This site/ shop is a scam!! I bought an emf detector for $75 aud and the same one exact same one is available on temu for $15 there a countless customers who have been ripped off with unfair mark ups and told this company is australian but in fact almost everything they "Sell" comes from warehouses in china you can usually tell by the shipping company they use when u track them and its yunexpress or some other chinese monstrosity.

I ordered the Crystal window cleaners with their foam sprayer, they said they sent it but it went missing and now very conveniently they've run out of stock, then offer me two other products which are useless to me and won't refund money be very weary

complete scam – Ordered 2 balls from https://sydneytrendshop.com/products/unpoppable-large-bubble-play-ball, was for a Xmas present they lasted 3 hours and popped. This company is not in Sydney it is in Hong Kong and the balls arrived via Aliexpress. $69.95 per ball.

A scam! Stay right away – Do not buy anything from this company. I paid $118 for an abs stimulator and was sent a $10 fake Chinese knock off. There is no contact number to talk to anyone about it. When I contacted them via email they replied that I got what I’d ordered. What is advertised on their website and what was delivered were two completely different items. I will be following this up.

Suspicious – Self-heating magnetic healing back support arrived with no tag and no instructions or guidelines. Asked for safety guidelines and was told supplier does not have any instructions. Asked if this product is safe to use? Haven't received a reply.

Scammers - no product no answers – Ordered a product called sleeves. never arrived. When I emailed they said it was delivered but could not supply tracking or evidence of any delivery. then they will not answer again. Their phone number does not work, they do not respond they are scammers. Warning beware. i would offer no stars, but that is not possible.

Pink Armour Nail Gel - sounded great but .!!!!!!!!!! – Placed an order 1 week ago, received tracking number, but it’s invalid have sent emails totally ignored, sick of buying on line and getting ripped of, thinking seriously getting the fraud team involved

Product doesn’t even work in my country – I bought a cat tracker and when it arrived r found out didn’t work in Australia. I’m very disappointed they would sell products in countries they are unable to be used in

This is not a scam! – Received my home security camera promptly. Got a stupid email with a tracking no. that said it did not exist but it did as it was delivered the next day. After reading review I felt sick that $50 bucks down the drain but no, all good. It arrived and works well however there were heaps online cheaper that would have done the same job just fine.

Finally responded via email – Made a purchase, my Dr has told me not to use this device. I haven’t received the parcel yet, Trend Shop emailed saying no refund, regardless of not opening or receiving the parcel & Dr’s orders. Buyer beware, Trendshop Sydney are money hungry & not customer focused.

Ripoff – Bathroom Grip bar is showing on website as price of $69.99 reduced to $39.99. What a scam. Just Google search the item and the most expensive you will find FOR TWO is $29.89. I just bought for just $2.50 each elsewhere. Look around before buying folks (but great product)

concerns, that my order was on its way. I decided to wait a couple of days. The products arrived the next day (I ordered 2 items to 2 different addresses). One of the tins (packaging of the product) was crushed, I took photos and sent them to the company. I got an email back rather quickly they they had requested a replacement be sent to me and then another one a few days later to say that it had been dispatched. The new one arrived today in perfect condition.

dodgy company and poor customer service – there website is silent on the fact but they don't ship to PO Boxes, and they won't refund your money, which means you don't get your stuff and you're out of pocket! BOOO!!!!!!

Pets GPS Tracker & Activity Monitor - doesn't work! – The Pets GPS Tracker & Activity Monitor does NOT work. You have 4 days to return the item, but it takes over 4 days to turn up so they will not refund your money. If your iPhone does an upgrade at 2am, you will be awakened at 2am as the alarm from the tracker goes off. The range on this is about 100 meters. Don't waste your money

Terrible company – Not only was the product expensive but is way smaller than expected. Tracking stopped after 2 weeks. No response from multiple emails sent. Finally arrived 5.5 weeks later. I just wish I had of checked these reviews before purchasing. Lesson learnt.

No way – Apart from arriving from China and many weeks to arrive, the unpoppable ball did not blow up nearly as big as advertised one and had a hole (not impressed )

SCAMMERS – Based in Australia? Lie!! Address listed is not a shop front. Overseas contact number. All items come on a slow boat out of China. Fake photos used. Items are crap quality and don't match pictures. They don't even answer emails and I've sent 6 of them.

Absolute rubbish – I ordered a small water pump for watering my pot plants and after weeks of waiting I got a bag full of these blue plastic stick like things, photo attached, that’s got nothing to do with pumps that I can see, they are solid with nowhere for water to circulate.Complete scam I’ve asked for my money back but it doesn’t seem likely at this stage but I won’t give up
