In regards to this TCL Model P6US, Will we EVER get a Android TV Update for this Forgotten Model, mine is behind 3 years in Firmware/Security Updates…?
Can you add subscription apps like Stan and Kayo to this tv or do I have to buy a chrome cast ?
my tcl tv gets stops with a screen just TCL on screen when i power it on and it doesn't work further what should i do for this?
I had the same problem, contacted the customer service centre and they gave me instructions for a hard & soft reset. Didn't work but they fixed it as it was under warranty. Ended up being a cooked motherboard.
All TCL TVs have a 3 year warranty.
