Hi there,
We have a TCL p8m series which is almost 2 and half year old.
It was all good until we turn it on and there was sound coming but no picture.
I tried to reset from the remote and the power button but it didn’t work.

Mine is same model and prob but not quit 2 ys old..hav a lot probs TCL To replace it..still no replacement.e t after 3 weeks
Mine has done the exact same problem, it has taken 3 weeks but on Monday TCL is sending a new model to replace it.

What model Voice remote is compatible with this TV (TCL 75P8M)?
RC802V FUR2 That's the model number that come with mine it was a bonus but will work on that exact model, voice control can be a little Laggy but hope that helps. I'd share a picture but no option too

Hi Kayla I have been unable to load any apps, have been onto Tcl Tech but they have been unable to solve this problem,.

My tv does not recognize my 2tb usb drive inspite of it being xFat file system .I want to use it to record and for time shift
Are you struggling with slow and lag?
Simply open the "TV Guard" Application on the tv main menu screen. Click "system optimise"
This will simply close all the cache and running apps and will bring U back to speeeeeddd !
I did. Still all my streaming apps lag with audio..... Out of sync
When I hit the home button all I get is a black screen. it had been working fine, suddenly it is gone. Is there something I can do to get it back?
You could try - turning it off at the wall for 10 seconds then turn back on, try pushing the settings button on your remote, do a software update. Good luck!
Does this model have HDMI Arc ???
Been trying to use the PVR mode to record and we keep getting no USB inserted but we do have one in need ideas on what we are doing wrong
There are so many people saying it has a gaming mode but I cannot find it anywhere. Where do I find the gaming mode?

Hi, I just bought my TCL 75" and will need a large cabinet to display on, just wondering if anyone know the leg width apart and how deep also (length)?
the total width is 1671mm ( but you can flip the legs to point inside and save some space, altought a larger tv unit will look better than one with same length as the tv. I would aim for a 2000mm stand). The depth is 403mm. I hope that helps.

I have the the TCL 75p8m, now some apps will not work, Netflix will work however YouTube, Disney and Crome cast will not work, is there any solution? And no I do not want the obvious call TCL answer as this sometimes is very fruitless.
You may need to do an app update - push home button, then push the apps button on tv screen (red), click on get more apps, arrow up,to,top right corner click on settings wheel, arrow down to update all. Wait for updates to happen. Good luck!
i have the 75inch P8MR It was fantastic when were first got it but no doesnt respond quickly to remote anymore and has serious lag between changing of the hdmi channels tv is approximately 4 months old
Call tcl and ask for a remote debug. They might be able to sort it out.
