Please do not buy anything from them online. They are big fraud. They took all your money and never ever deliver your products. Please Please do not order anything from them

Amazing prices, just had to wait for delivery – We bought a bunk bed for our girls with ladders, stairs etc for at least $1k cheaper than anywhere else. It took about 8 weeks for delivery but everything arrived and was in good condition. Saved ourselves heaps of $$$. Would use them again.

Terrific product – On Tuesday 12th March 2024 I bought a MACE 6FT Foldable Billiard Table Pool Table for $522.99. I received it on Friday 22nd March 2024. Assemble time took about 2 1/2 hours. Very bad company – T & R order number 197590, Fitness Bench weight Press and Billiard cue were ordered on 2/06/2024. Items hasn't received until now. Many follow-ups but no action done.

Criminals – Purchased a Pilates machine in May 2025. Never arrived and after weeks and months of calls, promises and no shows. Nothing. Paid for goods but no goods received – Do not purchase from them - they are in liquidation! They sell products they don't stock so when you realise you are not getting your product they offer a refund but don't actually follow through with it! Still waiting for an "approval of the refund from the manager" for months after multiple attempts to contact with no result. And now a liquidation letter!

and received my refund but it doesn't fix the overall problem. The playing part of the table is bowed in some places, so the balls don't roll in the direction youre expecting them to roll. The felt is not fixed properly. The lines were not marked on the table - my partner drew them on in roughly the right place. The pockets were not attached and had no instructions on how to attach them - my partner worked out a way to attach them. I vowed never to order anything from them again - and now I hear they've gone into liquidation. Absolutely no surprise there. I thought they were dodgy in the first place but still - stupidly - went ahead with the order. I don't have the invoice anymore so cannot provide the details.

Zero stars would be accurate, Scam! – This company is a scam, beware. Received tracking information from Hero Express (another scam) Then after 2 weeks contacted to find out where my item was, told it was still on the boat. Called 6 or 7 times and asked for refund and was given run around. PayPal claim put in and received full refund, even after company put in fake "receivership". Avoid at all costs, I just wish I checked on here first before buying from them.

cautionary warning regarding this- there wasn't as I had already trawled the web page and was furious they tried to gaslight me with these lies. I pushed for a refund and they refused, although eventually offered me 40% of the cost back. This was against retail laws and they would not negotiate further hence the e-scooter was never returned.

Not surprised this company has so many complaints and has now folded. To blame ACA for their demise is a joke, the bad management and shonky sales tactics is to blame and karma has come back to bite them!

company can go into liquidation and not be forced to sell their multimillion dollar house to refund all the customers that were left with no product and no refund. At the time I placed my order they also asked me to write a google review and they would discount my order. A-holes!! I suggest everyone make complaints to the ACCC.
