27/10/2025, which included several documents relating to the delivery process. • On 28/10/2025 I replied to the above email advising that a 19m truck would likely not be able to access my property, so a smaller vehicle would be needed. I then called and spoke to [Name Removed], advising that this was a rural, weekender property, so I would only be able to be at the property on a Friday or over the weekend if I needed to be present to assist with the delivery. • On 29/10/2025 I received a confirmation email from [Name Removed] stating that the delivery information had been passed on to their despatch team. • On 29/10/2025, I responded asking for an ETA for the production and delivery of the tanks. • On 31/10/2025, [Name Removed] responded confirming a 3-4 week delivery timeframe from date of order. • On 31/10/2025, I received an email from [Name Removed] Upson advising that the order was with the NSW/QLD Production site and they will schedule it for manufacturing and delivery in the coming weeks. • I called their offices on 10/12/2025 to follow-up on my order. I was advised that the despatch team would contact me in the next few days to schedule my delivery. I received no further contact from them. • I sent a follow-up email to sales@tankworld.com.au on 23/01/2026, as I had still not been contacted by their team. This email was ignored. • On the 30/01/2026, I sent another email, this time to [Name Removed] at nswproduction@tankpool.com.au, following up on my order and delivery. This email was also ignored. • On 06/02/2026, I called and spoke to [Name Removed], who apologised for the delays but said I would need to talk to [Name Removed]. I was eventually put through to [Name Removed], who was apologetic for the delays. Her excuse was that I had initially requested a weekend delivery on my order, so they were having challenges scheduling a weekend delivery. I informed her that this was an unacceptable excuse, and that she could have called and discussed this with me, if this was the real reason, rather than delaying my delivery without any correspondence. She eventually managed to schedule a delivery for Saturday 14/02/2026.

As explained to both [Name Removed] and [Name Removed], this is a rural property, and it takes almost 1.5 hours to travel there. With this in mind, I travelled up after work on Friday afternoon on the 13/02/2026 so as to be there for the delivery on Saturday. Unfortunately, after waiting around the entire Saturday, no delivery took place. On checking my emails on Sunday, I noticed an email from their NSW Despatch team, which was sent at 16h40 on Friday afternoon, advising that there was an issue with one of the moulds, and therefore the delivery could not take place.

Now, as a customer who has already received terrible ongoing service from their organisation, surely one would at least expect a phone call to advise me of the cancelled delivery, rather than a last minute email.

On the 16/02/2026, I sent a message via LinkedIn to the Tankpool Group CEO, [Name Removed], detailing the above. I have yet to receive a response.

After further follow-ups, I eventually spoke to one of the Managers, John, who arranged the delivery of the tanks on Friday 27/02/2026 - 4 months, not 4 weeks! At least the delivery driver, [Name Removed], was a very pleasant and helpful guy.

I will never purchase from this business again.

Disgusting service from start to finish would not recommend tank world at all , wanting to support a local family business did not feel it was worth it ! you need to up your game fail in every aspect

From the order placed there was no communication and delivery was you have 24hrs notice and then the driver cancels on the day. Smashes my gate, they call to discuss and get told to F off.

an error. I had to arrange for a friend to pick up the tank as Tank World had returned to their depot. I wouldn't recommend or trust their delivery service. The small positive from this is that Tank World agreed to refund the delivery fee, and in the end, the full amount wasn't even returned :(

Delivery was trouble free and driver Craig was fantastic - unloaded the tank in a difficult location in a very professional manner and gave me some excellent advice about installation of taps. Good on you Craig!

330 l tank – Wow wish I read these before ordering. I ordered a 330 l tank it was only for the patio so thought at $350 with it discounted a good buy. When it was installed we discovered where the plug area is it was leaking thru where they silconed it over. I have let the office and are awaiting on a reply. Has anyone else had this issue thank you

Magic – 15000 litre tank arrived on time - Craig helped push it into place and drill fittings in on both tanks - one that I got several months earlier - what a great man - would highly recommend Craig from tank world Maitland NSW area

Quality Product and Great service – I bought a 5,000L Slimline Water Tank for my property a few months back and the entire experience was great! Staff that are easy to speak to and the tank has been a massive help for myself and my family!

Service plus – After receiving a tank from another supplier with dints, scratches & plastic weld fix up. I rang T/W 4.50pm on Fri.Del great. Too easy, 2 weeks remote area.So good, communication beyond reproach.

Bad service – I have bought 9 tanks over 10 yrs from Tankworld but never again Huge waiting time, and they don't want to fit out if they can get away it. Fitted is in the contract so waiting another 2 weeks

Great product and great value! – I got several prices for water tanks and Tank World was very competitive. An added bonus was the tank was also visually appealing. Tank was delivered within expected timeframe and driver was more than happy to help carry it in and place where it needed to go. Great quality tank and great customer service. Would highly recommend.

Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!!!!!!! – This company are more than happy to take your money and give you false delivery timeframe’s. 10 weeks later with no communication or delivery timeframe I am chasing a refund and still they can’t organise that. Kicking myself for not reading poor reviews before buying. Warning!

Buyer beware - Tank World fail – Ordered a tank almost two months ago and it still hasn’t been delivered. When I contact the company, the only email response I receive is that the despatch department will contact me. Then silence. This company should make it clear on its website that there are unacceptably long delays.

What a disgrace – It seems that once this company has your money, they no longer care to communicate or keep their promises. Endless waiting, no communication unless you specifically ask and then nothing but empty promises. Disgraceful!

Terrible people to deal with – Would never deal with them again our tank failed and a lot of damage and a year later still blaming the blame on us , tank was delivered damaged got told some putty would hold it , lost a lot lucky none of my family were hurt, and still a year later they are trying to put the fault on us. Would never recommend getting a tank from tank world , they don’t care . Unless the tank doesn’t fail .

Can't Complain – Bought a 5000 litre tank out of there Rutherford Site. Easy ordering , driver rang me before he arrived . The driver also helped get the tank from the front yard to the rear of my property. Good deal with tank , pump and pump cover.

Terrible! – Ordered 23000ltr tank. Initial service was fine. Delivery was a horrible experience! Tank delivered damaged/warped. Countless emails later, and not a single response! Not a cheap investment! Horrible! Stay away!

Terrible – Placed an order for a tank gauge in sept 2020 , no response from phone calls or emails poor customer service never again , will try and get money back via bank credit card.

Don’t believe delivery dates – 13 weeks to get 2 tanks! Poor communication after payment, told to live with it or cancel order then told on the day of delivery it was arriving in 40 mins. I work over 50 km from my house so was expected to drop every thing and rush home with at least 2 other friends! Now too late to get in position behind shed as already built, have to use… Read more

This is my Second Tank Purchased (33,000 ) – Great Staff To deal with from Lyn In Sunbury office to Shane in the Factory in Swan Hill to Jacob the Truck Driver ( backed his Truck and trailer about 1/4 a kms down our back lane and into our driveway) Thank you once again

Crap not a good company – Tank world are crap they say 6 to 8 weeks on delivery it’s now past 10 weeks & still no tanks I wouldn’t suggest anyone buying tanks from these guys they are quick to grab the money with no back up with the deal 1st & last time ever with these idiots not impressed zero stars is there ratings

Dont waste your time with tankworld – Delay, lack of communication, garbage excuses, no contact, if the product is like the service (given it still has not arrived after a month), then I would in future avoid at all costs.

Zero stars, Bad service, no communication and rude customer service staff – After waiting 9 weeks for an order that was understood to be only 2 weeks waiting time, customer service staff were unhelpful and rude. No communication about delays, when we called staff were unaware of problem and said they would call us back, but never did. Would have preferred to buy local and pay the $400 more. Would not recommend

was a month. We have ordered tanks through duraplas and tank factory before and they have always come ready for us to hook them up and use. I would not use tank world again or recommend them as there is no after sale service which is very disappointing.

Kept my deposit – After ordering online and then the delivery guy stated they don’t deliver on Saturday they still kept my deposit in my opinion they are thieves and would not trust this company ever.

Poor quality tank – Over the many i have purchased 7 fibreglass water tanks from tankworld and was very happy with the quality, service and delivery times but the last purchase of 3, 33000lt tanks one of them was a disgrace. of small cracks around the joining seam which now over the 3 years of ownership have become considerably worse not to mention the outer fibreglass starting to lift in places and the tank looking if it was 50 years old..

I contact tankworld within one week of delivery of the tanks and the Gent replied that one of the tanks came from an old mould and that there is nothing he can do about it and i should just accept it, i requested the tank be replaced but it was denied.

To this day I have had numerous people comment on the poor finish and also the many cracks that are know appearing on the tank with the concern of it eventually rupturing. I am currently looking at purchase another 2 tanks for the farm but it wont be from tankworld.

Very Poor Service – To clarify this post, the product itself (2 x 5,000 gal tanks) gets a 4 star, the order process and the reception staff get a 5 star and the delivery driver a 5 star but the issue lies with the fact that they were supposed to return and put the fittings in within 3 days. March with no fittings installed and still more broken promises. I have been promised 3 different dates! It is frustrating and I would not recommend Tank World - buy elsewhere!!
