public sector job and additional source of income as a business owner you declined the application (despite supplementary documents being provided including positive BAS statements) at the proposed interest rate. What is concerning is your email offer of an alternate loan via your financial parent company Monevo at a higher interest rate in which you receive commission. Ultimately it appears you ‘lure’ customers in away from their own banks with such low rates which you knowingly cannot actually fulfil, and rather capitalise off commissions from referrals to your offshoot companies. Absolutely no integrity! Don’t waste your time

Do not apply for a loan from them – I put in an application for a small loan after I did a preliminary assessment and it came out as qualified. After 3 days of applying for the loan, I heard nothing. go it. The issue is, If I don't qualify for a small loan like the one I applied for with a AAA credit rating, then who are the people getting loans from them. My conclusion is, they are more interested in collecting your personal details and this is smart way of doing it. DO NOT PUT YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS INTO THEIR SYSTEM. It is up to you but you are warned. I am doing this because I do not want any one else to fall victim. Remember, once you are rejected, it goes onto your credit rating which will make it harder for you to get other loans.

Waste of time – Earn nearly 10k a month but these moronic clowns wouldn't give me a loan for 25k over a 3 year period. Apparently they'll only give loans to those who have bad credit and can't repay.

So far so Great – Good service so far four months into my personal loan. The online portal is straightforward to use. It isn't fancy but if you want easy use with no fuss then it's great.

No hurdles – Quick and easy application and very timely financing of my personal loan. Others would not approve of the amount I required but I could clearly pay it off and still have left over, Symple loans seemed to look that little bit harder and use a more moral and empathetic approach in conjunction with their loan calculators.
