they are comfortable to wear. Usually the shirts cost around AU$11 to $13 including delivery. But they are sometimes cheaper on special deals. Shipping is very fast and with plenty of transport updates. I have been extremely pleased with the shirts and would recommend people buying them.

Temu is a good company to buy from but WHY on earth are they still using IMile couriers??? This courier company is a sham and either just throw deliveries down driveways or cannot find simple addresses. Have experienced both from IMile and on each occasion failed repeated attempts to contact them. I thought after my first experience Temu would ditch them, doesn't appear so. I can tolerate it.

When I compare how Temu does its email marketing to their existing customers comparing to other online stores, it's clear that they use different philosophies. Other stores send me emails that I feel are useful with  discounted items, or a new products or where and when a big sale is or will be.

I make use of that information all the time. What I don't enjoy with Temu is a special offer which isn't so special at all.

I repeatedly get Temu messages saying I was only 0.01 stars away from unlocking a free gift. Because of this, I made additional purchases expecting the reward to be unlocked. However, the final star never seemed to be completed, even after spending far more than expected. So, I did contacted Temu customer service and they explained the free gifts are applicable after spending much more then they are giving you hints telling you are 00.1 stars away from your rewards. In fact to get the free gift, you have to spend about AU $365.00.

So, I am going to buy only items I genuinely want. I will totally ignore promotional games or “free gift” offers when making purchasing decisions.

My opinion is that Temu needs to build goodwill with its customers, without misleading them and building trust with clear  communication. There's no need to bomb valubale customers on daily basis with spams misleading them. In this way they will keep their customers much happier.

believe to be same town, given run around by courier service and Temu don't want to know about it as courier has reported parcel delivered so lost money big time so stay clear unless more reliable courier is found, not happy.

People need to stop using the APP Stop looking for freebies. Just use the site, easy sign up, you get discounts, special offers yes but they have time frames so if you wait days you might lose the discount. It's a sale item, it runs out. like your product get a refund.... like all online buying you have to take the trouble to wrap it print out a label and return to a post office. If you want free delivery then spend $40... most online buying has a much higher min than Temu. In fact Temus min is pretty low. If you need help go to chat and ask for a human... don't use the AI option.. All these negative reviews need people to start thinking and not wanting free stuff. I do prefer 2 of their delivery companies over 1...yes Imile leave it outside the gate and it's not always safest but so do the Australian local companies who deliver... not just at the gate but laying in the drive way .. Australia. I was really worried about their use of Imile couriers once the item reached Australia because of their very poor ratings. It arrived the 2nd day it was "out for delivery" and I was very relieved that the item did arrive so thanks also to Imile couriers. The coathangers are very strong and sturdy. All in all I would consider buying from Temu again.

get a small discount or a partial refund, which just felt like a way to encourage me to keep ordering rather than actually resolve the issue.

That was the final straw for me. I deleted my Temu account and decided to spend my money elsewhere.

Ironically, I'm still waiting on four orders that I placed just before deleting my account, and they still haven't arrived. That only reinforces why I made the decision to leave.

This has been my personal experience. I won't be returning as a Temu customer.

I started using temu because my wife buys a lot of items. Temu promises all these FREE items, but to get them you have to spend money . Its very deceptive and false advertising. Keep away from temu. We have ordered from Temu a number of times and they have always used Australia Post, which has been excellent delivery. But recently they started using the courier iMile as well. delivered in the middle of the night, after 2AM. The package was left outside our apartment building. Anyone on the street could have taken it. It was the goodness of a fellow building resident who brought it in and placed in the building foyer. We would please request Temu to use Australia Post in all orders for delivery. If you like, you can charge an extra 5$ for delivery. Please use Australia Post only. Overall we really like the products sold by Temu.

Often I guess, an intro price as its been double price when going to order another a week or 2 later. But, ive stopped using it as its not only a super misleading site, its so damned annoying with its scam offers and prizes. You'll get a "free" item if you purchase another. The purchase price is now much much more than if you were to purchase it with no "free" gift. Absolute scam. As with the game. There is no free items in temu. Ive found that when you search for an item,temu shows some options. Once youve purchased a particular item after looking through every option, temu then sends you suggestions that wrtent available just 20 seconds ago. It open up way more options. Options youde have used over what you chose, if only youd been able to access it. Its another scam to get you to pyrchase again. It's just so dodgey on the whole, I, like many other previous users just stopped using it. Amazon haul and ebay are superior shopping experiences by far!! It's so simple to keep customers. Display the final price, display every option available, dont push products, dont fake give aways etc. Just keep supplying an honest shopping experience and people will trust, recomend and continue to shop with you over all others. Many useful products. Descriptions are helpful i.e. size, but not reliable i.e. breaking strain. 1. Climbing equipment is labelled 12kN or 25kN but this isn’t reliable or even true. 2. great but now some of Temu's suppliers transport companies won't deliver to our Post Office. Temu is the only supplier so far we have had issues with. With so many parcels being stolen from properties I find this very frustrating.
