After a quick google search of my fridge model number and the fridge shelf I was looking for, Sydney appliance service appeared, I checked my model no was compatible with the shelf and promptly made my order. It’s not often that you buy a replacement part and it’s exactly the same as the original piece! I was so happy when it arrived and fit perfectly! I 100% recommend this company

I purchased a replacement door lock online and installed it myself. When I tried to fit it, the door striker would not enter the lock, making it appear that I had been sent the wrong part. After further troubleshooting, I discovered that the replacement door lock had been supplied in the locked position rather than the unlocked position. Once I reset it to the unlocked position, it fitted perfectly. I contacted Sydney Appliance Service again to explain that the part they supplied was correct, but that it had simply been shipped in the locked position. The owner contacted me personally to discuss my experience and work towards a resolution, which I genuinely appreciated. Based on that, I would happily recommend Sydney Appliance Service and will be using them again for any future washing machine parts and servicing. I hope this feedback helps continue to improve the support provided to future customers.

service technician from Sydney Appliance Service that the fault was due to a manufacturing defect. After spending $411.06 for the fix and over three visits to have it serviced, the error still continues. Instead of refunding the amount for the failed fix, Sydney Appliance Service has advised for me to book yet another paid service for the repair. Absolutely horrendous service. I will never use these guys again for any repairs and will steer clear from all Bosch products from now on.

adjusted the washing machine legs,still leaking water,3rd visit can’t find where the leak is coming from,side panel started to show rust,when I asked to be replaced the answer was I have to reported,we need to take the washing machine away and find out what’s wrong. plus labor. $300 more than we paid for the machine. When I pushed as to the excess cost I was told that they are replacing more than the Spider Arm. They quoted to replace a wide range of parts that was not broken or faulty and the guy didnt look at. They advised that this was their policy to make sure it was to warrantable quality. Well they didnt get the job. Save yourself the $165 and use someone else who wont rip you off.
Cook top repairs – Hi My house was built in 2015 and had a new Baumatic cook top was installed and due to gas leak i called Sydney Appliance in and they came for inspection on 3rd of January 2020 and charged for the inspection service and said they could get a new part to be repaired which was done on the 13th of january but within days found that i could still… Read more
smell the gas leaking which i reported and they came back and checked that the part they replaced was faulty and they came back saying they cannot get the parts and would not be able to fix it to which i said pay me full refund which they said they have to remove the part they placed. They are claiming to give me the value of the part only and not labour? If they take the faulty part the entire cook top would not work to which they said Teresa from Sydney Appliance Service said she would contact Baumatic two weeks ago and has still not got back to me.
