course properly begun however he displayed patience and enthusiasm once we got going. He has an excellent memory of the names of the students as well of course, the training contents. The day flowed well (albeit the breaks were a little short) but understandably it met its purpose of finishing on time. Thank you Tim.

I recently completed my RSA class at TCP Training and it was an excellent experience. The trainer (unfortunately I forgot the name) was one of the kindest people I’ve met in Australia — friendly, patient, and even funny, which made the class so much more engaging. The content was clear, easy to follow, and well explained. I left feeling confident and well-prepared. Highly recommend!

George Seymour is a gentle man, a comic and a legend all rolled into one. He was brilliant from Start to finish. We bonded over our knowledge of machines and he was first class. Thanks George for an enjoyable day and a white card qualification.

Owen (that's not how you spell it in Irish) lol but he was absolutely fantastic vibrant and made to not fall asleep. Couldn't have asked for a better facilitater.

Perfect! – Jerome is the best trainer and teacher! It was not boring at all and we learnt a lot ! I was at Dee Why and it was all great! Exams were easy to pass cause Jerome’s training beforehand is so good!

Unprofessionalsim – I'm extremely disappointed with the TCP training program. It seems to prioritize collecting money over providing meaningful instruction. two other Black individuals were among 30 students, and we were treated unfairly.

The training consisted of a single reading assignment, followed by a test with no prior instruction. It was clear that the program was not invested in our learning or safety.

Furthermore, upon completing the test, we were abruptly dismissed without receiving any feedback, results, or certification. Our phones were even confiscated to prevent us from documenting the experience.

We were told that we weren't successful, but no feedback was provided. This lack of transparency is unacceptable, especially considering that this was a paid training program, not a free one.

As paying participants, we deserve to know how we can improve and what we did wrong. The absence of feedback undermines the entire purpose of the training and leaves us feeling frustrated and disappointed.

I strongly advise others, particularly those from diverse backgrounds, to avoid this training program and explore alternative options that prioritize quality instruction and respect for students."

Amazing – Julian the best mentor. Very helpful and kind human being. Enjoyed my class with him.

How a long and boring class can be converted resourceful and intresring walk through tcp – Resourceful to make your subject intresting followed by facts just to make sure you are eligible to the courses fulfillment. RESPONSIVE COMMUNICATION – Here's a story. It's the end of the year. It's busy. I get the notice that I have to renew my CPR. I book with a company. The day arrives and I discover I had to do the online pre-work first, which I hadn't done. I had received NO reminders about this. I Received notice that I would now not be admitted to the practical course. I then did the… Read more

online work and emailed the company about re-scheduling the practical. No reply. The deadline is looming.

I gave up and found this company, booked in for a class in 3 days time. I did the online work. There were some issues around my USI which I emailed them about. I received a reply straight away and the issue was resolved. I also received a number of emails reminding me of class requirements and that the online work was to be done. I attended the class. Did the practical which was well run and, well, practical. I'm good to go. Very happy. (Shhhh I also found out that if you haven't done the online work you can still attend the practical - you just won't get your certificate until it's done.)

Worst place – Will not recommend this place to anyone, no fair policy regarding refunds and reschedule policy. Not willing to help students to explain things in better ways

White Card Course NSW. George Street – Had george as class teacher. He was excellent and helpful. Class was straight forward and informative. Great place to get your white card.

Disorganised with poor quality instructor – They spent the first hour competing paperwork that was meant to be completed before the course started. The instructor rambled about insignificant topics to what we were there to learn. The books used were out of date and their policy not clearly displayed. Avoid this place if you have the option.

Someone have to act to these scammers – You can't get your money back if you don't get service. They never get back your money. You can find some other education centre in victoria, & then forget these scammers>>>TCP training

Dodgy company, would go elsewhere – Great location, good price. We marked our own tests and amended our answers if wrong. Trainer swears a lot, was judgemental and too lazy to stand up & hand out papers.

Inconsistent attendance policy and terrible payment system for re-booking – I called TCP training located at George street for re-booking my White card training, because misfortunes happened and I could not attend the first two schedules (1st is LBM I got late 19 minutes and 2nd is I rode the wrong train). is essentially a printed-out version off the online course. Months of home study...! The other 4 students were as confused as i was, and felt it was a bit misleading. We expected some homework, but not the entire course. These courses do exist - see Pinnacle Safety's 5 day course - and that's what we thought we were getting - an intensive course with a bit of homework. No issue with the course content, it's pretty thorough & up to date (although constant repetition of questions is an issue) but now have to plough through months of assignments.
