authenticity of the product - I’m looking for a natural product, cotton and beeswax, the supplied product is definitely not as advertised. So, they have no product control - because they are just a fulfilment company.

After their response, I’m more convinced than ever to never use them again.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Lots of references on this site about “Australia” and “Australian”, but my experience is they are just a fulfilment company for China, no different to Temu. Item did not have the full address that I supplied, so spent two days tracking it down (luckily I found it at a nearby business). The item looks like what I ordered, but falls short on authenticity - the product is a beeswax bread bag, with none of the familiar look, feel or smell of beeswax. If only I had known. Never again.

The colour was perfect and I was happy to realise they weren’t flat pack. However they are really flimsy which is somewhat disappointing. Delivery was wuick

Ordered Saturday night and was delivered quickly on Wednesday although I am in Melbourne so interstate may take longer. Came wrapped in a box, easy to unwrap and the mattress self inflates. Is sturdy as I am 100kg plus and very comfortable, would recommend and buy again, although I have a queen base and bought a double so also recommend to check your measurements first before buying. Show reply

This is our second purchase for the same item, we really liked the shelf unit we got last time so we got another. the product was quite easy to assemble and it arrived in a prompt and timely manner

When purchasing the product through the Tanstella website it showed in stock and ready to ship. This was purchased in plenty of time for an Easter gift, however I have only just received it today being the 9/5, the only communication received was when I reached out numerous times for a update.

the tracking (via the Shop app) still shows “waiting for details”, which indicates the item has not even been handed over to a courier. I have attempted to contact Tanstella multiple times through their available channels and have received no response whatsoever. At this point:

The item has not been dispatched Tracking has not updated Customer service has been completely unresponsive

This raises serious concerns about their reliability and whether orders are actually being fulfilled. I would advise potential buyers to proceed with caution until the company improves its communication and fulfilment processes.

I would give zero stars if possible. Firstly the delivery company left the goods on display for someone to take in our driveway across the garage doors. We couldn’t access our garage due to where they’d been left when we got home. In hindsight we’d probably be better off had the goods been taken as whatever chemicals used to treat the bed caused my daughter to have an allergic reaction and she has been to see our GP as well as to the hospital ED twice. After 10 days on medications and nothing working it was suggested she not sleep in her new bed for a week. Guess what that worked and thankfully she’s finally better with another new bed from a reputable store.

Products were as shown on the website. The chairs I ordered were in stock and were shipped quickly. They are great we are very happy with them. The fire pit we ordered said ETA was in 2 weeks. That then changed to over a 6 week wait which was very frustrating as we needed it earlier. Happy with the product though now the fire pit has finally arrived it’s all exactly what we purchased.

Never trust businesses that only show positive reviews on their products, because they continually delete the negative product reviews on their website. But you can see the truth here, since they can't delete these reviews. Very unethical business.

Assembling this product is the worst. Think flat pack hell. It came with instructions that started at number 7. So missed the first 6 steps. No videos could be found online/youtube. None of the wooden pieces had numbers or letters on them. And the two that did, had none of the same letters as the instructions. Complete shambles. Once put together… Read more

it is a good unit. But be prepared for the assembly. And note all pieces look very similar. Good luck!
