message that they have no one to deliver to my address and that was the reason for the item not being shipped so I cancel the order , now the best part they advise me that the seller has to review my cancellation request where a matter of fact they should have done that when they could not deliver instead of deceiving me

Temu dont care if they stuff your order or lose it they always pass the blame on to the courier they dont care about their customers its all a money grab their delivery times are shocking temu should be shut down permanently

one of 3 that originally were supposed to be a free gift, the 2nd one I haven't seen nor heard of and the 3rd one appears to have been taken back - all too early to tell and frankly it's all very confusing but from what I have since been able to make out you'll get these free gifts if you actually buy enough other stuff to qualify. As for the hose, my wife likes it but it's not 30.48 meters - lucky to be half that in fact though it can stretch - but not to 30 meters plus, and as for heavy duty - time will tell but I have my doubts

Having been an avid customer with Temu for years, I now find their way of processing orders somewhat misleading. They advertise free items with qualifying orders, but fail to list free items on customers order page. Customers can also not deal directly with Temu staff to report problems, instead getting AI responses. I bought 7 ladies tops from Temu. They were all unsuitable due to 1. Not being the same as the photo. 2. Weird cut and sizing. 3. Poor quality fabric. 4. The hassle to return is too much. Very disappointing experience. Would not be buying from them again.

1.They have downgraded their logistics to low-tier couriers like J&T Express to cut costs, resulting in delivery disasters & falsified "delivered" scans.

2.They have completely ruined their return process. When you try to log a return in the app, the system immediately tries to trick you into accepting an unfair package of expiring vouchers instead of a full, transparent refund. If you decline their low-ball offer because you want to proceed with a real return, the app blocks you entirely and forces you into a "contact customer service" ticket loop designed to stonewall you.

Be warned about the voucher trap: Even if you think vouchers are harmless because you plan to shop again, they have strict expiry dates. Crucially, if you use that voucher on a new order and need to return a low-quality item from that batch later, the voucher cannot be reinstated unless you return the entire new order. They intentionally use this loop to destroy your refund value.

Their invoices are labyrinthine to hide item pricing, and their support agents deliberately refuse to state exact refund figures once you are in the chat.

I had to freeze my funds via a PayPal dispute just to get an honest response. I am winding down my account and stopping all business with Temu permanently once my remaining orders arrive. AVOID!!!!

inexpensive products are a dodgy Asian company they now have my address, phone no and bank numbers . I say this as i saw a drone and bought it for $40 what a bargain until it told me to scan the qr codes it would work my phone went haywire my phone was invaded with a virus and cost me $75 to get it fixed when I went to my purchases list guess what no drone had been bought so I could not complain at all. I was notified i had learnt a $320 reward as I was a high purchasing customer. I followed the instructions to link my PayPal account to withdraw the cash and recieved a verification code from Temu and successfully entered it. Then the app stopped any further progress and would not allow the selection of the withdraw option as it remained greyed out. I have tried several time and all have been unsuccessful. Temu it appears you lie.

I would recommend never buying from Temu, they are dishonest and misleading customers with their promotions. protect customer informaation. Reported to Temu concern that credit card hacked and provided details to investigate. Standard AI bot email answers [5 now] that trust us and we're investigating - after 4 days nothing. Have reported to bank. In this age of increased AI and hacking you would think Temu would be concerned with customer privacy and security but action suggests no- so my suggestion BE VERY CAREFUL.
