Just over a week ago, I had my CoinSpot account locked and frozen and I cannot have access to my coins unless I sell them and cash them out. 'My CRIME', I sent some ETH to another platform to purchase ICO Tokens, a product CoinSpot does not provide. Does Swyftx allow the free movement of coins from Platform to Platform, or will I have the same problem with Swyftx? Ps. I have been with CoinSpot for 7 years.

Same thing happened to me, i cashed out of swyftX (converting all to AUD) and will never use them again.
I love using swiftx I would just like to see more gaming coins as this will be one of the narratives in this bill cycle.

How long take coin transfer from Swyftx to a trust wallet first time I transferred was on Friday now is Tuesday have not received yet
They did not let me transfer my own crypto to other exchange! So I transferred AUD to SWYFTX, and bought crypto, tried to transfer to other exchange for leverage trading, and they clearly blocked me, asked me to transfer to aud again. So I had to pay 10% loss in the meantime to transfer back again to aud. I am grateful I didn't transfer big amount.

I have a friend overseas that I work along side,he has been training me to trade with international companies example ,BYC ,NSDQ & DAX, we now are looking to transfer crypto currency profits to a company like yours,to be entered into my bank account !! So, One of my invested crypto isn't letting me sell. The app tells me I can only send it to an external wallet. What is an external wallet? How can I get my money? and Why is this happening?
They warned they are discontinuing support for some cryptos with a notification and announcements for a few weeks now. In this case you need to transfer to another broker/exchange to sell or move it into cold storage (devices like nano ledger etc).
They have really quick and good customer service if you click the support tab. Reach out to them for help man.
I am waiting for my funds to recover which were sent to swftyx to kucoin(failed) but kucoin send back to parent account.Now swftyx is saying it wasn't your account from where funds were sent but our generic account and we have to recover it. They said to recover withing 4 weeks and now its been 18 weeks but they haven't got anything.what are my options?
After deposit the money from bank ,,my bank didn't release the payment to swyftx in this case what should I do please let me know
Contact your bank as normally if it is a bank transfer your bank may hold it for security.
The interface is flowless and very user friendly
It used to be but today (10 December 2023) it would not let me withdraw AUD to my Australian bank account.
Does Swyftx have an automatic robot type trading system available? Would be handy!

Boundyp_ They did the same thing to me in April. Still can't access it today it's Nearly August !! They have requested a plethora of personal documents which is concerning , wonder what they're doing with them. Hi, I have never traded before or with cyrptocurrency and I am trying to decide which exchange would be the best before I begin... I have been advised Coinspot is the way to go but these reviews here look good. What are their fees like please when you sell? TIA.
I will not be naming exchange so I far I have tried three Australian Exchanges. SWYFTX I find has a good fee structure. I do not want to compare them because I am praising SWYFTX here for their great fee structure and most importantly customer service. Please be careful when you start trading always have 2FA so you do not get hacked. I have not sold on SWYFTX yet but from what I can see their spreads (which is another word for fees) are one of the lowest, definitely lower than their main competitor. Trust yourself and be wary I got hacked (on another exchange) - keep good record keeping and get 2FA- its more security. Good Luck .

" I would except that now the "live chat" and Call Support" buttons don't work. Are all the staff busy writing reviews in here so you can keep your 4 stars rating ? This exchange is going from bad to worst.
Quick update, after 2 hrs waiting online finally received a call and after a quick chit-chat to find out how long I've been trading and what are my goals I had my account unlocked. Clearly they have too much time on their hands at Swyftx and don't understand that their customers are not getting paid to wait for hours online or by the phone and have better things to do with their time.

Hi, I just opened an account few days ago. Verified my identity and can start trade now. I am always a bit nervous about Crypto exchanges as not sure if the transactions stays as clean as a bank broker or stock exchanges.
Anyone trading in this exchange have any experience of issue with withdrawal, deposit or termination?
Yes, unless you keep your transactions under $100 you will end up having your funds blocked every few transactions and have to go through yet another KYC with staff. Specially if you don't trust the exchange wallets not to get hacked and have your money stolen from them and you keep your coins in your own hard wallet. They only work between 9am to 5pm so need to be aware of that if you need to make an urgent transaction in case you get locked out from transferring funds out of your account. Fees are a bit high but then someone needs to pay for all the staff doing KYC verification time and time again after every few transactions. lol Overall not bad for beginners and does have a wide range of coins to purchase but once you get serious about it find yourself a serious exchange.
Please be aware that this exchange is showing low fee but they are actually manipulating customer account and taking money from them. If you check the total summation of your profit/loss on each individual asset with total balance, you would understand they taking 25-30% of your profit.
