FRAUDULENT COMPANY – Took my scooter in for repairs after I only owned it for a week and a crack appeared and never heard from the company and now they have gone into liquidation

times, as the table was still under warranty, but the store blamed me for “not taking proper care of it” and ignored my complaints. I eventually decided to take legal action, but the process was exhausting. After two years of waiting for a court hearing, I was left dealing with an overwhelming amount of paperwork—just to recover a few hundred dollars.
From my experience, I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this shop. Most of their products are sourced from China and are of poor quality. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a reliable billiard table.
Must’ve been lucky – I must have been one of the few lucky ones who have had a great experience with this company. I brought a electric scooter from them which cost $1289 and got it delivered within a couple of weeks then I got a punctured tyre and took it back to them and they fixed it free of charge within two days I have nothing but praise for the Brisbane Warehouse

By far, the WORST customer experience I have ever experienced in Australia. Do not shop here unless you are absolutely certain you never need to speak to them again.
Today is 4th of July. I spoke to support on the 8th of June and asked to cancel my order. After some back and forward over a few days I accepted a cancelation fee of 5% and was “approved” for a refund. They said they’ll get back to me with instructions etc.
I’ve been ghosted - have called multiple times, emailed at least 5-6 times - nothing.
2nd of July I get an email with “can we do an exchange instead?”
Are you kidding me?
4th of July
I replied within 1 minute of the email - no I want a refund.
Heard nothing since.

Honestly I have never came across with this kind of poor quality furniture before, I was attracted to the gimmick description on the website that shows it can hold up to 500 kg and made up with High Quality Pine Wood.
POOR QUALITY - I don't understand why there was a joint on the side rail which is supposed to be one of the strongest part of the bed.
BUYING REVIEWS - No wonder why we were offered an extra 1 year warranty if we leave the google reviews at the time of purchase before getting a delivery or checking the product quality. I understand now where all these good reviews are coming from.
As soon as we open the box we see damaged parts and low quality material all over. I have asked them to take the product back and issue me the refund 4 months ago but still No response. Its such a poor customer service that whenever I called them they say I'll get back to you but no one bother to respond to your email or a callback.
If I don't get any resolution I'll be taking this matter to VCAT for sure.

Taking kids money absolute discust – My 14 ur old saved for years of bday money and bought two different electric scooters and paid upfront. We went to smithfield store to see if ready and found out its gone into liquidation. Nice way to take money from a child. Untrustworthy, No customer service, missing parts - don;t use – I bought a pool table from this company having visited their NSW Smithfield office to view the product first. It was delivered without communication to organise an appropriate time. It is missing almost half of the parts. The customer service phone line won't help, they are not responding to the requested email correspondence. No body calls my mobile to talk and explain what the problem is, continually asking again for my Account details stating that there is a problem my end. They showed me they have a copy of the transaction and which account the money came from and what they told me by email was a simple reversal to put the money back has turned to a never ending just crap and lies with no result.. I’m disabled, I am restricted how far I can walk, they are aware of this and my finances don’t allow me to just go buy another one and they seem happy to leave me stuck at home with nothing and what I see as no reason why this refund has not been processed. Despite the terrible experience, I decided to follow their advice and bought the solid tyres, which were not cheap. I spent $300 on new tyres. Within three days of riding with the new tyres, the scooter gave an E17 error code and stopped in the middle of a bike path. I had to push the scooter for 45 minutes to reach work. Calling customer service was useless; no one ever answered. Endless emails later, my partner took the scooter to the store. They kept it for six months, and after 20 emails and countless phone calls, we finally got a call saying the scooter was ready. My partner took a day off work to pick it up.
They did not apologize for the six-month delay and had the audacity to charge us for the repair. They claimed the problem was with the new tyres they recommended. On the day I got the scooter back, I took it for a short ride around my house, and the error code came up again. Now, I’m without a scooter and out of a lot of money.
Do not buy from this company. Their products are subpar, and their service is zero out of ten. I will be reaching out to the ombudsman to get a full refund.

Cheap rubbish – Purchased a scooter from them. Battery died in 2 years. Managed to go to the store directly to buy a replacement battery and they are advising that they don't deal with that supplier any more. So even with my willingness to pay the full amount for a new battery, they are not able to help so I have no option to throw this out now. AVOID buying from them at any cost. warranty. What a mistake. You don't need a warranty on a product that you never actually receive. I emailed the company to let them know that I no longer required the pool table to be delivered upstairs, and they responded by saying that they would refund me the $500 upstairs delivery fee. That was three weeks ago, and still no sign of the refund. The pool table was an 18th birthday present for my son. He was looking forward to having some friends round on his birthday, and playing a few games. Maybe he will be able to do that for his 19th birthday instead, as his birthday was last week. via email. We email customer service, and they advised they were experiencing delays. Another 2 months passed with no updates. WE REQUESTED TO CANCEL OUR ORDER AND REQUESTED A FULL REFUND. They COMPLETELY ignored our request to cancel the order and refund numerous times, after emailing back and forth getting absolutely no where - WE RAISED A VCAT CASE. They finally accepted to cancel the order and advised us on the 4TH APRIL 2024 that our cancellation & refund was "approved" and that it should take 5-7 business days to process. We did not receive our refund!!! They completely ignored our emails after numerous follow ups. And then on the 30th may 2024 advised that "They were still waiting for manager approval for the refund request" ???? Even though they told us on the 4th april 2024 that this was already approved. use is to state unless you settle the entire price of the item they can’t guarantee fast delivery - meaning if you only pay a deposit and other customers pay the full price they will jump you in the queue. Of course that is rubbish.
AVOID T&R SPORTS unless you live close to Mulgrave and are prepared to pester them to get your product.
