dont think I will buy from them again as they have messed me around with what was a test run. I was going to order a lot of other things so they missed out on a big sale due to a messed up test run delivery.
Such a amazing bed, my girls love them. Easy to put together, they are so strong and just look amazing. I brought 2 of these beds. I will definitely order again from this site. Thank you
I absolutely love the coffee table\! While assembling it, I noticed one of the parts was too small and couldn’t be fitted properly\. I contacted Temple & Webster, and their customer service was fantastic\. They were very helpful, apologetic and quick to offer a replacement table\. The extra large cat wheel has been a fantastic buy, had it now over 1 year, after a slow start and some hesitation at first, it slowly got more and more use, now is used multiple times per day. Excellent product from Temple and Webster. We needed a tv unit that would compliment our large tv and feature wall and this was the perfect choice. Follow-up · Our new mattresses are very comfortable. Being older, the unboxing was left for our son to do as it would have been difficult for us on our own. He found it no problem and it was done in no time. There was no need to air it as there was no noticeable smell.

I have nothing bad to say about these products and I am very happy with my purchases; they are all of good quality and easy to put together. Very happy with my ottoman. Looks great, easy to assemble and it was delivered earlier than the estimated date. The only issue that I would like to be improved on is the height. As one gets older it is easier to sit higher than lower! Show reply

Order 2998041425 - ordered the lights on 26th October and after reaching out they find that its delayed. No proactiveness nothing and asking me to wait another 3 to 5 days which would past diwali festival. Disappointed and never ordering from them again

It appears their approach has been to obfuscate and make the whole process difficult to continue with - including long delays between responses and template / non-relevant emails. Their most recent response referred to concerns about the original packaging and the possibility that sending another clock could result in the same issue. What?
This is not a satisfactory response. The issue is that a clock I purchased from them has failed prematurely. I expect a retailer to stand behind the products it sells, rather than offer reasons why it is unwilling to resolve the problem.
It's reasonable to expect a $140 clock to last for at least two years.
This experience has left me wondering about the quality of Temple & Webster's products. The bigger issue is their post sale support.
Based on this experience, I would think twice before purchasing from Temple & Webster again
truly awful experience. order placed based on indicated delivery date. the delivery date passed with no updates. after several attempts at finding out what was happening (getting to talk to a person is required, but quite difficult) an impossible delivery date was given. turns out item is on back order and delivery is a month away. item cancelled. second order for different item has now gone the same way. both orders cancelled

We used an Aldi mattress for 3 years and it was amazing. I thought upgrading would be smart. Nope. Biggest regret of 2026. Should’ve kept my Aldi mattress — at least it didn’t try to yeet me off the bed.
Now I’m buying a mattress topper like it’s a band‑aid for a broken leg. If that doesn’t work, this mattress is going straight to the bin. Total waste of money.
Also, those “amazing reviews” on the website? Yeah… they smell like influencer magic. Don’t trust them. We trusted them, and now we’re sleeping on a medieval torture device.
Would I recommend this mattress? Only if you hate yourself.
