Follow-up · The delivery was seamless, can't remember how long it took, but i think it was about a week. The colour on the ad was virtually the same colour when it arrived, matched perfectly for what I wanted. Not sure about cleaning, iv only ever needed to vacuum it.

QCAT and get my money back, although I don't have the time and I still like the rug. What I have done is put a complaint in to ACCC and Fair Trading. I urge people who have had a bad experience with this company to go to the ACCC website and complain because if they get enough complaints on any one business they will Audit and investigate.

product from her website. I asked for a full refund and I was not at fault. It’s been 3 WEEKS since my purchase and I receive a PARTIAL refund. Sending me a partial refund when your company is at fault is unacceptable. I should not be liable for any shipping fees etc when everything was confirmed before purchasing.
The owner does not take responsibility and tries to make customers look like they are lying. She never answers your calls or returns them, and barely replies to texts or emails. I in fact did NOT change my mind, it’s one thing to deceive customers but to make it out as if you didn’t send the wrong rug and is liable is purely evil. I have receipts attached She has both a silver and a grey rug selling. I have seen the silver in person so yes I know what it looks like prior to ordering. She in fact did NOT send the silver version. Please see attached images. Ever since I bought it from her she removed the silver off her website and only left the grey. Lucky for me I screenshot everything.
It’s not even about the shipping fee refund at this point but the concept. They also DONT answer phone calls at all when though it’s advertised on their website, and if you text them with an issue they don’t respond

It’s been 2.5 weeks and I still haven’t received my rug and the online tracker says it hasn’t left Perth (unsure why it’s in Perth when it’s a Sydney-based company). On the flip side, the pricing was really competitive compared to other sites selling the same rug. So we will see what the quality is once it is received.

Having said that the price was great for such a quality product. I ordered on 29/10/23 and it is looking like new one year later after grandchildren playing on it. I would definitely recommend buying from them and will do so myself when I replace an old one in another room.

Good service not good product – Communication was good as this was a presale and I was notified of dispatch and delivery in advance. Product however was less satisfactory. There are a lot of loose threads of a different colour poking through and there is also a patch where the colouring is darker. It’s not super noticeable but still not what I expected for the price point.
