Do Not Deal With!! Horrible Service
I called a week ago to ask for advice, no one picked up & I left a message. A week later, no one got back to me so I tried again. I finally got to speak to a rude male person who wasn't helpful at all, gave no information other than repeating to me "to go online to get a quote..."! When I asked him why my call wasn't returned, he replied "well, if it was a week ago, we would have" - But I never heard from them. I asked further questions if he can give me an example of the sort of repayments I would expect to pay back on the loan, he was no help...& kept on referring me to go online again!. I wondered why they bother to have a phone line for?? Then I asked him why I am not getting any service or proper responses from him, to which he replied "it's your prerogative". OMG, never in my life have I encountered such poor service & unwillingness to help a potential customer. I won't trust Symple & will take my business elsewhere thanks!
Symple request your bank user ID and password online. No way am I giving anybody online my banking ID and password so they can have full access to all my money, mortgages and accounts!
I even spoke to them and offered to send them as many statements as they like, my employment summary from Mygov, payslips and any other documentation they want but unless I was prepared to give them access to my accounts they said they couldn't further my application.
