Techcart were selling a Logitech keyboard that is no longer sold in Australia, and has been replaced in Aus with an inferior but similar model. The item that I ordered, and that arrived, was the exact sku they said they were selling, and while the price was steep, it was the exact model that I wanted, so I was happy with the outcome. :) Show details

It was very quick and easy to find what I was looking for and the price was great. Once I placed my order Tech Cart got in contact to inform me that there was an upgraded version and asked if I would like to get that instead, which I did, so this was very much appreciated. Place an order for an item which was listed as in stock on their website but wasn’t. I was told it would be restocked shortly so decided to wait. A few weeks passed and no stock. supplier which arrived in 3 days. I was told 5 to 7 days for the refund . After waiting 2 months with no refund I emailed again for my refund. I am still waiting.

I went to purchase wired headphones for a Google pixel... They cost 45 dollars on the Google store. You can save 5 bucks at tech cart, isn't that great!!! So why the one star? Item not in stock, very slow refund – Item listed was unavailable. A more expensive newer model was offered but declined. The refund process was very long requiring multiple e-mails from me with tech cart not starting the refund process on the day they said they would. Oct 28th - Purchase date and Refund requested Nov 14th - Refund issued

Terrible – Terrible and untrustworthy. Phone was supposed to be in stock. A week after I placed the order they had not despatched and could not tell me when they could despatch, so I asked them to cancel. No refund came so I raised a dispute through Paypal. Their first refund attempt many days later bounced. More emails and they tried again, which was subject to 7 working days clearance time. No money at the time of writing, but still hoping..

SAMSUNG A34 PHONE – My new phone was delivered quickly and very well packed. It comes with a lot of foreign language options but it was very easy to change. There were a lot of phones to select from but I decided on the Samsung A34 and am very happy with it.
