explanation and then asking ‘are you willing to wait?’ Essentially attempting to explain that they had no stock and that it wouldn’t be shipped for a further 3 weeks. However they also admitted that there were 8 items available in the country. I explained my order was placed 3 weeks ago so by their own admission I should receive one of the available items. A week later 2/3 boxes arrived. When I enquired where the missing box was, they said that their courier company had lost it and were unable to locate it. As a result I’d have to wait 3-4 more weeks before a replacement part was available. I ordered a bed. And it was the core part of the bed that was missing. I reached out to the courier who explained they were only provided 2 boxes. Temple and Webster directly lied in order to place blame for their incompetence. Countless emails and weeks waiting. Hopefully the replacement part will show up soon and my daughter can stop sleeping on the floor

distance from my house. What a waste of time considering it was their fault in first place. I now have to find transport to get the product home. I am quite frustrated and frankly disappointed with the Couriers.

should be the only quilts sold in my humble opinion. In terms of warmth there's no comparison to doonas we've previously owned as no air pockets and naturally regulates your body temperature. Perfect for Melbourne winters! You won't need a blanket underneath at all. It's beautiful and we bought one for my elderly Mum too. She loves it! Thank you to Woolstar! Very happy with this beautfiul green marble table lamp. The marble base is solid, heavy and feels like a quality piece. won’t work. I ended up paying someone to finish it for me as it was way too stressful & time consuming. Have never had this problem with other companies flat packs. Screws usually just screw into the correct depth/length. But I do love my sideboard. It’s a beautiful cabinet.

I bought $69 cushions from them equivalent to kmart or even shein quality. Absolutely rubbish quality. I used it for one day already pilling! Overpriced products, poor quality, and when you seek a refund they dismiss it! On chat they just go offline amidst conversation and email responses just brush you off. You will not get anything back they will rip you off!
