nikon p10000 camera
bought the Nikon p1000 camera from these people because it was a little cheaper, says that it was getting delivered from Australia, turns out coming from Hong Kong, no tracking number or any email to let me know camera is on the way, bad service, I cancelled my order, spend a little more and buy local ordered on Saturday, and it was still not posted by the following Thursday, I will wait for my refund and buy local.
I had a simple purchase experience despite concerns
I was worried about buying a grey import, especially when spending AU$1200+ on a camera.
After ages looking online, I decided to purchase a Fujifilm x100f from t-dimension, directly on their website, rather than through ebay. I read many reviews here, and in ebay, and in other places. I decided the negative reviews left here were answered well by the site owners.
But... when you click buy (even using paypal), it still feels like a risk.
I'm leaving a review (something I do rarely), to let people in the same position I was in, to know that my ex...
Extremely poor customer experience - don't buy from them
Purchased a Samsung Galaxy S7 from T-Dimensions via eBAY. Description listed shipping originated from Sydney, however this turned out to be Hong Kong instead (grey import) into Australia.
Competitively priced item, however failed working after 20 days usage and was then returned. Return requested video evidence of the defect (screen stopped working) prior to sending and on return (within 30 days return period).
Return information provided within reasonable timeframe of the lodgement and requested money back. Vendor refused stating that...return was effected after the 30 day money back period. Vendor enquired whether an alternative motherboard was acceptable due to acknowledged fault with manufacturer. I requested a replacement or money back given the timeframe of the fault. Retailer stated that manufacturer would not allow this and that I had to take a refurbished/repaired unit. Return has not been made nor Money Back. Vendor doesn't appear to honour own terms and conditions on the eBay site. Please consider avoiding vendor unless price is significantly better than alternative retailer and only if product return / guarantees aren't important for the purchase (as the experience is terrible for returns).
Maybe I'll think twice before buying again with these guys.
Bought a brand new Nikon lens. Well packed and shipped within 7 days BUT Nikon lens came in a Sony A7 box.
Makeshift box was used instead of original Nikon box.
Lens seems brand new. Checked for signs of pre use (i.e. fingerprints) but nothing found.
These guys are whose of the whose don't waste ur time
Beware of these guys they sell stuff they say new when come to u here in Australia box full opened and full of dust then the screen on the mobile phone start to split from the lcd then 3g data does not work then they start blameing customers for stuff clearly manufacturing fault they still say customer break the screen when it was out the box they do anyway and anything to not let u claim warranty on stuff u buy from them the last 4 days I lost count how many times they said sorry to me more the I can count actually if I got a dollar for everyt...ime they said sorry I could retire to Tahiti that how bad they are with there wiling and dealing with customers like they don't give a stuff once something stuff up or even know it's there fault they still blame you. Also I have been on ebay as buyer for over 10 years on 100 percent positive feed back for last 10 years
Awesome service, answered all of my questions and delivered my lens fast!
T-Dimension delivered really good service for me, before purchasing the Tamron 24-70 f2.8 G2 lens I emailed them asking a lot of questions about the process and warranty. They were upfront about everything and answered all of my questions promptly. I then purchased the lens and everything went smoothly I ordered in on a Monday afternoon, it was shipped out on Wednesday afternoon and I received the lens in the mail on Friday morning so all round very fast delivery. The lens itself came in brand new condition with all the plastic seals on the len...s still and the lens itself is sharp and seems to work fine mechanically so far so I am very happy overall! I can't say anything about the warranty process as I haven't had to use it but if I ever do I will update the review, but as for before sales and during sales service it is pretty good all round.
T-dimension is a scam
I do not recommend buying with T-dimension. I bought a Samsung S7 from them recently and upon receiving the item, it was already unsealed. I then proceeded to experience problems with the phone and sent it back to them as it was under warranty. It's now been over 3 months since they've received the phone and are ignoring/not replying to my emails and holding my phone hostage.
T-dimension is a scam!
I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S8+ (at AU$850.00) at 8.00am 20Sep17 and it arrived on my doorstep at 8.15am 22Sep17 via courier in its original sealed box wrapped in three layers of bubble wrap. Not bad considering it shipped out of Hong Kong (according to the detailed tracking information).
Worst Scam Ever
-Don't spend a cent on this scam
-Bought a Samsung Galaxy S7 edge for $878 AUD when it was fresh in the market for $1250 AUD everywhere.
-Very quick shipping to Australia, took like only 3 days
-6 months down the track, the screen stops working completely
-They deny warranty, make me pay $472 for fixing (this was cheaper than any other place in store so i did it)
-Whole warranty process took 6 MONTHS- that's right 6 MONTHS
-They replied to e-mails once every 8-9 days, blocked my phone number, put fake numbers up on their website
-After receiving the device from warranty, works fine for 2 weeks
-Same problem happens again
-I report it, they say we offer one year warranty, you have none left, you gotta pay $472 AUD again...

