delivery. Live in a block of units, ground floor.10 stairs. (Never told that would not go up any stairs). Stayed home didn't arrive. Couldn't get in contact with anyone. 24hrs later found 2 heavy big huge boxes leaning upright at the main entrance of the strata block, standing dangerously on one side. Could have fallen on someone.No one to help me, 70-year-old woman had to drag huge boxes up a flight of stairs, there's no lift. Missing the mattress box. Received further message saying mattress would be delivered on a certain date. Stayed home no delivery. 2 days later found mattress box laying against the glass door of the strata block main entrance, had to drag it up the stairs myself and along corridor. I paid these characters a $160 for delivery. No one answers the phone. Made numerous phone calls.Write lots of letters, sent letters to the head office. Didn't respond with delivery refund till I told them I was coming to their office to see the CEO. I had to pay for bed to be assembled as I couldn't understand the bad instructions. Mattress not as advertised, is a slow sinking marshmallow. All cheap rubbish. Absolutely disgraceful. I'm still getting physio for my arm damage due to having moved the boxes myself. This company should be investigated and shut down.

Very happy with this purchase, very good quality. Arrived in New Zealand in perfect order. Was kept up to date regularly re arrival progress time. I ordered online with Temple and Webster for the first time.I purchased three items and had to return a two of the three items because they just didn’t fit the location. The processor returned were very well and I’m overall very pleased with my dealings with this company for the first time. We bought a buffet. Upon opening the box most of the parts were covered in a white dust, there were blobs of a white cement. Some parts were damaged. After reporting to Temple and Webster we've been ghosted for over week. No responses to our emails.… Read more
No updates on the replacement. We just have this large box sitting in our living room which we'd like gone.
Follow-up · After some back and forth, Temple and Webster replaced the unit. The replacement unit had a faulty door, which we switched out with the original unit. They said to donate it throw out the original buffet. I’d suggest you demand they remove it. These are big and heavy - a pain to dispose of.
Ordered a Eames replica chair. It is only 3/4 size not full size. Parts are missing, chair sits too low to be used. Poor quality finish, glue showing. Contacted the help centre but no response after 3 days. Very expensive chair for the cat. Show details
Follow-up · The missing parts arrived after a few weeks and I was finally able to assemble the chair properly. It is much better.

Where do I start! What a nightmare & still going! I ordered a white bed as stated on their site. It came and it was dark cream beige and did not match my white furniture. taped up it’s impossible to do that. I sent them many photos with proof. Each email takes days for a response and they obviously hire cheap overseas customer service help. I am told I need to go source my own box to send it back! Which is impossible. They sent me the wrong colour bed and want me to go out of my way to find a box to send it back. The stress this has caused me is unbelievable. Which started with the delivery only receiving half of the bed and the other half was left on a truck which I had to follow up. The worst experience I have ever had in my life. Support your local furniture shop instead of this business it’s not worth the hassle and zero compassion or help :-( I asked them to compensate me and I will try and sell it on marketplace just to end this nightmare but still waiting for a resolution & continually asked to go find a box to fit this big bed!! Last photo shows the bed listed as white and you can clearly see it’s not white. The website still says white also. You think they would fix that!

even moved into the apartment at that point. Then they attempted to deliver it again the following day once again I still hadn’t moved into the apartment. Eventually, after finally getting through to somebody to speak to which took over two hours I was able to advise them of the date that I was moving into the apartment and Delivery was then scheduled for that date.
However that aside, it’s a great value corner desk with a clean, modern look. The L-shaped design makes smart use of space and provides plenty of room for a monitor, laptop and paperwork. The drawer and shelves add practical storage, and it feels sturdy once assembled. Assembly is straightforward, and overall it’s an excellent option for a home office or study.

refund/replacement as their website wasn’t updated. Was still showing in transit.
The autobot was useless- telling me to log into my order and get a refund. I escalated to a human autobot who copied and pasted the same info.
Then she sent me an email with instructions on how I need to repack and put the return label on it. But no return label! When I quizzed her she said it was the box itself.
Absolutely hopeless customer service. They don’t read your response. I would love to visit their helpdesk and see all the autobots working. Can I advise you to download an empathy program into them?
Can’t wait to see what the mattress will be like… I’ll have to use the floor cause it won’t fit on the bed.
So disappointing.
UPDATE : went from 1 star to 4 star. TW have been very helpful - especially Helen. They replaced it promptly, Everything came together and in the end very happy.
I would give them 5 stars but collecting the exchanged product took so long - and the initial customer service.
I will shop from TW again. They are good guys that although are online to keep costs down, genuinely back their store up when you need help.

Product is okay, but customer service and delivery are terrible. Almost $40 delivery fee, you can get a delivery service with no proper communication, the package was left in a “safe place” which is not safe without notice.
