Very poor effort from this store and head office – I went into the epping store 2 weeks ago and got a qoute on a sp tool box kit for my worker. They had issues trying to find the tool box on there systems, so they bought it down to count the tools inside the kit. back into the store 2 weeks later to get the tool kit. They are now refusing they gave me this qoute. Yes I should have got them to email this qoute as I am on there computer system. I run my own business on honesty and loyalty. You think a big store like this would be the same. I have contacted head office 3 times and have had no response from them either. They just don't care about anything or anyone. Just making as much sales and money as possible. As I also had my worker there and he also heard the hole thing. Also one of there other workers in the store who counted the tools also heard the hole thing and what I was qouted but will not say anything. I also have my partner who also remembers the same qoute as I rang her to see if we could get but at that point of time my budget $2,500. Make sure you shop around or go elsewhere as I would never go back into on of there shops and will make sure I let everyone know. All I wanted was to come to some sort of a agreement even with a new qoute or for them to honour there first qoute as it's there Job to honour it under the consumers laws. Just be careful if shopping at this epping store or any other Sydney tools shop. Don't waste your time trying to resolve it through mediation as it is a wast of time. They just email you and say they are looking into it and some one will contact you but they don't.

treatment I got why would I shop here. There is Total tools and Bunnings next door which I always get amazing service. I should not of gone into this store at all. [Name Removed] why would you lose alot of customers for your company. I have already told my friends, family and co workers to avoid this store. Its not on mate. I hope it just one bad egg and not a store culture. This must be addressed and resolved by the company. BAD customer service is never alright.

Bad experience – Purchased an item for work, after I paid, I was told a part is missing and ll be coming to the store in two days. I asked for notification, a week later, no update, When attended the store, they said it ll come in two days, I couldn't trust their words this time, had to spend an hour of my time to drive to another store and pick the parts up. Rude sale and customer service – I attended the Epping shop to buy an item which was priced as $45 when he scanned it to pay he said $106. I said but the tag said 45 he said maybe misplaced. bother even check to get me my item or look me in the eye when he was talking to me he was so rude. I said shouldn't you give that to me for the marked price like other shops at the end it is your fault he said we are not a supermarket mate. I'm not sure how he was trained to respect the customers but sure no more shopping in that place. Very bad behavior and rude customer service. Did not offer help to get my item. I end up buying it from different place.

stated he could see it was broken, and he knew it was a pain in the butt, but it was just procedure. Fine, I just went with it. After 4 weeks I call them back as they havent gotten back to me. Apparently, the story has changed and they didnt send it to Sydney, but they couldnt tell me what was happening with the product as the guy who was fixing it just left to go home. I asked if they could just call me back tomorrow (as most people working, I dont just stand around playing on my phone all day), but they refused, and insisted I call back at the exact time given. Preparing to renew all my work tools this year, this little trial surely saved me from being stuffed around, so you can keep your unreliable products sold by your lazy incompetent sales staff. Im just gonna stick with Total tools.

worries in taking it back with a full credit towards the UniMig. Leo was more interested in me having the best tool than worrying about a return. And the guys helped me out on some consumables. The service here is always good but this type of attitude will have my business for ever. If you don't go in and carry on like a peanut these fellas will help out with anything. Another mate is also going to come in & get the same UniMig welder. Go in and see Leo, Lachie, Sami & the other guys for great service and a good chat about 'your thing' - they are tradies & understand what we do. Big thanks.

rough company practices at epping victoria shop – recently bought a mig $700.and a spoolgun $249, i took the mig at time of purchase , i had to wait 2 weeks for the spoolgun to come in , i go to collect the spoolgun ,and they want to see my licence ( i have the receipt ) no probs i show my photo id licence , then they want to copy my licence number down , i object they don't need that, the… Read more

manager [name removed] who sold me the welder , said if i don't give my licence number , i can't have the spoolgun !!! i've already paid for 2 weeks ago !!!! i said i'll take a refund , he said no refunds ,,store policy. I pointed out he's braking several laws , he don't care , I leave , I lodged a complaint with "consumer affairs", a few days latter they contacted the shop, then told me, they will let me collect and not have to give my licence number, i collected, brought it home it does NOT fit the welder, i will never set foot in their shop again, consider this a lesson to any one foolish enough to go there
