I want to share my experience so future customers understand the parts that are not obvious from the positive reviews. Swoosh promoted a Christmas VIP Top Up offer that sounded like a simple increase on my existing loan based on my strong repayment history. similar fee on my original 2,200 AUD approval. The new top up amount was significantly lower, yet the admin fee was exactly the same. None of this was disclosed in the promotional message.

The result is that I ended up worse off. I received a smaller amount of funding while paying the same high admin fee again. A top up should mean additional funds based on trust, repayment performance and customer reputation. Instead, the structure of this offer felt misleading because the key cost was only revealed after the process had already begun.

If Swoosh wants to maintain the reputation they promote, they need to be upfront about all fees and ensure that top up offers actually benefit loyal customers rather than placing them in a worse financial position

Do not use an asset on loan, they will do anything they can to take it from you if you miss a payment. Fees for missing a payment are ridiculously high. Service over the phone is hard to get and very blunt. Overall very unprofessional. I suggest other companies like jacaranda finance (very good to deal with).
