Just bought this machine, are there some other instructions available that makes sense? Worst instruction manual (if can call it that) I have ever seen!

Hi, how do I attach the beater? It wont fit over the middle insert. Am I missing a piece? I am missing the blender lid so taking it back today. Thanks for your help!

Hi Bianca, This excellent machine, with idiotic instructions, has 2 shafts. Use the thicker and more complex one, slide beater on it the from bottom and lock it. Put the assembly into the bowl, put on lid and lock it. Works. Good luck.

I'm trying to whip some buttercream for a birthday cake.

First time I've used this machine.

I can't get it to start.

How do I use this thing???

The "user manual" is the worst I've ever seen.

The images do not make any sense and there is no trouble shooting guide.

All the online videos are just marketing and not user guides either.

Please help I need to get this done.

Hi Sharon, it is a very good machine with useless instructions. Had same problems but worked it out. Switch power point on, turn the plastic bowl to the left until it clicks, put in implement, put on lid and turn it to the left until it CLICKS (need bit effort). Now you should see scanning the top display. Press speed button 1 or 2 and then the start button should be on. Press it and it should work. If the bowl or lid are not locked properly you get a LOCK red display. Should work...
