Most Reliable Online Store! – I just bought Nokia Lumia 925 through Techoni and have no complain what so ever. Nokia charger 2.0 – The order process of my nokia phone charger was very quick and thoughtful. After I placed my order of nokia 3.5 mm pin, I found out that my phone needs 2.0mm pin. When I sent my email about that, they sent me the 2.0mm pin . I really appreciate their thoughtful service. I had most wonder experience with Techoni and will come back to buy more. Scam – I have never written a review before, but I have never had such a bad experience as I did with Techoni. I purchased an iphone 4S off them. they could do about it. I had a number of emails from Techoni that stated the phone was under a manufacturer's warranty of one year, but when I contacted Techoni they denied this and told me that I must have been reading the wrong email. Despite this, I sent my phone back to them to be fixed.

I waited for two months without hearing from them. When I called the company I received no apologies, but was told a number of times that the phone was being processed overseas. I received it back a month later, and it had not been fixed at all. I called Techoni, only to be told that the phone was now out of warranty and there was nothing they could do. This company is a joke and a scam and I would strongly advise anyone from using their services. They lie and make false claims about their products and their services, and they have no respect for their customers.

Do not buy from techoni – I bought a mobile phone from techoni, after 3 weeks it arrived (from China) with a broken on/off switch. It was not broken in transit, the packaging was perfect on arrival. I sent it to their warranty department who refused to fix or replace it, saying it was a physical fault not covered by warranty. What isn't a physical fault. Warranty service worth nothing

The most dodgy company I have had the mispleasure to deal with – Ordered and Australian stock Sony ZR mobile phone. unsuccessful. 70 days later I lodged a complaint with NSW Fair Trading, they responded 20 days later saying that they too were unable to contact the company and to pursue further action via NCAT. I eventually received a credit from Techoni.

This outfit should be closed down. Don't buy anything from them, they are scammers.

I argued but they said that's their policy. I picked up the phone and filed complaint with FairTrading, just day after FairTrading contacted them, I received phone call asking me to return phone for full refund.

Basically, they have no phones on site but they promise fast delivery, after a customer places an order they buy a phone on ebay for less and make excuses until it arrives in week or two.

Worst service ever – Still waiting for my order after weeks - cant even reach them on the two numbers they have listed and they do not respond to email. One of the worst customer service experiences I have had in some time, I really needed the phones asap and im still waiting for them.

At least it got them contacting me.

But now I have done exactly that and lodged an official complaint.

I have a phone without sound and they haven't responded to my two refund requests.

And this has been on going since Jan, so over 5 months!

It has been a good lesson.

I researched the phone, but not the company I was buying it from.

Should have looked up the reviews first – Well I am one of the chumps that has started a long wait for action from these idiots. I have emailed 2 times in 2 days, no reply.No confirmation of order. management in writing. Everytime i call i have to wait 30-45 minutes to speak with someone. They lied about the whereabouts of my phone several times with different stories everytime. I called EMS in Australia who advised that the phone is still in China and hasn't moved for over 4 weeks. phone had been processed through their warehouse several days ago and to expect it next business day.

After a no-show I eventually got through via phone (they don't start manning their 1800 number until 10!) and was told exactly the same thing - word for word as I was in my email and the person on the other end sounded like they were reading it! I said, "So the person who sent the email lied?" "Um, well yes" was the reluctant reply. I stated my dissatisfaction. I then rang my bank to dispute the payment, as I was convinced by now they were scammers.

Then, all within a few hours after that I was sent the email I had been waiting for - that my phone had been shipped (just that afternoon) and the tracking number to track it. Nice to have at last, but confirmed my suspicions that the CSO also lied to me saying it was already on it's way!

At least 2 lies, lots of mucking around and never once was there any communication to say there was a delay in the order, they were out of stock or any other explanation of the delay. At best, it seems that at this company the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. Sorry, but Techoni will not be getting my business ever again, nor will I be recommending them to my friends.....quite the opposite in fact!

Delay beyond belief – Purchased phone 1/4/14. didn't get dispatched until a week later. now 1 month down the track, still no phone and requires constant chasing up to get updates. very difficult to get in contact via phone (waiting forever to get a response). will complain to fair trading and demand refund. doubt i'm ever going to see my purchase.

I think it is in custom because techoni might be importing some other phones fro oveseas & they put my phone in that parcel so they can save money.

Why need to send the phone to overseas? I bought phone thinking incase of after sale service, it is local to deal & will get better service if required. So i did not buy on ebay from overseas.

Techoni does not care for customer & their needs once they sell the phone.

Never going to buy & will advice not to deal with them.

Ebay is much better.

Techoni Technologies are a bad company – Purchase two apple 5 iphone for my daughter as a xmas gift. Within two weeks both phone faulty and it all got bad from than !!!
