Not good. I provided all information promptly and was asked several times to provide the same information that had already been received. The process was slow and not up to standard. Still awaiting a contract although been told a few times it’s been approved. Kind of unprofessional as I was anticipating a quick response and to receive the funds before the weekend but as a result of your incompetence the loan is no longer going to help. Very poor

This company is absolutley ridiculous. I currently have a loan, never missed a payment, short term. Went to refinance. Dont come back with different circumstance trash verbiage, focus on your policies and respect! Pathetic company. Wont be requesting another cent of this company. Loan is nearly done and dusted. Firstly iam absolutely appuled by this company Firstly the send you text messages to say your application is conditional aproval then the next minute they tell you its not also there were too many staff members sending me different things about this one member asked for a 5 start review if thats ever going to happen they tell lies on Google so watch out everyone iam not recommend them to anyone

I find them to be company that simply teases you with an “Offer” then declines.. Simply to build up numbers with nonsense! Swoosh are complete waste of time energy and definitely money!!
