A living nightmare – I paid for premium delivery, to ensure the fridge was safely unpacked. Upon turning it on 5 hours later, it was very loud. worse, is that the noise continued for almost 1 hour after I turned off the fridge. I attempted to submit a product fault form on 'the good guys', which was not working on phone, nor laptop. I am also starting to think I should sell my TCL TV and purchase another brand. On that note, my TCL TV required maintenance less than a few months into the warranty. My concern, is that TCL will offer to 'repair' the fridge, which is not acceptable given the condition. The fridge is also very hard to open.
