I do not get the critics. Best value for money – To be honest: because of the reviews here I was not sure if I should go with Telsim or not. And really, I dont get it. Everything works perfect, 140 GB for 25$, calling is free in AUS and other countries. It is a real bargain. If you dont want auto-recharge after 140GB, just turn it off in the app, its not that hard. After a month the SIM automatically expires. It does what it says. Show details

Don’t use - it’s a scam – Terrible - have tried to activate an eSIM. Days later I still not able to accesss the eSIM - no correspondence from them stating why. When I was able to make contact with them told me it was an error with details. Have requested a refund and now I have been ghosted. Have tried to contact them and they closed the chat DO NOT USE THEM!!! Show details

The only reason for the 1 star is the courtesy of the call center staff however their inability to actually accomplish anything matters more. This has been the most frustrating experience and i will never use your company nor would i encourage anyone to do so . to repeat the process before you finally did your job. However I couldn’t wait 2 days for activation and was forced to utilize another company who immediately processed my eSIM request . I am expecting to see a refund on my CC for the US$ 15 paid to you for a service that I could not activate, despite complying with every single request you made MULITIPLE TIMES!!!! Never again.

morning after I arrived and got the email at the close of business. Did the whole process and got the green tick, so far so good. Telsim requested I send a screen shot of the verification which I did. Then I got an email requesting a copy of my passport. I sent it off and another screenshot of the completed verification. Then I waited another day. They requested another copy of my passport. I sent a copy again with a terse comment that this was effectively the 3rd time I had provided the information. After two and half days I was connected. If I contrast and compare this with a European SIM I bought a year ago, that took about 45 mins to get sent up and registered.

She also set up the international call minutes from the app and explained everything in detail. She was very clear with the communication. Fantastic service overall. Terrible service. The website chat support was useless and kept repeating the same responses without providing any real solution. Ticket support was just as bad. it took over two days and they asked for my photo ID more than four times. I ordered a data sim January 8th 2026. I did not recieve the simcard for over a week. When i went to activate the service it sat on pending activation for multiple days before i contacted support. Support said their system stuffed up and they couldnt verify the details i gave them. Support then ran me around in circles trying to get me to email in… Read more

high res images of all of my various IDs. After explaining i would not be sending this via unsecured email and asked if there was a secure upload option anywhere i kept getting the same response. I asked for a cancellation and a refund and was told this isnt possible.

TL/DR: Wont activate your service and wont give you a refund. Steer clear.
