing you do when a pool has just been installed. Woree Swimart is best avoided.
