The worse Teddy bear – Bought a Teddy bear cost $75 but the filling in side clapsed and the arms and head lost attached from the main body couldn't lift up and some heavy weights at the end of the arm and legs, wrote a email and didn't get reply yet.

Disgusting service – Ordered a gift for a birthday and ordered express shipping. Website says ships within 48 hours. After no updates for 11 days I emailed them to question my order. They got back to me a day later saying they’d look into it. Another three days went by with nothing so I emailed to cancel my order after the birthday had been and gone. Still no reply and no update on order. Absolute thieves

Did not receive my purchase...at all! – I ordered in Dec 2020 and never received the product I paid for despite follow up emails. Very disappointed as it was a present.

Terrific service – I ordered online a Cocky, Possum, echidna puppet and a Teddy, for my foster grandchildren, item unbelievably delivered to Melbourne in 4 days. The quality is exceptional and details are so realistic, such a pleasure dealing with a company that provides such quality items which unfortunately is always the case with some online purchases. Germany in another couple of weeks. A month after I received that email, I emailed again for another update and received no reply. I called the business around then (they had a phone number then) and spoke to [name removed], who assured me that all was fine at that they were just moving offices. When a couple of weeks later my package had not arrived, I tried to contact the business again with emails, on the phone, with Facebook messages, but received no reply. Eventually the business disappeared of Facebook, never replied to my messages and I never received my order.

At the time I figured the company had gone out of business and so pursuing them would be useless. Recently, though, I noticed that they are back online and operating, and so I contacted them asking for a refund. I had to email twice to get a response, and when I did they blamed me, saying Australia Post had been given the package in 2018 and that I had never collected it, though I never received any notification from Australia Post saying that a package was waiting for me anywhere. I said this to them, and asked for proof that there had been a failure to deliver the package by Australia Post, or I wanted a refund - I also said that I had no interest in receiving the product from them now after 2 years. To this they came back and just told me they'd now resent the product to my previous address - where I no longer live - completely ignoring my request for proof.

Poor customer Service – Ordered instock item. Paid for express post. Week and half later, sent an email only to receive reply 2 days later with tracking number. No apologies etc. Finally arrived after 2 weeks.

Poor customer service – Product took 25+ days to deliver with speed delivery promised. Bought as a birthday gift and product arrived after the date, customer service wasn’t great but they always replied within the day until I asked to return the item... never heard back?

Amazing service! – Bought an amazingly cute collectable item on pre-order.