Beware... they come up with reasons to withhold your shipment even after full payment!
I have purchased a mobile phone from T-Dimensions using my Paypal account. My money was charged to my credit-card as usual. Next day I've received an e-mail saying they are holding the order because my Paypal account is not verified. Every other retailer sent the goods without "being verified". Then I opened a case through Paypal, because T-Dimension was still holding my money and not sending the goods, but also got my Paypal account verified (which in itself was a bit of a hassle to find out how). Now T-Dimension refuses to send the order beca...use I opened a case via Paypal. I can not close the case, because this means I can not raise another case through Paypal again. Well... that's the story... I would not buy from T-Direction again. I still do not have my phone or my money.... thiefs!

UPDATED - Selling Faulty Kindle - Not Genuine Kindle!
Purchased a Kindle Paperwhite for our daughter in Australia. No mention in product web pages or in email sale confirmation that goods are supplied from Hong Kong. This is a scam. When my daughter opened the Kindle and switched it on she immediately noticed two dead pixels on the screen. When contacted for details of how to exchange the product they insisted it has to returned to Hong Kong.
Read the negative responses - more than 10% of reviewers score the lowest with warnings. I wish I had the sense to check this before purchasing. Of co...
Worst experience ever!
Worst experience I ever had online!
After ordering the phone they asked for scans of drivers licence, credit card etc.! Just about ridiculous how anyone would send this to them. Had paid with paypal (linked credit card ) and so there was absolutely no need to ask for anything else as the payment was already processed.
They seem to make money on interest while emails go back and forth. They stubbornly insist to have the scans ( DON'T EVER send anything like that to anyone, as it can be used for fraudulent things) So after coming back from a ...1 week trip They still send about an email a day asking for the scans. Don't buy there!!! It is just a waste of time while they make money in interest on YOUR money while you try to get it back. The shocker is that once you have resolved the issue with a Paypal complaint, Paypal tells you that it might take up to wait for it !! 30 days!!! for the money to be booked back onto the credit card! A pretty clever trick to make money with your money!
Worst company service I have ever received. Received a faulty unit and the hoops I had to jump through was ridiculous.
They requested my personal password to access faulty unit. Manufacturer advised if they were using an authorised agent there was no need to provide.....why?????.
Obviously not using an authorised service agent!
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! NEVER USE AGAIN!!!

Poor After Service - Stole My Phone
Although there are many five star reviews mostly because its review for the purchase process itself and not the after service (warranties) and also because they offered money previously to review their website.
So basically, the purchasing process was good. Paid and the phone was received within a week in a brand new condition.
However, jump 9 months in and the phone starts malfunctioning. So I contacted them and they told me to send proof of the issue so I did. They made me send it back to them and then stopped replying. After spamming t...heir emails, they said the phone has been 'flashed' when it was never flashed and then basically called me a liar when they were the ones or the repair shop was lying. They said it would cost me around $300 to repair. I kept contacting them regularly and they stopped replying to my emails and the phone is still with them. It's been over 2 months and they still have not replied. I'm guessing they have probably refurbished my phone and sold it off by now. So buyer beware, there is NO warranty, so buy locally instead since you can't contact the ACCC for help.

Not Interested in Repair/Replace of Phone After 1 Year - Forget AU Consumer Guarantee
This vendor has received many good reviews. However, while the purchase part is good, they will NOT honour your Australian Consumer Guarantee after 1 year. For those that do not know what this is, please do not comment on this review.
The ACCC has already highlighted the problem with internet purchases and the honouring of every Australian's right to the Consumer Guarantee. In essence, if an item such as a phone fails after a year and a few months it needs to either be "repaired" or "replaced". Being in Hong Kong, this vendor has no regard f...or this Australian law and it is proving difficult for the ACCC to do anything about vendors than are off-shore. So, I have an LG G4 that is less than 2 years old, stuck in the notorious "boot-loop" (i.e. it will not start up) and they refuse to do anything about it. So, it is a brick! On contacting LG Australia, they were quite happy to replace it (even though it is less than 2 years old) until they heard it had been bought on the internet. At which point they told me to contact the internet vendor. LG is well aware of the problem and has been replacing the LG G4 globally where it is older than 1 year. Clearly it is not good publicity for LG. Phone calls to T-Dimension, to what appears to be an AU phone number but is in reality just a diversion to an overseas number, were pointless, being told to write an email!

Fast Delivery, No hidden charges
This was my second purchase from T-Dimension.
On both occasions the item was delivered within 4 business days. Fantastic service times for an international delivery. Also, on both occasions, the item was as advertised with NO hidden charges!
I will definitely buy from T-Dimension again.

Questions & Answers
Are T-dimensions phone repairs done in Australia? Do they offer an extended warranty?
They provide one year standard warranty， they provide pick up as well. Follow this link. You will get all the information. https://www.t-dimension.com/au/help-center/
Do they offer good warranty? What's their warranty service like?
There is no manufacturer's warranty. You only get theirs but it will not include a warranty on batteries, cords, etc. Also will only warrant manufacturer's defects. They are in China and they will dispute any claim you try to make as owner damage and not a manufacturer's issue. BEWARE.
Same issue - locally purchased Sony Z3 compact with a crack in screen is repaired no-charge (not even shipping costs). T-Dimension quote $145 to repair a screen on a $600 Z5 phone. This is the fourth or fifth product I have purchased from them and was really happy because nothing ever went wrong. The phone wasn't dropped (and Sony claim they are really robust).
I certainly won't be buying anything from them again!
