Product Ordered, Product Delivered – I ordered a few bulky items that are hard to source in Australia and Techbuy were cheaper than international sellers and delivered within 2 weeks of ordering. The packing looked like it came direct from manufacturer with my Techbuy invoice found inside. My only complaint would be the poor tracking info provided through CouriersPlease. I would recommended paying extra and using StarTrack express.

The worst website ever – Everyone who purchases is credit card is a fraud according to them. They will email you and let you know that too! Then when you prove them wrong they block your emails and going near their website. Avoid at all costs. They charged my credit card 3 different times (for 1 order) and only refunded 1of the purchases. Still $3000 out of pocket Show details

No product and no refund – Their website stated a product was in stock. After I ordered and paid I received an email that it was actually out of stock. Cancelled the order. Ten days later they have not confirmed cancellation or processed my refund. Do not even respond to emails. Will never use them again.

Excellent price and prompt delivery – After ordering my ViewSonic projector I received a weird email requesting confirmation of my identity. Maybe they were just being cautious but I have never had that before. So I read a few reviews and that made me very wary! This is a scam sit no question about it – They are selling items that are not in stock very cheap, they are looking for people who pay in a way that that they can keep your money, use pay pal or zip then you have an Avenue of getting money back, just scammers playing the numbers.. Show details

spent more of my money on another. I immediately tried to contact them to tell them to cancel it I don't want to spend twice the amount of money for a single item. They sent the item out I received no reply to anything. so they kept my money and the 1st item and i paid a second time a for a single item.. still to this day.. no contact or anything. I built my 1st ever computer with this company over a decade ago and they were flawless. They have become so difficult and unreliable with the complete opposite customer server. I couldn't believe it. I recommend just staying clear. Quite dodgy these days. The RMA process was difficult in itself and I think I just got lucky that the person felt like replying to my request that one time.

got no response. I called and they didn't care about updating me on any progress beyond 'we have to order your item'.

Cancelled over the phone in an instant (the only easy part of the process - don't cancel online, do it over the phone) and then bought and picked up the same item from Mwave in 15min. Techbuy never again

Robbers – Ordered 2 sticks of RAM back on the 18th December and paid priority freight to WA. After a month of waiting, still nothing, Rang them spoke with (J) and quoted Order number. Don't use, another online seller who doesn't understand customer service! – I purchased some speakers online - it said ships within 1-3 days. to display such upfront before I purchased the item, I stated I wasn't happy and I asked for a refund. I'll pay them them respect for at least having a number to call, answering the phone and having some sort of a go at dealing with my complaint (albeit a bit pathetically) ...and they did process the refund straight away. Otherwise it would have been 1 star!

Absolutely awful, they list items they don't have in stock just so they can steal your money – They list items they don't have in stock, then make you jump through hoops to get it back. match. Over priced items which can be found with $20 differences. Elsewhere. Non-existant customer service. I've had companies in Western Australia ship to me faster than these guys who are just a state away. Don't ignore the warnings like I did. Poor service and hidden charges – I ordered and paid for a product with the postage. After 2 weeks of not getting it, I E-mailed 3 times to ask for the tracking number. No response (poor service). I just called them and they wanted another $10 for releasing the product and because the order being under $70. I don't like hidden charges, or poor service, which others have reported.

OK not quite next day - but within the week delivered to me – Techbuy was cheapest I found on the weekend when I placed the order. order confirmation was on the Wednesday Delivered via Australia post arrived Friday. I was not in a hurry as such and it was what I wanted at the cheapest price so 4stars

Service is questionable – This company is a joke. Their auto-response to an email enquiry says "within 1 business day" and it's now been 7 days. I come from a customer service background and this is pretty poor. Looks like they're too lazy to check their email. Why have that option then? I wonder what their face-to-face service is like?! sent express post 8 days prior, he [name removed] said it had only just arrived and that some thing had been dropped on it. Being a flip top phone pretty difficult to drop something on a phone when one is talking on it. My belief is that a fault was already present on delivery and developed into a crack with the constant closing of this phone. My advice to any potential customer of this business is buyer beware or purchase else where.

Hopeless – Communication is extremely poor. Call up and still get given incorrect information about an order you're waiting on. Take forever to sort out even basic orders and make promises they can't keep. Don't bother...

Really slow to despatch – I made my purchase and paid using Paypal. 9 days later I get a message saying my item had successfully been posted. So either they didn't have the item in stock or they move like a sloth once they've got your money; either of which is poor service and a shocking approach to customer experience - considering their web site brags about how much stock they carry.
